Chapter 79: Much Needed Rest and Research Pt.1
~Jason POV~
*Vroom*
Seeing that I was now transported away from the Seraph of the End world back to my own home again on my bed I looked around to see how dusty it is as I rest my body as I try to relax from that adventure, "Sigh… home sweet home… I missed this bed although it could do without the dust."
*Beep*
Coming out in hologram form Aiba looks around as she yawns at the room as she spoke to me acting relaxed, "Ahh… now that was a good way to restart all the data in a program, sir! I can see why humans like to sleep it's enjoyable really."
I guess Aiba likes to restart herself and turn herself on as a form of sleeping that's kind of cute in a technological way I guess for Aiba.
Hiding a smirk almost appearing to come from my grin I looked up as I clap my hands while talking to Aiba, "Yeah really crazy stuff in that world. Although I did have to clean myself off to ensure that virus doesn't come over, I have to say it was a blast in the world pun intended. Now then Clean Bots Assemble."
*Clap*
With one clap coming out from their invisible hiding spots came small droids that are capable of flight come all-around cleaning my home as well as taking care of the daily stuff to make sure I have a home here. These guys were my robotic housemaid cleaning my home while I'm gone.
I have to make sure to keep my home somehow.
While I was relaxing Aiba then pointed out what we did in the Seraph of the End world as she placed her finger on her chin, "Still though I wonder how those people are going to survive now with the technology we lent them. At least they won't have the Iron Legion or droids to use as weapons now."
Nodding my head at that I also agreed that I left the Helicarriers in that world to restart the world as well as perform surgery on Shiona Hiragi as she was the only Hiragi left as well as mind-wiped her memories and Demon Gene containing a way for Doji to possess her.
I have no need for his resurrection but at least she and the others are doing well again although establishing schools and with books for how to rebuild society again should take a long process for them to get together again but for the better as they would use technology.
With the cleaning bots going around cleaning everything up from the mess of dust and other things but that was when I activated my bracelet as I see the screen similar to my laptop as I begin to search things through as I told Aiba, "Ok Aiba time to do our favorite past time Meta research. Since we have 3 worlds this time around how about we take things slow. I for one need time to restore my stamina of joy."
Aiba nodded at that as she also spoke to me in a happy tone as she stretches her hologram body, "Of course sir, no need to fast forward this time as we have time to enjoy ourselves. Besides I have a feeling that rewatching some anime and some new games would help you out again. I'll check what they updated in the last month."
*Beep*
With that Aiba, the hologram vanished as I searched through the media of Pokemon, Seven Deadly Sins, and Soul Eater with mild amusement as I started watching them as I also read their manga counterparts.
All information is important as well as relaxing for a change of pace maybe I should jump in between worlds while researching the three. Could do me some good to check what the rest of my friends are doing with me gone.
At least I have something to look forward to.

~Third POV~
For the last couple of weeks, Jason took his time researching everything about what he knows about the three worlds he was offered as well as re-meet the past worlds to see how everyone was doing.
As for the research, he began to look for anything useful in the worlds he was given the choice to follow in.
The first that Jason studied was the Seven Deadly Sins.
The Seven Deadly Sins, a group of legendary knights who conspired to overthrow the kingdom of Liones, were said to have been eradicated by the Holy Knights, although rumors about them being alive continue to persist.
Ten years later, the Holy Knights stage a coup d'état and capture the king, becoming the new, tyrannical rulers of the kingdom.
Elizabeth Liones, the third princess, sets out on a journey to find the Seven Deadly Sins, and to enlist their help in taking back the kingdom at all costs and fate seems to bring all 6 members of the seven deadly sins together, or is it fate?
Then after that was the Holy War between the races.
Holy War was a huge conflict that took place 3,000 years ago between the Demon Clan and the Stigma alliance of the Goddess Clan, Fairy Clan, Giant Clan, and eventually the humans. It catalyzes most of the series.
Over 3,000 years ago, the Goddess Clan and Demon Clan constantly clashed with each other due to bitter rivalry between the Demon King and Supreme Deity, but due to both races being so powerfully equal, they sustained a balance of power among the five races.
Eventually, that balance was broken when Meliodas, the leader of the Demon Clan's Ten Commandments and the Demon King's eldest son, betrayed his clan by killing two members of the Ten Commandments and fled with his lover, the Goddess Elizabeth.
This moment of weakness among the Demon Clan gave a huge opening for the Goddesses and took the opportunity to ally with the other races and strike against the demons, starting the Holy War. While most of the war is unknown, thousands from all of the clans lost their lives in the war.
Nearing the end of the war, Meliodas and Elizabeth's parents were fed up with their children's betrayal against their clans and punished them by killing them and giving them each a unique curse.
The Supreme Deity punished Meliodas with a curse that would cause him to stop aging and bring him back to life and devour his emotions every time he dies without fail, while the Demon King cursed Elizabeth by making her reincarnate as a human and every time she dies she would forget all memories of her past lives, and if she were to regain all memories of her past lives, she would inevitably die three days later in front of Meliodas.
How the war ended is never truly explained, but it is said to have happened during the time between Meliodas' first death and resurrection: the outcome being the Demon Clan having been sealed away in a ritual done through the
The Goddess Clan sacrificed their physical forms to seal away the demons and their souls came to inhabit different relics found in Britannia, while the giants and fairies withdrew to their realms, leaving the humans as the dominant race in Britannia, causing them to spread and populate the land and dividing themselves into different kingdoms.
It was stated by Ludociel that the Goddesses had to seal the Demons after their strongest warrior, Mael of the Four Archangels, was slain by Estarossa of the Ten Commandments but the truth was that Gowther had manipulated the Goddesses to end the Holy War by, with help from his doll, using a forbidden spell that would sacrifice his life in the process.
The spell altered everyone's memories of Mael - even the gods themselves - by thinking he was killed by the Demon King's supposed middle son Estarossa, whom Mael would take on that persona.
As Jason and Aiba were going over the information he views the timeline of events as the majority of them happened in the past as he views everything, "Ok I can see that everything that happened in the past as if by anything is probably fucking scary as hell. And to make things worse is the other races are probably going to be a pain in the ass."
Aiba on her end at the side looking at the screen in her hologram form as she nods but she places her finger on a town that Jason looked at with curiosity, "True that is very scary in the past. However, there are big gains to get that not even the entire story got a look only one character got to learn if we were to go in the past like the location of Merlin hometown Belialum."
Jason hearing the town or otherwise known in the story as the Capital of the Wizards is a neutral area as he frowns at that but didn't disagree that it would be fruitful as he spoke out but not deterred by the idea, "Hmm… although it would be a good place to learn about magic more properly by experts I for one don't like how they operate their society with regarding the human life. However, the pros do outweigh the cons here as well as I can screw them over. Maybe after we review the other world's data before making a drastic decision."
Aiba nodded her head at that as they both began to review the other clans at a later time as each of them is unique on their own as well as the realms they governed.
After that, they went on to the next page on the hologram screen from his bracelet as he goes over the next subject that was interesting to him, "Since we have time to check how about a quick rundown on how the people use the magic in that world. Although I guess the proper term for them is Magical Power."
Aiba nodded in agreement as they both researched what the Magical Power was in the world of Seven Deadly Sins.
Magical Power is a mysterious and supernatural ability that allows its wielder to perform various techniques. Generally, it is unique to individuals.
Magical Powers are mysterious abilities invoked through unknown means. The source of an individual's power is stated to be drawn from one's will, beliefs and experiences. The power resides within the body itself even though the catalyst to awaken one's power is unknown; the former being supported by the Holy Knights' beliefs that their bodies are imbued with "magic that transcends human knowledge."
Magical powers can also be gained and utilized from other sources of power by research and experimentation. There are times when powers are inherited.
A magical power weakens and grows unstable if the user loses control of their emotions, though this may be remedied through training. Magical abilities can be sensed through the exertion of the individuals' auras and those who felt it have different reactions towards such levels of power.
They can be measured by Balor's Magical Eye by Power, Strength, and Spirit in numerical values that determine one's overall Power Level.
While powers grant users various advantages and benefits when engaged in combat, there are drawbacks for using them: For example, Full Counter's inability to reflect indirect or normal attacks; Ruin's ability requires a unique staff's bell to make it work; and Invasion's requirement of a long-range distance.
These abilities can be categorized into offensive, defensive, and support skills in battle. The Holy Knights from different kingdoms across Britannia use their magical abilities to protect people from various threats.
There are different Magical Power Types by which abilities fall into one of nine categories. There are very rare instances of a person possessing two or more types of magic.
Few cases among these people possess four or more types of magic. Such people are called Hero-Types.
Destruction-Type: This allows the user to exert magical power with destructive properties, with natural forces like thunder or flame, or a non-natural dark force.
Shifting-Type: This allows the user to modify the properties of matter. There are a ton of varieties to it, like modifying an object's weight, hardness or water into ice.
Healing-Type: This allows the user to heal injuries and ailments of themselves or others. Its effects and scope are diverse. It is regarded to be mostly the Goddesses' magic.
Search-Type: Different forces, like locating a particular object or finding out how genuine a person is, has been identified.
Mental-Type: It is regarded to be able to manipulate a person's mind and memories. Depending on how it is used, it can be more powerful than the Destruction-Type.
Deception-Type: A magic power that generates illusions or causes audition hallucinations. It is thought to be found in Fairies for the most.
Stealth-Type: A shadow force that lets one approach their opponent without being noticed or track the opponent's movements from far away.
Enchantment-Type: This allows the user to imbue things with magic (e.g., their fists or weapons) to strengthen them and/or give them the properties of said magic.
Oracle-Type: A force surpassing the human intellect, that predicts the weather or future events. It is regarded to be the rarest of 9-Types of magic.
Hero-Type: A very rare-Type of power; those who possess four or more different types of magic, fall into this category. Percival is the only known person so far to have these types of magic.

When reading more the two stopped as they heard the sound of a doorbell ringing as they heard a sound from the outside of his door, "Hey! Your order of two boxes of pizza with Pepperoni and Bacon!"
Turning off everything Jason smiles as he talked to himself as Aiba gets herself out of sight as he spoke, "Well looks like my order for dinner is here. I have to make sure to keep up with my metabolism needing more food intake. Man, I miss some pizza since the last time I ate in the last world was hospital food although good at least it was good."
