"You know what with that get up, you can be mistaken as Zack from Angels of Death if you just add a scythe and wrapped yourself in bandages." I said, "and it's kind of ironic we're in a church."
Crossing my arms at him,
"You know what you talk too much little bunny." He chuckled as he pulled out a knife and sent it flying my way which I quickly dodged with ease
"Don't worry little bunny your death will be short and painful, I'll make sure of it." The threat rang throughout the hall with a smirk on his face, he lounged at an incredible speed. I cursed as I darted forward away from him
"Who would've thought that the Great Isaac Foster would chase me in real life?" I mumbled smiling at my own joke as darting to another hallway, panting for breath
'Why does this church have so many hallways?' I mentally scoffed
"Oh come on Little bunny stop running, I only wanted to play." a sly smile etched on his face,
I took another turn on my left as I dodge a few knives he'd thrown my way, I kept running while forming a plan on my head. Come on there's got to be something, I could use against him. So lost in my thoughts I haven't noticed the loss of his footsteps behind me, ending up in a hallway with 4 pathways, each pathway was empty with no one in sight. Stilling myself with a cough, I groaned why did this place have a such complicated structure.
'Where the hell is he?' the thought only made me worry tenfold as I turned left and sighed
"He must be here somewhere, he can't just magically disappear," I said out loud,
"Looking for me little bunny?" My eyes widen and I let out an audible gasp as he appeared behind me.
He raised his six-inch dagger and aimed it at me, his eyes full of blood lust and a Cheshire cat smile, I was back up in a corner with nowhere to run
"Bye, bye little bunny."
Everything around me suddenly slowed down and I could see my life flashing through my eyes but as his dagger came close towards my throat, I took a step back missing the dagger's blade only a couple of inches.
I smirked "You Missed."
"Did I?!" he taunted,
I could feel something warm sliding down my neck that's when I realized it was blood pouring out.
"Shit," I muttered frozen on my spot
"Not bad little bunny, no one has ever stood up to me before." a cheerful grin "You have skills and we would have been great comrades but sad to say I really need to kill you if not my reputation as Zero would be tainted."
He withdraws his dagger from the wall before raising it
"So long little bunny."
My eyes widen as my legs moved, adrenaline seeping through me, ducking at the threat before dashing to a random hallway.
Wait Zero, I heard that name somewhere before.
I mentally said as another memory resurfaced,
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________
"Mid whatever happens don't come across these two." He said showing me two pictures "The one on the left is the first assassin known as the boogeyman, and he's famous for his 100 killing streak while the one on the right is Zero he..."
"He doesn't let any of his victims flee." I finished for him and he nodded for me to continue
" Zero kills them all, leaving no one left to tell the tale."
He looked at me his eyes focused and determined
"So please do me a favor if you ever encountered one of them, Run. Run like the devil is chasing you."
He patted my head making me frown
"Why, Have you encountered them?" He flashed me a sad smile
"Maybe." He shrugged "but don't worry you'll cross paths with them soon."

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I realized, I ended up in a dead-end
"Nowhere to go little bunny."
Zero snickered as he stalked further, I surveyed my surroundings, there was a flower vase on a table on my right and a medium-size chandelier hanging on top. An idea popped into my mind, I grabbed the vase and fling it in his direction. He easily dodges and I grabbed the opportunity to grab my gun from my holster shooting the chain of the chandelier, the chain broke and the whole chandelier went down on Zero, he saw it and sauntered in my direction. I did the only thing I could do; I dashed towards him ducking along the way to avoid his daggers. He slashed his sharp dagger downward aiming for my torso; his efforts failed, I jumped on his shoulder and used it to propel myself upward. Midair, I grabbed the remaining chain hanging from the ceiling and swung myself to the other side.
I landed softly and raised my gun in Zero's direction
"I think the tables have turned." I taunted earning a chuckle from him
"You don't have the guts to kill me."
I shoot.
The bullet grazed his left cheek landing at the wall behind him, he whistled lowly as he recovered.
"You are one dangerous bunny." he said in amusement "But your little tricks won't work on me."
He threw his dagger at me while running in my direction, I dodge the upcoming sharp metal, and as I was distracted he grabbed my hand where the gun was. The two of us struggled to gain control over it, the two of us were so caught up with our little predicament we didn't hear the clicking of heels on the pavement behind us
"Couldn't you go just one day without making trouble?!" A voice exclaimed making the two of us stop
"I don't want a lecture from you Hanabi so leave me alone." He hissed at the newcomer.
Oh so she was Hanabi, I looked at the newcomer who was a woman in her mid-20s with the height of what seemed to be 5'8" who had long wavy hair that reaches her hip with grey eyes and milky skin, she wore a shoulder blouse, black pencil skirt, and black stilettos.
The woman who was known as Hanabi grinned at Zero; the latter rolled his eyes at her.
"What do you want? Don't you see I'm quite busy at the moment?"
"It's that just you're disturbing our guest." She said pointing at me
"The boss invited her over for tea."
"Really?!" Zero asked as he looks at me
"Yes and do me a favor, let her go," Hanabi commanded crossing her arms,
Zero seeing that he was in the wrong let go.
"I deeply apologize for Zero's behavior, as you can see he's pretty much stupid and reckless, in other words... an imbecile."
I nodded along as Zero gave back my gun.
"Hey, I'm not reckless!" Zero countered.
"And what do you call, all of this then?" She asked pointing at my disheveled state
"If I haven't found you in time, you might likely have already killed our guest, and we both know that the boss wouldn't be happy about that."
"She's fine, isn't she? And besides, she wouldn't die that easily, she's got spunk." Zero assures
"Why do you always use your brawn rather than that measly brain of yours that may have gone non-existent." She teased Zero;
the latter growled clenching his fists after hearing her.
"Do you want a go little miss perfectionist?!?" snarling at her,
"Oh please, you couldn't even land a finger on me... remember last time?"
"You just got lucky last time."
The temperature in the room rose to a million degrees; the tension between them gets worse by the minute.
"Uhmm... guys shouldn't we go?" I asked trying to loosen up the tension a bit;
Hanabi turned around and made a 'hmmph sound
"I have no time to deal with idiots anyway." She said as she started walking away while Zero and I followed.
