Ryan suddenly felt a wave of information being transmitted to his mind when he opened the gift package.

The second one is called body refinement, it was a way to use origin energy to refine the physical body. Allowing the cultivator to gain tremendous strength, but it was much harder than energy gathering. Since body refinement cultivation techniques are rarer compared to energy gathering ones, and since body refinement required the cultivator to go through a painful process during cultivation.

Ryan was surprised to find out that his cultivation technique included both energy gathering and body tempering cultivation techniques. He felt lucky to receive two cultivation techniques in one set.

After all the information stopped, Ryan had a general understanding about cultivation in this world. Then another wave of information appeared, but this time they were less.

The second wave of information described the Divine art he received. Pocket dimension was a type of ability that granted the user the access to a completely separate dimension. It was an independent space where he can store anything he wanted inside, be it an item or a living thing.

Ryan opened his eyes wide, astonishment was written all over his face. He couldn't believe that he received such a good thing. Even though he is new to this world, Ryan was sure that such an ability is very rare.

He laid there on the ground, dazed. He still couldn't believe everything that happened to him, it would be a lie to say that he wasn't afraid at this moment. He already experienced death even though it was a quick process, and everything that happened so far seemed to be unrealistic.

Ryan laid on the ground and started to think about life, his past and his future. Ryan didn't know how much time passed, but he finally accepted the fact that he died and transmigrated into a new world. Honestly, the reason he was calm was because he thought that he was dreaming. Therefore, he didn't take what happened seriously.

But now, he was sure that he died. And this was a completely new world compared to hos previous one.

He sighed, he didn't feel that sad about his death actually. Since he was an orphan, Ryan wasn't that reluctant to leave his previous world. Honestly, he didn't feel any attachment to it, and maybe this was another reason why he was calm.

Ryan mind became clearer, he decided to check his current situation and plan for the future. He took this transmigration as his second chance in life, and Ryan decided to enjoy it. He felt excitement and anticipation when he was reminded that this was a fantasy world where things like superpowers exist.

Ryan was reminded of the previous owner of this body when he looked around.

Apparently, the previous owner was an orphan from a nearby village. He went out to collect some herbs to sell them for a living. Collecting herbs was a daily routine for him so he was used to it. But one day, He found a weird herb at the side of a cliff.

The herb's location was critical and dangerous, he hesitated to collect it. But, in the end he decided to take a risk, he reached out to collect the herb when he fell to his death. And after that Ryan's soul occupied his body.

"Sigh, poor guy, he died young." Ryan felt sad for the previous owner, he was only 14 years old when he died. And he died because he was struggling to survive, unlike his previous world where 14 years old children could have enough financial support until they reached adulthood. And that was when they start looking for a job to secure a better future for themselves.

He was once again reminded of how cruel this world was, where even a child would have to struggle to survive.

Nevertheless, he didn't dwell on it and decided to move on, the previous Ryan died and a new Ryan was born anew. He decided to make a change in his life and experience new things in this life, as for the previous owner, Ryan didn't feel much about his death.

He didn't have a family, nor did he have any unfulfilled wishes that Ryan could take care of, he was leading a simple life in the village until the day he died. Ryan thought that he could finally rest after struggling to survive all these years.

Moving on, Ryan started to plan for his future. First he had to focus on cultivation, since strength meant everything in this world. Ryan decided to increase his strength first, and with the system's help everything would be easier.

Another thing that he had to do was to gather information about this world. the only thing he received from the previous owner's memories was a limited amount of information about the village he lived in and a few basic information. Such as the name of the village, the name of the surrounding forest and the name of a few herbs he was used to collect in his daily life.
