Winning the tournament

5 hours passed and Hao Ran knocked on Cheng Li's door, "Come on, the tournament is starting already!"

Lin Kai got up and wiped the sweat off his face, he looked at Cheng Li

'Earth roaming 1st stage'

Lin Kai opened the door and walked out, "Let's go."

They arrived at the tournament, and saw that they were already fighting,

"Didn't you say that they just started?" Cheng Li asked.

"I went ahead before you guys and drew our lots, our fight starts after this." Hao Ran explained.

They watched the fight and a team eventually won.

"It's our turn now!" Cheng Li said, although she knew she was just to fill in the third person and probably wasn't going to do anything, she was still excited.

Lin Kai looked at his opponents, 'earth roaming 5th stage, earth roaming 2nd stage and earth roaming 4th stage.'

"Elder, can I use a wooden sword for this?" Lin Kai asked the elder who was watching them.

The elder nodded.

"It's okay I'll take care of the small fries." Lin Kai grabbed a wooden sword from his storage ring and once heard the bell for the fight to start he weakened himself and used 'quick slash' 3 times and knocked them all out.

"So anticlimactic." Hao Ran sighed.

"Don't worry, we'll face stronger people once we're at the finals." Lin Kai told him.

A couple fights passed and Lin Kai's team fought a couple more times and Lin Kai just fought them himself and won easily.

"This guys pretty good." An elder who was seated was looking at the fights.

"That's the broken talent that we recruited about half a year ago." Another elder explained.

"Hmm." The elder looked at Lin Kai and smiled.

Finally, it was the finals.

Lin Kai's team was going against a strong team that seemed stronger then them in everyone's eyes.

'Earth roaming 7th stage, earth roaming 9th stage, earth roaming 8th stage'

"Cheng Li, you stay at the back and support us, Lin Kai and I will take care of them." Hao Ran told them their strategy.

"Why don't you just surrender?" One of them said.

"With that girl on your team, your already doomed to lose!" Another one said and they started laughing.

When they heard the bell, Lin Kai automatically used '5 elements destruction, water and fire', and used 'yin and yang theory' to let those two opposites coexist. He weakened it to where even if it was in front of his face it wouldn't hurt him.

It exploded and the dust on the stage surrounded them.

Lin Kai made a ball of fire in his hand and threw it at the earth roaming 9th stage. He did these movements in under 3 seconds which didn't give the other team enough time to react.

The earth roaming 9th stage saw the fire coming to him, blocked it and used a wind technique to move away the dust.

He saw Hao Ran launch an attack at the earth border 8th stage. He went to go support him but Lin Kai there a wooden sword stopping him. "Damn it!" The 9th stage earth roaming said.

Lin Kai jumped at the earth roaming 7th stage and launched a palm attack with his right hand covered in metal from '5 elements destruction, metal.'

The 7th stage earth roaming blocked it and held his hand in a lock. "Senior brother, I got him!"

The earth roaming 9th stage saw this and ran up to his teammate. "After I beat you, you guys will lose!"

Right when he appeared next to Lin Kai, Lin Kai's other hand was pointed at him from under his locked arm with all 5 elements living together with the support of 'yin yang theory' "Shit!" He screamed out but it was to late.

It exploded in that disciplines stomach, although it didn't kill him, he got knocked out and couldn't fight anymore.

Lin Kai yanked his arm out from the disciplines lock, looked at him and said, "You're weak. I expected your team to put up more of a fight."

As Lin Kai said that, the earth roaming 8th stage flew across the stage and landed next to him, the discipline looked at him and back at Lin Kai, "I-i surre-" as he was about to say that Lin Kai punched him in his stomach and he got knocked out.

The whole time Cheng Li was cheering them on from the back, jumping around and booing the other team.
