Chapter 2

Haley's. POV

Two Days Later

I woke and took a bath then I changed into a pair of jeans , a tank top , pairing it with Converse Chuck Taylor shoes , I brushed her hair back and went downstairs , I was welcomed by an aroma that led me to the kitchen.

"Mom, dad how are you guys" I said in happy tone

"Hey Munchkin , Hey sweety" Dad and Mom

"What's for breakfast" I said

"Bacon , eggs , pancakes and sausages" Mom said

"Great " I said

"Quick , quick eat your breakfast and go pack your bags we are leaving in 3hours" Mom said to me

"Wow , okay " I started stuffing her face with food

"Whoa slow down , we are not going to leave you behind " Dad said chuckling

"Hmm" I chuckled and ate slowly.

When I was done eating , I went upstairs and packed my bags and everthing I needed , when I was done I went downstairs and Dad took my bags and boxes of My belongings and put them into the trunk of the car and Mom locked up the house and we made way to the car and we hit the road, after 2hours we stopped at a garage to get some snack and to stretch a lil bit and wearing off the tiredness caused by the trip , we then went to McDonald's and grabbed some food when we were done eating we continued our journey to the new city , We arrived at the new house.

We started unloading boxes and luggages from the car trunk and put them in the house , and I started unpacking my things in my room and set up my room the way I wanted it to be , shifting heavy things with the help of Dad . After unpacking and settling in their new home we decided to play Charades , we were laughing when Dad guessed most of the words wrong.

"Dad no it's not a tiger it's a cheetah , that's that fastest animal that has spots" I said laughing

"Okay okay" Dad said sighing

We stopped playing the game when the pizza Dad ordered came , we ate then we all went to sleep

Halle's POV

I was at home watching a movie on Netflix and my rebel boyfriend came in from the window that I forgot to close

"You know it's not a good idea to leave your windows open" Alex(my boyfriend) said smirking when I screemed at the sound of a guys voice not recognising it was my boyfriend's (silly me)

"What the hell Alex , you want me to die of heart failure" I asked breathing heavily

"No sunshine , I'm only just pointing out that you shouldn't leave your windows open coz such things might happen and I might not be able to protect you" Alex said cupping my face "or would we want that"

"No" I said sighing softly

Alex sat on the bed and signalled me to sit next to him, "bring your cute self over here"

Alex is one of the most popular boys at school and he's one of those typical rude boys that only cares about himself , family and his friend, and now there's on person added to the list who's his girlfriend Me (Halle) , his a senior and he's 18 , we met 2 years ago when we I moved to this city from the city where Haley used to live , we moved here for a fresh start.

I fell asleep in Alex's arms and Alex also dozed off

Haley's POV

I was sleeping when I suddenly had a nightmare , seeing someone who looks a lot like me and looks like she's the same age as me being kidnapped and the girl was struggling to shrug off people who were taking her.

"Ahhhhh help" I screamed and sat up

Mom and Dad came running into my room

"Sweetheart , breath, it was just a bad dream" Mom said knowing what the dream was about

I been having these nightmare and when I explained it to my parents they said it's just a bad dream it means nothing , (lil did I was dreaming about Halle being kidnapped but in actual event it meant one of them was kidnapped which is me , I was stolen at birth.)

Disclaimer :i don't know I was stolen at birth , It's for you to get a grip around the story with out getting confused

They cooed me to sleep and then they went back to sleep when I fell asleep.

Monday

I woke up brushed my teeth , bathed and dressed in simple tee , capri pants and a pair of Airforce Nike shoes , I tied my hair in a high pony and took my phone from the dresser and my bag from the desk chair , I went downstairs and greeted everyone , we all ate breakfast and when we were done Dad drove me to the new school and dropped me off at the gate and went to work. I went in and tried to find my way to the office but I couldn't but instead I bumped into this girl.

"Oh sorry" I said

"It's fine , you must be new here , and where you wanna go" she asked

"Umm yeah . I'm looking for the office" I said nervously

"Okay , that's the wrong direction , actually you should go the opposite direction , come let's go I'll show you , and by the way my name is Halle" she said taking my hand into hers , I felt a slight connection but shrugged it off thinking it must all be in my mind

"Okay thank you, I'm Haley" I said awkwardly

We got to the office and when Halle was about to go I stopped her and asked her to come with me

"Mr Scott , I have a new student here and I think she wants a timetable and combination for a locker" Halle said peeping from the door of the principals office

"Ohh Miss Haley Covey right" The principal said

"Yes" I said

"Come in please" The principal said

Halle and I made our way inside and the principal gave me a timetable and locker combination.

"You actually look alike , are you guys sisters?" the principal asked

"No , sir we are not sisters , I only met her today" Halle said chuckling

We left the office and laughed when we were outside

"He actually thinks we sisters, wow" Halle said and I nodded

We both went to my locker and I put my books in the locked and we went to our first period , we discovered that we have same subjects except for one

where Halle is doing Arts and I'm doing music.

Lunchtime

Halle and I made our way to the cafeteria and people were busy asking if we are sister becoz they look a lot alike. When we got to the cafeteria we sat down and Shaqiri spoke.

"Halle I didn't know you have a twin sister , you never spoke about her" Shaqiri said and everyone on their table look at them and hummed in agreement.

"Ohh I don't have a sister" Halle said flicking them off

"And y'all have the same sense of fashion" Ana said to similar outfits we are wearing

"Yeah true Ana " Morisa said and Halle and I laughed

"That's just a coincidence" Halle said at the same time with me

"See you even think the same things and speak at the same time" Shaquille said

"Let's change the topic , instead let's talk about Haley here " Halle said

"Why did you come here" Morisa said and I raised an eyebrow , "ohh I mean why did you move to this city" she said

"Ohh I don't know but I was never allowed out of the house for the past 16years and the reason being that the weather outside made me sick and what not" I explained in a bored

"So you telling us that you don't know anything apart from your house" Shaquille said in shock

"Umm yes" I said awkwardly

"Okay , every weekend we'll have a lil girl outing to show you around and help you get to know things before you get old" Shaquille said

"Umm okay I'll tell my parents" I said

"Ayt sweet" Shaquille said as the bell rang
