To the mall

Everyone rushed out of the station.

"So what next, steal a cop car, run through the city?"

Quinn asked

"So we all need to grab something, right?"

Becca asked

"Yeah I want to grab the shoes I stole"

"I also would like to get a photo from my house"

"I want to grab my laptop it has something on it I would like to keep, and don't worry it's a non traceable laptop and if not we can airdrop the stuff over to a new one"

"I don't need anything"

"Same Sage, I don't need anything"

"I want to grab some stuff from my car"

Everyone answered

"Ok good, so we'll need to split up to get everything in a faster time. Beth, Nathaniel and Quinn you're guys stuff are close to each other so you'll go together. Sage, Daniel, Melania and me will go together. We'll met at the mall, cause Melania your car is their"

Melania nodded so Becca continued

"Ok so we'll meet there at so right now is 2:15 roughly, so 3?. I think 3 and everyone is to wait till 3:10, if someone isn't there, well leave them behind. Ok"

"Ok"

Everyone said, and the groups parted

"We'll go to Quinn's place last cause it's near the mall right. Nathaniel your place is closest to here. So we'll go to Nathaniel's house, he'll sneak in and grab his thing, photo. Then my house is next. And then Quinn."

The group agreed so they set off.

"So Nathaniel, what's on the photo?"

Quinn asked

"It's a photo, of someone close to me"

"Ohhhh juicy"

Quinn laughed

"My house is about ten minutes away, Beth your house is around 20 minutes from mine"

Nathaniel stated

"And the mall is 25 minutes away from my house."

Beth chimed in. So far she had been quiet and looking down to the ground, behind the other two.

"Of course you know that"

Nathaniel whispered

"What?"

Beth asked

"Nothing"

"Ok"

"Ok"

"So that's 5 minutes to spear if we walk in a normal pace, so let's walk faster"

Quinn rushed in to stop the endless pit of 'oks'

"Sure, why don't we go for a jog I know I need to jog a bit!"

Nathaniel exclaimed

"No, you idiot, I'm tired I haven't slept in a day"

Beth argued

"Not my problem Love"

"Sorry Beth but I'm on Nathaniel's side, we don't have time on our side. I know you're fit, you're a cheerleader. Once we get into the car you can sleep. Tesla's are comfortable"

Quinn nervously said. She thought that Beth and Nathaniel hated having people not on their side.

"Ugh, fine. But I hate you two. Nathaniel you already know that though. But Quinn why. I may be fit but that doesn't mean I like to do sports. Cheerleading is a bitch, I only do it because of Sophia, she may be mean but I would consider her a friend but not a friend. I don't know, I mean we have mutual friends, are in the same group. We also have a lot in common. But she's not the nicest and can be very controlling. You know she's a major reason why I have an eating disorder. Also my dad. You know what you guys don't even care."

Beth went on. She looked up and saw that Quinn and Nathaniel were already ahead

"Fuck you both"

She screamed to them and sprinted towards the two of them, who had stopped to wait. Once Beth had caught up they all started jogging to Nathaniel's house.

Once they had arrived at their first destination Beth and Quinn stood watch while Nathaniel climbed into his room.

"So, while we wait. How are you Beth seeing as we just escaped from jail, police station and are now going across the country"

Quinn asked

"Good, I can now live out my dream and I'm finally away from my dad and family"

"What's your dream. I like to say I know a lot about the people at school but no one, I mean no one knows what you're going to do."

"Well my dream umm. What my parents thought I was probably going to do was do public relations. But, you know the reason I know about the house was because I wanted to run away there, I love to write. I've written two books, but I have never published or shown them to anyone. I'm not embarrassed but I'm scared. I always thought, think people would not like my stories. So I always wanted to run away to that house and buy or rent it and write under a new name. I know the real estate agent who's trying to sell it, it's like not stuck or off the market but I have a uhh what's it called... offer on it, but I want to finish high school, I find it important to finish high school, so yeah. I hope that answers your question!"

"Yeah it does. That's really cool, that's why you want your laptop, right."

"Yup"

They both smiled.

"Look out, love. Or do you want me to fall on you"

Beth looked up and immediately rushed to the side.

"Ok so I grabbed a bag to put our stuff in. I also got a few other things so let's get going. It's 2:22 if we run we'll make it at 2:26."

So off they all went to Beth's house

"Ok love, your turn."

Beth rolled her eyes and then proceeded to scale the wall up to her balcony. Quinn and Nathaniel then heard a door open the shut.

"Nathaniel?"

Quinn whispered

"Yeah"

"I saw the photo. That's cute"

"Ok I'm back"

Beth exclaimed while jumping from her balcony

"That's fast"

While standing back up Beth started to talk:

"I know, I've just needed my laptop and I grabbed lots of money and a bag. So it's 2:30 and the walk to the mall is 20 minutes so we can walk or run. I'm for fast walking"

"I'm with Beth"

"Same"

And so they set off again to the mall this time.

"So your car is on the way to the mall?"

Beth asked

"Yeah, my friend lives super close and I was kinda on my way to her."

"Ok, are you ok?"

Beth asked.

"What?"

"When you arrived into the cell, I saw that your eyes looked like you cried. And don't go saying you didn't cry, I've cried enough to know how it looks when you try to make it look like you haven't cried. So are you ok?"

"My boyfriend"

"I thought he was your ex"

Beth interrupted

"Yeah ex, he, he."

Quinn burst into tears

"It's ok, you don't have to say."

Beth comforted

"He cheated, with the girl he said I shouldn't worry about. I walked in on them naked. Oh and she was also his ex"

Quinn started to laugh

"His motherfucking ex!"

Beth stopped and hugged Quinn. After standing there hugging for a minute they both continued to catch up with Nathaniel. They both talked and laughed about boys until they had made it to Quinn's car. Quinn quickly got her keys underneath her car. She opened it and grabbed her things, other than her phone. So they left again to the mall. And once they had arrived at Melania's car and with 8 minutes till 3 o'clock. They waited. Quinn and Beth continuing their conversation.

While Quinn, Beth and Nathaniel were grabbing their things Becca, Melania, Sage and Daniel were grabbing their own things.

"Ok so I would like to get a few things from my house and then we can go to the mall to get your things Melania."

"Ok, so me and Sage will just be walking with you guys"

Daniel asked

"Yeah pretty much"

Becca laughed. Sage who at this point had been walking alongside Becca ran up to Daniel, Melania slowed down to let Becca catch up to them"

"I'm sorry for your girlfriend or you know Sophia."

Sage quietly said.

"It's fine, I was just disappointed that she left me.

"Guys, we need to go left down this street. You went to far."

Becca screamed. Daniel and Sage turned back and walked to the street they were meant to go down.

"Yeah, I know I would too."

Sage started talking again

"This is probably going to sound like a weird question, I know we've known each other for like four hours but how's your love life? We're only talking about mine, so what's the tea."

Daniel asked mumbling. Sage started chuckling.

"My love life. It's as real as a unicorn. I've never had a girlfriend, never kissed anyone, never been on a date, I've also never been further than the talking stage. But I've had crushes of course, that's how I realised I was lesbian."

"I've always wondered how you realise that your gay, bi or anything else."

"It's just the label you feel comfortable with, I know for awhile I thought I was bi, but I felt more comfortable with the label lesbian."

"Oh, ok. Thanks, I guess"

"Why you asking"

"Oh I'm just interested in knowing how you knew. You're just a very nice person and you seem nice to talk to."

Daniel smiled and Sage let out a chuckle.

"Ok?"

"Yeah"

Daniel did a quick thumbs up. The group after 20 minutes finally made it to Becca's house. No one was home like Becca suspected, so she put in the pin and walked into the house.

"You guys also come in, so no one can see you guys."

Becca yelled from inside. Once everyone had made it inside Becca shut the door and grabbed a few things. The others were walking around looking at all the alcohol and cups on the ground. After a few minutes Becca had grabbed everything so they left again and walked to the mall.

"So the bag with the shoes is a few streets away from the mall"

"So the mall is like 15 minutes away, so we should be there at 2:55. So let's get going, so everyone hurry up."

Becca said while starting to get into a jog. She signaled that the others should also start going faster, so they did. 15 long minutes later they had made it to Melania's stolen shoes, she quickly grabbed her bag and they went off, trying to avoid other people walking. At 3:05 they were running towards the car screaming:

"Guys wait, we're here."

Quinn, Beth and Nathaniel heard them so they waited with the hot wiring the car. Once Melania, Becca, Sage and Daniel finally made it to the car, they caught their breath before Melands grabbed out the keys, opened the door.

"Ok everyone can we throw out their phones or the ones who still have their phones"

Becca threw her phone onto the ground while talking and the others who still had their phones started to throw their phones in different directions. Nathaniel jumped into the front seat telling the others:

"I drive fast to get money, I'll drive"

And everyone agreed. Becca sat on the passenger seat, to keep Nathaniel company and tell him where to go in their road trip. Beth sat down on the chair behind Nathaniel and immediately started to sleep. Daniel sat down behind Becca and Quinn sat between them. Sage and Melania sat in the last row. Nathaniel turned on the car and raced out of Beverly Hills.
