~Third POV~
*Vroom*
*Boom*
Leaving for a plane ride towards their destination Hisoka and Jason were both in the first-class seats as they travel to The Republic of Padokea, in the Hunter × Hunter world, which is a country composed of several parts including the Dentora where Kukuroo Mountain is located. Access to the country is free, with no special conditions to be met.
As they were going to the location towards the direction of The Republic of Padokea Jason view how everything was different from how he originally depicted from the show. Especially the fighting tower that was in full view.
Hisoka laughs at Jason with clear amusement as he spoke in a kind tone, "That right there is Heavens Arena a literal place where people seek to fight and train. But more so earn a lot of jenny in that place."
Jason nodded his head as he viewed how high the tower was compared to his old home and the world it was simply too big to compare.
*Beep*
That was when the two heard the announcement through the speakers as it says to everyone on board the plane, "Thank you passengers as of now we have now landed on The Republic of Padokea. Please prepare to leave the plane."
Hisoka grabs his things as he points to the highest building tower as he spoke to Jason with a knowing tone before he departs on his own, "That largest tower right there is Heavens Arena you can't miss it. With that, I'll have to leave you as I have a business to attend to so farewell for now Jason~"
Jason shrugs at that as he grins widely at the view as he speaks enough for him to hear, "So this is is Heaven's Arena huh? It's time for me to work on my Nen then after my next target."
With that, he began to move forward out of the plane as he ventures forth into the direction of Heavens Arena…
…
…
The fourth-tallest building in the world, Heavens Arena stands 991 meters tall and has 251 floors. Inside, thousands of martial artists on the amount of 4,000 fighters on average compete daily to test their skills and advance to higher floors.
The annual spectator attendance is over 1 billion and the building is fully equipped with service facilities, including restaurants and shopping.
Competitors are allowed to fight and defeat their opponent using any means, but weapons are not allowed on the first 199 floors. Competitors are given prize money for advancing on each of those 199 floors. After reaching the 100th floor, competitors get their private room.
When Killua first went to Heavens Arena at the age of six, he quit on the 199th floor and spent all the prize money on cakes.
Up to the 200th floor, the building is divided into twenty 10-floor parts. For example, a fighter who wins on the 40th floor advances to the 50th, and one who loses on the same level regresses to the 30th: a 10-story scale.
The floors above the 200th offer no prize money, only fame, and glory. All weapons are allowed on this floor. A fighter has 90 days to prepare for any fight, though it's possible to fight every day if wanted.
The 21 highest ranked competitors are called Floor Masters because they're given their floor between the 230th and 250th floors.
Losing four matches results in disqualification, while winning ten matches results in being awarded the right to challenge a Floor Master. The 251st floor of Heavens Arena holds a biennial tournament called the Battle Olympia, and the victor is allowed to live on the 251st floor in an exclusive penthouse.
All of the fighters from the 200th floor and above use Nen. If one reaches the 200th floor without knowing how to use Nen, many fighters take it upon themselves to 'initiate' the uninitiated by attacking them with Nen.
Those 'initiated' typically suffer severe injury, if not death. Sadaso, Gido, and Riehlvelt are all Heavens Arena fighters who were 'initiated' and each of them suffered a permanent disability as a result.
Heavens Arena has an administration to regulate everything. Apart from the ban on weapons on the first floors from 1 to 199, the combat does not follow any rules. There is no time limit, it stops as soon as one of the competitors has 10 points or a TKO, technical knockout or there is a KO (knockout).
The points given by the referees are counted as follows 'Clean hits' are worth 1 point. 'Critical hits' are worth 2 points.
If there is a 'Down', that is to say, that a fighter is on the ground, 1 point is added for his opponent.
Judges/referees are said to have personal scoring styles, when awarding a 'critical hit', for example, someplace importance on the amount of damage dealt while others like to see strategy and technique.
In the case of risky matches, a judge can lower their scoring criteria if they deem it necessary for the safety of one of the fighters; to end the fight quickly a 'technical judge' score points fast.
Deathmatches occur when both fighters agree to it, and this modality seems to have no other condition than the death of one of the fighters.

~Jason POV~
Finally, I made it to the entrance of the Heavens Arena 1st floor as I met with the receptionist on the first floor as she gave me the usual greetings then passes me a piece of paper, "Welcome to heaven's arena. Please fill out this form is required for information purposes."
Obtaining the paper, I began filling out all the requirements as well as being an extremely experienced martial artist. This is true as I have all the fighting styles of humankind as the
As I finally give her the paper, I see a lot of people waiting for their turn as I see everyone is getting pumped from the event.
With that, I began to take my seat as I wait for my number to be called as I saw the fight was so… normal…
I guess I'm more used to the fighting in the MHA world where I simply overpower them with my quirks but here is not the case. Maybe playing without my quirks would do some good and teach me some humility in the process.
With that in my mind I asked Alter Ego in my head in an honest tone, 'Alter Ego can you change the bracelet to emit the quirk canceler on me. I think I need a challenge and rely on my Nen for this world.'
Alter Ego then responded to me in my head as she spoke in a kind tone, 'Very well sir. I think you need to adjust to fighting more people without relying much on power since that almost got you killed. Although I can't change anything about your boosted physical power it should make you restrict your other abilities unless you command me.'
Observing the bracelet that held Alter Ego it began to emit a purple light as I feel depowered at the moment. Good at least it will help me heighten my senses with my Nen for the time being I can't simply overly my quirks that much or that becomes a weakness down the line.
Best to improve my overall ability at least but with the short time I have but its time I began working on my Nen ability for Conjuration soon.
"Would #34 and #69 would please come to ring B!"
Hearing that I get ready as I get closer to the ring to meet my opponent to see a big muscly fella as he was wearing a goatee as he glares down at me.
"Wait are you sure this is right!"
"Yeah, the other guy looks like a teenager!"
"Hah! The big guy has it easy!"
Great useless commentary from the peanut gallery would be nice if they are quite in a fight but in Heavens Arena probably unlikely.
The other guy said nothing as I merely glance at the guy till the referee spoke out the rules wearing the heavens arena uniform, "We're on the ring of the first floor, we evaluate the level of candidates. There's a time limit! You have three minutes to show what you're able to do. ATTENTION BEGIN!!"
*SWOOSH*
*THUD*
All in one second was all it took.
In that one second, I aimed a straight jab into his stomach with the least force as possible even depowered to the point of being superhuman again. In that single second, a small punch was enough for him to be sent flying across the other rings and straight through the walls of the rings.
The referee looked at the fight in that brief second as he looked over to me as he gave out the best choice of action, "Hmm… judging from the power combatant #34 should be recommended to 100 floors straight away. The winner of the B ring is Jason Bourne! Please proceed to the hallway sir to get you ready."
Nodding my head at him as he gave me winning tickets for the first fight that I can turn in for cash at the ticket booth in the building. I began to proceed forward as I can't wait to cash cow all of the opponents in my way.
Recalling from the anime the whole reward system of Heavens Arena I'm going to make a lot of money in this world. The floors of 100th to onward is about the reward of earning myself a private room as well as the Jenny price of 1,000,000 J.
Grinning at this I can't wait to proceed onward learning as much as I can.
…
…
Once I got out of the ring and into the inside building again, I went over to the ticket booth-like stand I got over as I turn in the winning ticket of my first fight. For now, though it's very little once I start winning big, I'll be able to get a lot of Jenny in this world.
Even though I have my Hunter License to get what I want better to have some money on hand than overly rely on my card. Better to obtain money for future occurrences for the time being now then.
As I was walking down to the elevator, I saw that one of the workers was leading me the way to the entrance, "This way, please. The building is divided into 20 10-floors divisions, up to the 200th floor. This means that a fighter who wins on the 50th-floor advances to the 60th and one loses goes down the 40th. This elevator will lead you to the 100th floor have a good day."
Nodding my head I thanked the lady as I get to the elevator and pressed the button to the first 100th floor.
*Click*
Opening the door I saw another worker as she helped me get settled into a room as she spoke to me, "Allow me sir this right here just follow me to your room you will either be staying or leaving after your fight in the arena."
Well, she's not wrong since the people here aren't that strong or closer to my weak level, I'm just abnormally strong as I view the hotel room as normal. With a minifridge as well as a menu to call over for some room service in the process nice.
For now, though I should focus more on winning fights one at a time so that I can earn more out of this whole trip but with that, I talked to myself and I release a small portion of Nen as I focus on it, "Now then if I remember correctly Knov was able to create a separate Nen space dimension with just Conjuration ability. I should make one myself similar to his with its rules own set of rules but…"
Grinning at the idea as I focus on the image more on what I want to contrast as I finished my sentence out loud, "… the consequences will be costly like say you lose something from a single loss."
With that, I began to use my Nen aura as I began to construct what I wanted a separate Nen dimension space with its own set of rules.
