We were taken into the correction centre after I had killed The Black Eyed Man as they began beating us mercilessly.
My body gave up due to the excessive beating and I was dragged away, out of the sight of Williams and Co.
My body was giving me a conflicting sensation.
My body burning up, while my skin was cold. Vision seemed to be nearly impossible as my eyes felt weighted closed.
Managing to force an eye open slightly, I was surprised to see bright lights and a white ceiling. My head turned slightly and then pounded like a great drum. Boom, boom, boom, went my head in time with my pulse.
The light dimmed some and my eyes focused better. A face, freckled, waivered before steadfying.
"Easy, easy."
Glancing at the man. "W - where am I?"
"Your still in the prison but in a facility, a place where President Buhari instructed that you be kept from escaping."
"What of my friends?"
"I don't know."
