Rebecca, Noah and Steve were still in the sky-box, making Rebecca's dreams come true. Just when Rebecca thought that things couldn't get any better, Noah nonchalantly said out loud, "Oh right. That reminds me. You don't have a place to stay. Let me take care of that first." He grabbed his phone and made a call. When the call was answered he said, "Max. It's me. I need you to take care of two things for me. I need you to prepare a contract for a young lady by the name of Rebecca. She will start working with us starting next Monday as a junior programmer and software tester. I will send you her details later today. The second thing I need is for you to see if there are any company houses empty near the office for a two person household. Somewhere well-lit, preferably with a doorman. If we don't have anything, find something and rent it under the company's name. You can put the costs under my account."
This is when Rebecca could no longer hold back the tears she had been fighting and broke down. She covered her face with her hands and lowered her head into her lap as she cried loudly. While Steve jumped up and headed over to her side to try and comfort her. Noah, didn't move a muscle and just sat there, waiting for her to let it all out. When her crying turned into a soft sobbing Noah began to speak again in his calm and soothing voice.
He said, "Sometimes life throws us some hurdles. But those hurdles are there to lead us to an even better path. It is those setbacks that make us stronger and opens us up for greatness. It all depends on how we deal with hurdles and setbacks. Whether we chose to keep climbing or let it keep us from achieving our true potential. You have continued climbing, despite being kicked down by life more than once. So, I want to reward you by helping you reach that better path and your true potential. I want to show you that not giving up and working hard, is rewarded. That from nothing you can reach everything. Use this opportunity to shape your own future."
By now Rebecca had straightened her body and was looking at Noah, nodding with each bit of advice he was giving her as the tears still continued to fall down, a quiet sob leaving her body every few seconds. When Noah finished speaking Rebecca said, "This moment reminds me of my grandmother. She passed away six months before my parents kicked me out. She used to tell me, 'God doesn't give us any problems we can't handle. A door might close, but God will always open a window. All you need to do is recognize that window when it is presented to you. Some people expect miracles when they ask God for help and it causes them to not recognize the help when it is given.' So, I think that our paths crossed for a reason. I like to think that I came in second because I needed to meet you in a different way. Only then could I tell you my story and receive the help I am getting today. I don't know how far this help is supposed to go but I am excited to find out. You have already done more for me than I could have ever imagined and I am glad I took the first lifeboat when it was presented to me."
The both of them nodded and Steve said, "Well said. I think your grandmother was a wise woman and I am glad she was able to teach you that before she went. It allowed you to learn how to accept help. From here on out things will surely get better and better for you."

And now, two years later, Rebecca was doing great. Exceeding both Noah and Steve's expectations for her. She had managed to climb up to a medium level position and is looking to be promoted next year to a senior level programmer and software tester. Her brother has started school again and is about to graduate high school with honours. So, letting her take this case. Get the footage, run the company software over it. Skim through the frames. Will help her grow even more and become more confident when she is promoted. Anthony however was a reliable analyst that has been with them for almost 8 years. He began with them as an intern in his senior year. He knows what he is doing and is quick and efficient. Considering how important this task was, it would make more sense for him to go.
After a pensive look Noah said, "Just let them go together. Let Rebecca take the lead and have Anthony back her up in case any problems occur. They can go through the film together and Rebecca can learn from him. In the end, two pairs of eyes see more than one."
Steve nodded. "Yeah, if they can both be missed, that would be the best course of action. Let's do that." With a grin he added, "Plus, I think that big lovable giant has a thing for our sweet little Rebecca. A work trip and a combined project might help them get closer."
Noah glared at him but Steve just shrugged his shoulders and said, "What? I know you don't like office romances but it is Rebecca and Anthony we are talking about here. Don't you want them to be happy. Even if they should break up, which I highly doubt since Anthony would treasure Rebecca for sure and not give her any reason to leave him, but if they did, they would both continue to be friends and be professional."
Noah just sighed and shook his head as he said, "Just go and take care of what I asked."
