Dear friend
When everything gets too heavy to carry remember those moments when you were at your happiest. Try to think of things that made you smile and laugh so hard that you finally cried. You can trick your brain to be happy, but it needs practice.
It is proven with science that if you tell your brain constantly that you are good at something, for example, swimming-, at some point your brain will start to believe you
tell yourself daily that:
you are good enough
you matter
everything is going to workout
you will get what you deserve
Just breath, drink a glass of water, take one thought at a time and deal with it. Let it out, all of your thoughts. Go on a walk and talk to a tree in the woods, talk to your pet, therapist, friends or write. Do what you want, but at some point, you need to deal with things.
