Orders

At 5pm the doorbell rang once again

"I swear if Beth ordered something again"

Melania scoffed, from the kitchen

"I didn't order anything I swear"

Beth claimed

"Ok is anyone going to get the door"

Quinn asked walking towards the door

"Ok, ok I'm coming geez"

Quinn yelled opening up the door

"Thank you for opening up the door"

The man groaned

"Are you here to give us another package"

Quinn ask

"No, do you know where Beth is"

He asked her back

"I don't know a Beth"

Quinn answered

"Oh, Mr. Ericson's son what do you want"

Beth quickly rushed to the front door and welcomed Mason in

"My dad said I should come here and check the water and see if it's running"

Mason told her and got to work

"I'm done, I've finished creating one of everything, Becs can you take photos so I can put them up for sale"

Sage excitedly told everyone. Becca nodded and ran to her room to grab her camera. Sage grabbed the things she had just created and they both ran outside.

"I need ideas, give me a character, main one, don't care gender, sexuality, pronouns, traits I just need ideas, I've got a story just not a character and I feel like my characters are always the same"

Beth announced asking everyone to give her ideas

"What about a boy, named Ken Lewis. He's nice and kind, and wants to help everyone. Everyone uses him for his kindness"

Nathaniel gave her a idea

"I know you already have a story but what about where Ken is in highschool and he's figuring out how to be himself and figuring out who he is"

Quinn added

"Or that he's a vigilante and he's figuring out how to keep his two worlds apart and balancing them"

Melania changed it a bit

"And he's got a love interest who's also a vigilante, like there's a vigilante group. But they don't know each other's identities. As Ken he and his love interest, his love interest is like his best friend as Ken and they both like each other but don't know it and in his vigilante form they kinda don't like each other because of how similar they are"

Quinn added more

"Well that's not how I wanted it to go but I love it, let me write it down. I'm just going to plan it. I'll be up in my room to have my peace."

Beth left with her laptop in one hand

"I love the idea that they are friends I would have said they were enemies"

Melania complimented

"Yea thanks, I read a lot it's one of my favourite troupes"

Quinn thanked

"An enemies to lovers, I hate that troupe. I don't read a lot but when it has that troupe I will shut the book"

Nathaniel admitted

"How can you hate a good enemies to lovers"

Quinn was shocked. Sage and Becca walked in

"Who hates enemies to lovers?"

Sage asked, walking in

"Nathaniel"

Quinn answered

"How, I hate you"

Sage giggled

"I've just never liked it, why would you fall in love with your bully"

Nathaniel explained his opinion. Becca and Quinn burst out laughing.

"Let's just stop talking about this or Nathaniel will be kicked out of the house"

Quinn stopped the discussion

"Ok I'm going to start dinner, we'll have some salad tacos, if you want you guys can add meat, just say but if you guys don't want meat I'm not adding it"

Sage announced and walked to the kitchen and got out the stuff she needed. No one disagreed about no meat. 20 minutes later Beth was grabbed and they get the table ready to eat, a few minutes later Sage was done cooking and everyone dug in.

"I'm done, someone can eat my leftovers"

Beth put down her fork

"Beth you barely ate"

Quinn confronted

"I'm just not hungry"

Beth answered. The rest of dinner Beth was quiet.

"The food was super good, Sage"

Melania complimented Sage on her cooking

"Yeah it was amazing, you're going to be cooking for us, for the rest of time"

"Thank you"

Sage blushed. Once everyone was done they washed their dishes and put them back.

"God I hate washing my dishes"

Becca complained

"Yeah it sucks"

Beth agreed

"Ok I'm going back to my room, I need to figure out a few more things"

Beth then left to go to her room

"It looks so nice outside, Sage you're going to become my model, your going to sit on the swing with your head facing the sunset and just swing normally"

Becca instructed, they both walked outside again to take photos.

"I'm going to go jogging"

Daniel announced

"I'm coming"

Nathaniel decided and they both left

"Quinn have you gotten us signed up for school"

Melania asked

"Yeah we start next week, we'll be doing everything online and I signed us up with our fake names"

Quinn answered

"Ok, can you give them to me for the fake IDs, I forgot them"

Melania told her

"Oh yeah, so Beth is now Aurora, Nathaniel is Charles, Becca is Samantha, Sage is Rose, Daniel is Alexander, you're Elle I hope you didn't forget that, and I'm Nicole."

Melania wrote the names down and sent a text to someone, she got a reply super quick.

"Ok so the IDs should come in about a week"

Melania told her

"I'm trying to think about ways we can make money, cause Sages got her thing but you never know if that's going to sell"

Quinn confided

"You know how y2k is super in right now I was thinking we could get thrifted clothes, change them, like paint, bedazzle what not and then sell them for a reasonable price"

Melania told her, their idea

"That's a good idea, Sage seems very artistic, you as well, so we could try it. Sell it on depot"

Quinn added

"You could tutor, I was talking with Sage about this and we also said that. Your grades are amazing"

Quinn thought about it

"Yeah, I could put up posters around town or online. What if one of us got a job in town, I know we said that we shouldn't go into town that much, but it would help having a stable income. Do you know how much we have to pay every month?"

Quinn asked Melania

"No, Beth never mentioned it. But I agree we should have someone get a job"

Becca and Sage then entered the house. Melania turned around and asked Becca a question:

"Hey Becca we were thinking that someone should get a job in town"

"Yeah I guess, but only one person"

Becca agreed

"I'm for Daniel, his story is that he's moving away from his home, and I think it suits his personality the best"

Quinn chimed in, and everyone agreed in union. So the girls waited for Daniel and Nathaniel to get back from their jog.

"Damn you're fast Daniel, I could barely keep up"

Nathaniel laughed while the boys walked into the house.

"Finally you guys have arrived, Daniel we were wondering if you could maybe get a job in town"

Becca asked

"Sure, I'll go into town tomorrow and try to find one"

Daniel agreed

"While I was in town yesterday I saw that the supermarket was hiring, so you could try there"

Nathaniel told him

"Ok thanks"

Daniel answered before going into the shower

"Shit, can I use one of your showers"

Nathaniel asked annoyed, Becca and Quinn looked at each other and both nodded

"Sorry but I was going to go take a shower"

Becca answered and left to her and Quinn's room. Melania immediately caught on and also told Nathaniel that he couldn't shower in their room because she was going to go shower so they also left.

"Just use Beths"

Quinn advised, Nathaniel groaned he didn't want to but he needed to shower and he knew that Daniel was going to take awhile.

"Beth can I use your shower."

He asked walking into her room

"No there are three other showers in this house"

Beth hissed

"Yeah well the three showers are currently occupied"

Nathaniel informed her

"Fine, go ahead."

Beth sighed. Nathaniel went to his room to grab his shower products before taking a shower.

"What was that about"

Sage asked sweetly

"What do you mean"

Quinn asked back

"Becca nor Melania wanted to shower"

"Who knows"

Quinn shrugged

"You guys should stop meddling, if they are soulmates they will get together without people meddling"

Sage protested

"But if we don't meddle nothing will happen, they won't see it they are both blind, we're just pushing them in the right direction"

Quinn argued back

"What the hell are you doing"

A scream came from inside of Beth's room and then a thud. Sage and Quinn laughed before walking towards Beth's room. When they opened the door they saw Beth lying on top of Nathaniel, who was only wearing a towel. Quinn and Sage started laughing even harder.

"Get off me, Beth. You don't need a whole party"

Nathaniel pushed her off him.

"Why aren't you wearing clothes"

Beth asked him

"I may have forgotten to take them down"

"Of course you did and Quinn, Sage stop laughing or I will kick you out, you're forgetting this house is signed in my name"

Beth yelled before standing up and pushing Nathaniel out of her room. She then slammed the door shut in front of all their faces. She then laid down on her bed and burst into tears.

"Can anyone else hear her crying"

Quinn whispered

"Yes"

Sage answered. Nathaniel ignored them and walked off to his room.

"He's in a mood"

Quinn whispered to Sage before bursting into laughter once again. Sage then left Quinn alone to comfort Beth. She went up to her room and talked with Melania who had yet gotten out of her shower. Quinn knocked on Beths door

"Beth are you ok"

She whispered. She heard Beth snuffling.

"I'm fine Quinn"

She whispered back

"Are you sure"

Quinn asked once again

"I'm fine Quinn, you don't need to check up with everyone"

Beth snapped.

"Ok"

Quinn said and then left. She then knocked on everyone's door and told them:

"Leave Beth alone for the rest of the night, she's not in the best of mood"

Once she had made it back to their room, they talked to Becca for a while before snoozing off.

The next morning Sage and Daniel were both up at 6am. Daniel had gone for a jog and then he showered and got ready for his interview while Sage got breakfast ready, did the garden and cleaned the house.

"Do I look ready for a job interview"

Daniel asked Sage while eating his breakfast

"Of course you do, now eat faster, the supermarket opens in thirty minutes and you still need to walk there."

"Ok I'm done. Bye Sage, wish me good luck"

"Bye and good luck"

Sage hugged him before sending him off. While Daniel was walking, the others got up and ate breakfast, other than Beth who no one had heard from nor dared to come into her room.
