Chapter 11

"Daniel! Where are you?" all of us shouted together.

Someone stumbled in front of us and it was obviously Daniel.

"Whew! I got rid of that thing!" he mumbled and saw us for the first time.

"Hey guys what are you doing here?" he questioned with a smile.

"What are we doing here! What happened to you? You were screaming for help!" I shouted furiously.

"Me! What? Nothing happened to me." he said as though he was confused.

Nigel took hold of his shoulders and started shaking him while scolding "Why did you shout for help? We thought something happened to you? Do you have any idea how worried we were? You.....you.....you scared us!"

"Stop that!" Daniel snapped and pushed Nigel's hands off his shoulders and continued in a calm voice "Oh that! It was on impulse. An insect got stuck on me and wouldn't budge and it was trying to bite me! It was nothing." he concluded with a cheeky grin.
