unplanned meeting

As the morning comes by Jade and Ruby are waiting outside the door calling for Lance.

"Hey sloth! are you done preparing!?" as Ruby said.

"....What a drag.." as Lance says.

"I'll BE THERE!" as Lance said.

Lance goes downstairs and Took a bread then went outside.

"Bye! mom! Gotta go to school!" as he said while eating the bread.

"You forgot your lu-" as Lance's mom said.

"Oh my...He already left...." as Lance's mom says.

while they're walking Lance realize that he forgot his lunchbox at his house.

"WAIT!..." as Lance said.

"What is it?..." as Ruby said.

"I forgot my lunchbox!..Ruby take my bag and you guys go to school first" as he said.

as he gave his bag to Ruby he hastily run home.

"wait...I today's subject is P.E...this is a chance to skip those tiring activity..Well I just need to walk like with my normal speed..." as he said.

while he's walking he saw a light at the corner of a dark street as he got curious he go after it but he was surprised after seeing what it is.

"WH-..." as he said.

"PLEASE DON'T TELL THIS TO ANYONE!" as the girl said.

"You're glowing?..." as Lance said.

"Maybe my eyes are playing trick on me...but I think this kind of familiar..." as Lance said.

"Yes....Your eyes are playing trick on you." as The girl said.

"Is that so?.." as Lance said.

"Y-Yes!" the girl said while sweating.

"OH! RIGHT! if I'm right this is you called a firefly syndrome?, like Jade said yesterday?.." as Lance said.

the girl's face went pale, she clench her fists as if she's ready to hit Lance.

"What are you trying to do??, with that fists of yours?." as Lance said.

"This?..Don't worry this not gonna be hurt...(Probably)...You will forget this day after beating you, you'll not die so don't worry...(probably)..." as she said.

"I-It's not a good joke you know.." as he said.

"Ahh!, Its not a joke" she said while walking towards lance.

"...Don't worry I also have the same syndrome...(lie)...So I know what you feel" as he said.

"Is that true?.." as the girl said with relief sigh.

"anyway what's your name?" as she asked.

"Lance." as he said.

"I see...Lance is it?..My name is Regine please don't tell this to anyone or to the police they might sent me back to hospital." as Regine said.

"I know right, they'll take you as a lab rat because that syndrome is rare, and the cure is still unknown because of the unknown reason." as he said.

as Lance realize that he forgot his lunchbox he rapidly run away leaving Regine at the corner.

"You better not go back to this street since there's no many people using it, you might get attacked, no one will hear you even if you're shouting for help." as He said and left.

"Lance...hah...that uniform He's from PLM isn't he?...I might as get transfer to that school." as he said.

Regine took her phone and she called her dad.

"Dad, I want to transfer to PLM...Yes I'll go back home.." as she said.

"MOM!! I FORGOT MY LUNCHBOX!!" Lance said after arriving at his house.

"Oh my!, you're sweating a lot...Did you run?...I'm planning to go to your school and hand this over to you....Here is your lunchbox and use the bike at the back..." as her mom said.

"THANKS!" as Lance said.

He rode the bike and quickly went to his school, when he arrived he got scolded by his own P.E teacher as a punishment he was been told to wrote a "Next Time I will not be late." ten times.

after writing a letter he went back to his own class room and got shocked after seeing Regine next to his seat.

"What are you doing here?..." as he asked with an scowled face.

"Do you know her?.."as Ruby asked with curious face.

"N-not at all.." as he said.

"Then why did you asked her what is she doing here?.." as Ruby asked again.

"N-nothing...I thought she's my cousin..." as he said.

"Is that so?....sounds like fishy.." as Ruby said.

"Well I don't care...by the way here's your bag...you really make me bring your bag huh...so ungentlemanly..." as Ruby said then pout.

"Hello Lance...I've been listening to your conversation with this girl....You're so cold you know?...Pretending that you don't know me.." as Regine said.

"Stop adding a fuel to a fire!" as Lance said.

"So after all you know her..." as Regine said.

"well she's more beautiful that I am although we're the same transfer student." Ruby said while pouting.

"You're a transfer student?...When?...I didn't saw your name at the master's list.." as Lance said.

"I've been transferred here just now..." as she said.

"....WHAT!?..." as Lance and Ruby said with a shocked face.

"Can you say it again?...I'm sure my ears is playing a prank on me this time." as Lance said.

"I told you, I've been transferred her just now." as Regine said.

"....Ahh right, right...this is a joke again right?.." as Lance said.

"....What's your name?." as Regine asked Ruby for her name.

"Ruby." as Ruby gave her name.

"You're right ruby this guy is so ungentlemanly..." as Regine said.

"RIGHT!, RIGHT!" Ruby said with boastful tone.

"What an annoying girl.." as Lance said to himself.

while they're having a conversation the next teacher came by.

"Ok guys please be seated I will be your teacher on Science, my name is Amor De la Cruz." as she said.
