Chapter 4: I Intentionally Changed

*Third Person's POV*

It was wednesday.

And Chao fah's classmates found it weird. Why? Come to think of it. It's the very first time that Fah was the one who start a conversation to them. And they feel it like weird. Even if they doubt that there's something wrong with him. They still act like nothing stranged happened.

Usually, Fah don't want to talk to anyone.

He's cold hearted and introvert but kind.

He's a school hear throb. He's rich but humble. But this time, all of his classmates found it stranged.

Earlier, When he entered the classroom. A wild smile flashed on his lips then he greeted one of his classmate James a good morning which is his unusual doings. Everyone of the classroom turned to him and was really shock with a smile on each of their faces except

Aki. Their class president.

"Y-Yo. Good morning too bro." James said. Stutteringly. Still shock.

Fah walk straight to his chair and put his bag. Unlike the old days. He just sit there and wait for their first period but what makes them more surprise? When He walked over to James's group and sat in his armchair.

"Oh. C'mon? What's with that shock face huh?" he said. He almost laughed at his own words.

"Is it really surprising that I'm now the first one to talk?" His right eyebrow rose as if he's waiting for an answer. He turned his gaze to his classmates who's still seemed unable to believe his movements.

After a couple of seconds. One by one, his classmates smiled as if they were very glad.

When James was a little sure that what he was doing was true, he started to speak.

"Ey bruh? Are you okay?" he asked Fah with a little bit curious in his eyes.

Fah stood up and adjusted his uniform's necktie.

"Yeah. I'm fine. Is it that strange to start a convo with you guys?" he shook his head and giggled.

"We're just surprised, you know?" Moira said.

"Surprised by what?" he asked.

"Because, It feels like it's not you?

You neve started a convo with anyone before. It's just. Errr--- feels like...You changed?----But for the better." Moira speaks gladly.

*James POV*

Our Science lecturer is absent today so the whole classroom is very noisy. We all gathered in one group while listening to Fah's stories. We are all interested in listening because come to think of it.

It's the first time that he's acting this way. We haven't talked to him like this before. Because before, he was just always sitting there and very quiet. As if, talking is a very contagious disease.

We're all just glad that we finally talked to Fah like this. Because before, he only spoke when asked.

But it still seems like one piece is missing. Back then before, I used to really want all my classmates to be my close friend. But there's someone being KJ this time. My gaze turned to Aki.

Well, It's just our class president. He was just sitting there in a corner while reading a book again.

He used to talk to us often.

I don't know why but I'm feeling like he's avoiding Fah? But Why is that?

Hayst! Shut up mind! You're not doing anything good.

*Third Person's POV*

Everyone was so happy because they were able to talk to Fah like never before. He told them so much about his life and they were all amazed.

I hope everyone is as rich as you, right Moira? Lyka commented. One of his classmates.

Wait.Wait. I am curious. So if you are rich, you have a lot of money, You have all of the gadgets you want. So it means, You don't need anything anymore? Lyka curiously asked with her brows furrowed.

Fah sigh heavily as if it's the most difficult question he encountered in his entire life.

He slowly shook his head.

"No. You know what. Yes, my parents have a lot of money and I do have all the gadgets.... but I'm not happy. There is something missing. Even though they feel that they already give me everything I need....But...They really don't know what I need...."

"So, What do you really need?" Moira asked.

He forced himself to smile and said.

"Eyyy. You're already taking it serioulsy guys. It's just nothing. I just feel like there something I really need but I really don't know what it is." he lied and smiled awkwardly.

"I guess you have a nanny, right? So, What's her name?"

"Ah. I'm just calling her Yaya Beth." he smiled. And remembered his Yaya Beth. He still missing her but he still don't know where she is.

They were all surprised when Aki suddenly stood up from her seat and looked Fah sharply in the eye before leaving the classroom.

They just followed him with their eyes until it vanished from their eyeshot.

"What's his problem? Seems like he wants to tear you apart with life" James

said.

During that time, Fah thought about everything what he had said wrong and why Aki suddenly seemed so mad at him.

*FAH's POV*

For the first time, I waved to my classmates as they walked out of the gate of Arcelo Academy. It's fun actually. I just realized all of it this time. Although the sudden change in myself was a bit strange, but at least I didn't regret it.

After a few minutes of waiting, my pick -up finally arrived.

When the wind shield came down, Daddy's smiling face appeared on me.

"Why do you seem to be having fun now?

There's something with that smile huh."

Mommy asked sitting in the passenger's seat.

"You seem suddenly changed ah? Who changed you? Maybe you're dating someone already? Am I right son?"

Mom and dad laugh hard as if it was the funniest joke they've ever heared.

Go. Laugh all you want. You really don't have an idea huh?

Yes. I've changed. I knew it.

Because the truth is I Intentionally Changed.
