Estella

Estella whirled. A girl her age was standing behind her. Right behind her. "Who are you? What are you?"

The girl replied firmly, "I am the guardian of ice and weather, my name is Artica Crystal."

Estella stuttered, "Um...uh…"

"Who are you? I have the right to ask you." Artica retorted. "You're not the only person who can ask questions."

Estella thought for a moment, then shook her head. This girl was a stranger. She couldn't give her personal information to anyone. "Sorry, but.... I don't really know you... so...um…I-I…"

"And why is that? I told you who I am!" Artica shouted.

Estella rolled her eyes. This girl was clearly not so mature.

"So?" Artica waved her hands and created a snowball.

"I can't." Estella answered and crossed her arms, trying to act stubborn. She didn't need to act.

Artica glanced at the snowball in her hand and threw it straight at Estella. Estella had to admit that really, her aim was pretty good.

The snowball hit Estella right in the cheek. She was silent for a few minutes.

"Oops!" Artica apologized sarcastically. "You know you can duck, weak girl."

Fury grew in Estella. She drew out her dagger once again and pointed it right in Artica's heart.

However, Artica was swift and moved right out of the way. She summoned a sword. It was… made of ice?

Estella nodded mentally. Yes, of course. She was the guardian of ice and weather.

Artica used her sword to shield herself from Estella's dagger. She was… pretty strong.

Estella gritted her teeth and pushed forward. Artica, as well, did the same.

Just as about both were going to collapse, they both spotted something in the sky. Estella tilted her head and squinted, shielding her eyes from the sun. Since when had the sun been above them?

"There's something up there!" she cried, and jumped behind a fern, attempting to hide from the girl.

Artica did not answer. She hid behind the fern and glared at Estella. Estella shrugged and glared back.

But the girl had already seen them.

"Oh no," Artica and Estella murmured at the same time.

The girl in the sky waved her hand and removed the blinding light shielding her from the sight of others. Her eyes seemed to glow with daylight as bright as the sky.

Estella bit her lip and whispered to Artica, "My only hope is that you and her," she pointed her head to the girl in the sky. "aren't enemies."

Estella stood up from the fern and showed herself.
