Queen Aricia stood in the bailey, with Auxilio Carnegie and retinues that had interest in welcoming the council members, she laid in wait and watched the administrative council members, and their entourages arrive in a carriage at the bailey.

Their arrival wasn't comforting for Aricia, given they came for a plenary meeting about her repressive regime, and about the uprising matters concerning the demilitarized frontier. the periphery of the castle wasn't much filled with retinues, and a seemly entrance wasn't made for them.

Aricia wouldn't love to appropriately welcome people that has interest in impeaching her, she just did the council a little welcome which was barely befitting for people considered to have outright genteel personality and importance.

Bowen cauldron leader of the pacifists, and Eniel camari, were also invited to the meeting, they were commissioned to serve as emissaries for the citizens of Nirvanah.

The discussion could end, having aricia impeached as Queen, if her leadership and agendas are found evil, incompetent and prejudicial, but the wild matriarch had already made haste before the sun shun,

''There is absolutely nothing to worry about my Queen, given the legislative council are right behind you,''

Auxilio Carnegie said, he went into a huddle with Aricia, and gave her multiple assurances that she won't be impeached as the Queen, the Queen had given a backhander to the legislative council with ten thousand golden nirvers apiece, and she also made a lot more promises to them, provided they help retain her as the Queen.

The council members were led out of the carriage by their entourages, they were all dressed in monarchial garbs, and had a little wrathful mien, in their eyes was the readiness to administer justice and restore nirvanah to a tranquil state, they walked with placid deportment towards the castle they were all about getting on with the meeting.

After minutes of deliberation, The Queen made a beeline for the council, to make pleasantries with the council members, Aricia truly wasn't in the mood for pleasantries, but couldn't hold herself from a felicitous abidance to welcoming the council members.

''Look what the cat has brought, a garlere of gentleman.''

Aricia said, with fake smiles on her face, she had considered putting up smiles in her face as a way to show she's not perturbed about her impeachment.

She sashayed with feline steps, and with a studied regal gesture, she walked to the council members,

''Welcome noble guests, you are just in time for the meeting.''

She orated in profound classy manner, she covered up the worry and fear in her, by exhibition a regal bearing,

''We would love to proceed with the meeting immediately my Queen.''

The administrative council leader cassio reverie didn't make a welcoming gesture, neither did any of them, they ignored her jocund greetings, and walked into the castle, it appeared to Aricia the council had heard bad scores about her, and they must be in connivance with the pacifist.

She stood alone and in disbelief for a while and pondered if the legislative council was enough to keep her in the throne, she steeled up later and walked into the castle.

The demilitarization of the frontier between Nirvanah and nambiti antedates other problems, and it was the problem the council wanted to talk about with the Queen erstwhile, but they delayed on it, until other problems arose.

the low budgetary resulted to using reserve funds to do the required expenditures, to be made, much amenities couldn't be provided for the workers to effectively do their work, and relays of transporters were delayed or sent to unavailing exportation of goods, caused by breakdown of unmaintained vehicles or carriages on their way to deliver goods to farlands or kingdoms,

farm produces which are perishable occasionally perishes before the vehicles are repaired, and golds are sometimes robbed by bandits.

those problem made nirvanah's income little and their income was close to becoming equivalent to their expenditure.

The reserve funds had to be used little by little by the nirvers providers, and little budgets were made, so they could avoid total bankruptcy, their budgets couldn't satisfy every pressing need, and workers wages were aperiodically withheld from being paid, especially months when little incomes are made, it had the workers slaving away for a low wage.

the nirvers providers had to report the case to the Administrative council, they estimated that they will in 2 months time have a deficit budget, it was the only way they could possibly avoid sovereign default.

The council decided to talk about both the demilitarization of the frontier and the problems it antedated which the nirvers providers matter was one of it, the administrative council trothed to definitely decide the faith of their Queen at the end of the meeting or else Nirvanah would either suffer sovereign default or an increment in crime rate.
