Ryan had his doubts cleared after hearing the system's answer. He thought that he could have a limited number of monsters at first and that each monster he created will be permanent, he felt at ease knowing that everything was under control.
Nevertheless, that didn't mean that he would would carelessly create his monster. Instead, he decided to be careful with everything he did. Since he didn't know the value of the system points yet, hence, he decided to be safe than sorry.
He looked at the screen in front of him and thought for a while, He wanted his first monster to be strong enough for him to survive in this world. He went through the memories he got and realized that strength meant everything in this world.
And since he was just a weakling, he decided to be careful and keep a low profile. He closed his eyes and started imagining the shape of the monster he wanted. Since it from his own imagination, Ryan thought that he could create anything as long as it a living creature.
...
Time passed. Ryan didn't know how many monsters he imagined during the past few hours until he finally settled on the one that he was looking at.
Ryan looked at the monster with admiration, he felt a sense of fulfillment when he thought that this was something that he created on his own, even though he knew that it wasn't possible without the system, he felt happy nonetheless.
The monster he created was covered in black fur, it had a body similar to a panther but bigger, it was one meter tall and two meters long. It had a long neck connecting to it's head. The head was similar to a panther, but it was longer and had long pointed ears.
The monster head was unique looking, it had big sharp eyes, the eyes were grey with a dark vertical line in the middle of its pupil. It looked like a typical predator, especially those long fangs protruding from its jaw.
The monster had four strong legs with sharp metallic claws that glinted with cold light, looking deadly and ready to tear apart anything in their way. Extending from his back was a 3 meters long tail, the tail was thin and long, it had double edged blade attached to it at the tip making it look like a weapon instead of normal tail.
Ryan looked at his monster and felt proud.
'I created a killing machine.'
Ryan description of this monster was accurate, every part of it screamed deadly even it's tail. But, that didn't seem to affect Ryan who looked satisfied.
[Do you wish save this monster as your first transformation?]
"Yes" Ryan answered without hesitation.
[Analysing the monster...]
[Changes required.... Proceeding with with adjustments...]
[Saving changes...]
Ryan suddenly noticed that the monster body started to shift slightly. Ryan observed as it became more sophisticated and natural, he realized that it became much better than the one he imagined and some changes occured to it. Nevertheless, he felt happy, knowing that it was being perfected.
The process took a few minutes, then another window appeared in front of him, but this time the window was different.
[Monster name:
Body growth: Y/N
Description: (Note: This description could affect the future development of your monster in term of evolution and abilities.)]
Ryan looked at the three options and started to ponder about it. The name was obvious, but he still didn't comprehend what body growth and Description meant. So he decided to ask the system.
"System can you explain more about the body growth and description option?" To which the system answered immediately.
[Body growth allows the monster to grow in size each time the host advance to a higher level.]
[As for description, the user can use it to specify the future development of the monster in term of evolution and abilities. For example, the host and add the description of speed allowing the host to unlock speed related abilities in the future, as for evolution, the abilities that the monster gain could require physical changes in the monster's body which results in it evolving.]
Ryan felt enlightened after hearing the system's explanation, he wanted to be careful with creating his first monster now that he had a clear understanding about each option.
He thought about what type of monster he was going to create and realized that the description could affect it the most. He decided not to be hasty and take it slowly.
He began to ponder about what kind of monster this was going to be. For example he could give it a high defence according to the description he would choose. But, he wasn't going to do that, Ryan wanted something that was more powerful, something that could kill.
'Something like an assassin!' Ryan eyes brightned, he found that the role of an assassin was perfect for this monster. It had a dark body with deadly weapons, be it it's claws, tail or sharp fangs.
He wasted no time and started to fill the options, he suddenly felt expectations for what kind of monster this is going to become in the future.
....
[Monster name: Shadow.
Body growth: N.
Description: Natural assassin, silent killer, sharp blades, one with the shadows, lord of darkness, swift edge, stealth master, swift and silent, predator.]
Ryan felt that this was enough, even though his description was vague, it left enough room for more development in the future.
[Do you wish to confirm these options as your last choice?]
"Yes!" Ryan answered when he felt he vision shifting again.
He found himself in the outside world again when the system's voice rang inside his head.
[Process completed! New monster added: Shadow.]
[You have unlocked the system feature: Status.]
[You jave unlocked the system feature: Shop.]
[Congratulations! you gained an item: Gift pack, do you wish to open it?]
Ryan laid on the ground as he listened to the system's notifications. When he heard that there was a gift package, Ryan felt excited.
"Yes, open it now!" Even though he didn't know what he would get from the gift package. Ryan knew that it would be something that would help him in the future, so he didn't hesitate to open it.
[Ding!]
