CHAPTER 5

Blood, there was blood! He knelt down and i felt him shaking he wasn't letting me go. The maids were stopping Amara. Later on she realized what she did, she stabbed Mr. Gavin. She froze as she was being pinned by the guards and maids. "Ga-Gavin, Mr.Gavin." I didn't know what to say, i was shaking he wasn't letting me go. I held his face and our eyes still locked into each other. "You can let go of me now." He slowly let go of me then he leaned unto me. I cried "help!" I yelled the knife was still pierced behind his back and blood was still coming out, guards and maids came to me telling me to let go of Gavin, but I wasn't letting go. Then father came, he went to me and told me to let go, "will-will he be okay?"i asked crying, father looked at him, Gavin's eyes were closed, "sweet heart , he will be, just let go of him." I slowly let go of him and gave him to the guards, "please take good care of him." I said shaking, i was going to follow when father stopped me and held my hand , i cried and hugged him. "I'm sorry father, I did not know it was going to be like this, I'm sorry it's my fault." He hugged me and comforted me, "it's not your fault.sshhh everything will be okay." The queen entered the room and went for my sister, she hugged her, i saw Amara cry to her, i realized there was something off with them. "Clean up the mess and take Amari to her room." Father said ordering the maids. "Get some rest." He said and kissed my forehead. The maids helped me stand up and bathe me and left me in my room. I was left sitting on my bed, Wondering and still thinking about Mr. Gavin. I cried remembering the incident,. I couldn't do anything.

There was a knock at my door but i did not even care to see who it was, i hear the door closed and hear footsteps coming closer to me, then i see Luca. "Luca." I said softly and cried again. "I'm scared, it was my fault." He lay down beside me and hugged me tight, "it's not your fault, it's not okay, he's going to be fine." I hugged him back and cried again. He wiped my tears away and i suddenly felt safe and calm, i slowly closed my eyes and fell asleep.

KING HENRY'S P.O.V

"My king! Your daughters are fighting!." Mr.Jones said barging in and disturbing our discussion. "Oh how bad could it be." I shove him away. "I tell you very bad your highness." My eyes narrowed to him that made him leave, I thought of my daughters, especially Amara. "Let's end this discussion." I said to them getting out of the meeting room , i ran up the hall and went to Amara's room there i saw Gavin. Bleeding. I ran to him, Amari was there and she was crying, my poor girl. I looked at Amara and anger rage in me. She looked down started crying too. After the incident i called out of meeting.

"My king don't you think it's kind of unfair if Amara gets the punishment alone?" The queen hesitated. I thought of letting them out of the castle as there punishment and letting them live like the other commoners. But not Amari just Amara. Amara never changed, this happened for the sixth times. She even almost killed of her own mother because of her anger. I stood up and went to the window. I saw this young lady cutting off some flowers of roses i saw her short hair. I thought of an idea that will make her quiet. "I want to cut Amara's hair." I said turning to Eleanor, she looked at me confused, i know she doesn't like my idea, "I'm fine with that, but, you will throw away amari for 5 months." She said pointing by the window, i saw Amari sitting down by the broken bench, it's her favorite place with her mother when she feels sad. She noticed me looking at her, she looked up and smiled at me, my child i am sorry. I turned to Eleanor, "deal" i said and went to butler jones and told him what my plan is. After that i left the hall and went to Gavin.

"How bad is he?" I ask the physian, i sat on the chair and examined him. Indeed this young man is handsome, tall nose, dark eyebrows, lushes red lips and a pale skin. No wonder Amari liked him. "He's in a good condition my king." He said as he place other medicines of Gavin to be taken after cleaning his wound. "Take care of this man, My daughter likes him." The physian looked at me , "and you are ? Fine with it?" He asked me, i love my daughter, and i want her to be happy. "Of course. I am her father, and i only want her to be happy." I said while looking at Gavin, this young man has been with us for only 3 months yet, he knows everything about the castle. But then, there's something off about this guy, I've been thinking about this for so long, this guy look so familiar , someone i use to know, from south whales.

I stood up when i notice Gavin open his eyes, "please stay down, you are badly injured." I said softly as i push him back to his bed. "Where am i?" He asked looking around the place, the physician checked his eyes, "he's fine, don't worry." I sigh, good thing, he looked at me confused. Then hurriedly stood up, i saw him wince then he bows. "My king, I'm sorry for my rudeness i shall take my punishments." I patted his shoulder, then I gestured him to sit down and lay back on bed. "Doesn't it hurt?" I said jokingly, i see him smile. "not what i expected." He said looking at the ceiling, i sat comfortably and gestured the physician to leave us, he fixes his things and left. "Son, I apologise in behalf of my daughter Amara, you see-" i did not finished because he started talking. "My king, there is nothing to be apologizing about. Its nobody's fault." I smiled at him, i like this guy, then i thought of giving him something perhaps he wanted. "I grant you freedom." He sits up and looks at me confused. "Have i done something wrong my king?" I look at him even more confused of his answer, doesn't he want to leave? And be with his family? "Don't you want to see your family?" I said looking at him seriously, he looks down, "i mean i do , but i made promise to myself to never leave your side." I smiled again, this guy is very respectful. "Then, what about just for a vacation? You can come back to the castle for as long as you like, you are always welcome." I said as i stood up and went to the door. "I don't take a no Gavin." I said to him and he smiled at me, "thank you your highness." After hearing his response i left him.

When i came back to my room, i hear Amara's voice, shouting to the top of her lungs. I went to my window and saw a carriage, and a man went out of the castle, it was Gavin, he looked at my window and waved his hand, i waved back, then he looks at the upper window, it was Amari's window. He looks down for a moment, he got on and left.
