*Ageha P.O.V.*
"I like this kid," I chuckle, smiling between (y/n) and Issa. Seems he's a lot different than I expected. The rumors made him out to be hot, mysterious, and dark. But it wasn't just that this image of him wasn't real, but it was like he was a whole different person around (y/n). The conversation continued on, and I just kept on forcing my usual fake smile. This was worse than when she was moping. I didn't know how much more I could take.
"Well, I feel destiny calling my name. I'm gonna head off." I get up from the table, smiling back at them as they all say goodbye to me. "Don't have too much fun without me. I know you'll miss me," I wink at them before speeding off. I was someone who jumped in and out of their lives and others but never really belonged anywhere I landed myself. I caused some drama and I left. That was just who I was.
I see Asahi frown at me as I head into the crowd. True I had been a bit of a b*tch lately, but he doesn't have to give me that face. I'm just trying to do my best for everyone. You know raise their spirits, get them moving. And then possibly reverse it all.
Once I'm out of sight I stop, turning back to watch our table. I see Issa whisper something in (y/n)'s ear and frown. This isn't how it's supposed to be. She isn't supposed to hit it off with Mr. Perfect and live happily ever after. She's supposed to seek consolation in some guy and eventually f*ck up and be back to stage one. This is just the early stages where everything seems wonderful. It will pass, right? It always did for me. No matter how much it annoyed me before, she was supposed to be moping over him still.
There he was, standing in the crowd, his usual friends nowhere in sight. He seems lost in thought, cold blue eyes roaming over the crowd. 'Maybe I'll have a little fun.' I think, approaching him. It's been a while since we talked, and it's not like we really had a reason to not be friends. But as I draw near he doesn't even flinch. Outside him others send me glances and stop to whisper to one another. When I stand by his side, I follow his gaze back to the two I had recently been glaring daggers at. Seems I wasn't the only one.
I let out a chuckle, wrapping myself around his arm. "Are you still jealous?" I tease.
He huffs out a sigh. "It's not like that. You should know better than anyone.."He turns his eyes towards me, "..Ageha." He snarls on my name. Typical Luke, he's cold as ever. He wasn't like this when I knew him, he just was irritated by her. Just as I was; just as I wanted him to be. He closes his eyes, letting out an annoyed sigh. "He's just a rebound anyway. Anyone can see that." He's right. Anyone could be in the boy's place, and it'd be fine. Why did I have to introduce her to him of all people? I thought he'd just give her some attention and move on, not give her the light of day.
A familiar voice coos my name, "Ageha, baby~" His arms wrap around my waist from behind, face nuzzling into the top of my head. He glances over at Luke, but holds a wicked grin on his face. "Who's this? You trying to make me jealous~?"
"Kenji," I take a deep breath, turning my soft purple orbs to his blue ones. "He's just an old friend. He's not even my type."
"But he might be mine," Kenji jokes. "I kid. Want to play a little? There's still the rest of the day." We go into a flurry of sweet talk, exchanging words until we notice the annoyed boy still standing there. Kenji turns to him. "You can join if you want."
"No thank you," Luke quickly replies. He starts to head off, understanding that I have nothing more to say. 'So dull and cold. You weren't always like that.'
