Chapter 37: The Peerage Assembles

The guards announced the arrival of Sir Hanns at the Great Hall. When the large doors with the winged emblem swung open, there was no one in sight, except for a single man sitting towards the middle of one of the two rows of tables. Having heard the announcement, he turned slightly in his upright posture and fixing the coronet on his head, he lowered his head to greet the knight. Sir Hanns bowed back.

"You are early, Viscount Francis," he complimented as he walked closer to where Viscount Francis took his seat.

"As always, Sir Hanns, I would like to remind you that everyone else just lacks punctuality," he kept his head straight and eyes closed, as if though trying to keep his nose as far away as possible from all the filth around him.

In her room, Rhea opened the booklet and randomly chose a member of the peerage to read up on.
