It took a month for me to heal but what I was given in return was insane. I was at least twice as fast and strong as before. It seemed that this ability was only seen inherited in my mother's family. In fact, mother's family had the heritage of protecting the clan from danger and were called the devils with red eyes, however, when she spoke about it, she looked guilty.
"So, mother, what happened to grandfather?" I'd ask, trying to change the subject.
"Oh him, that annoying bugger? He died from old age, natural causes. Not many people were able to contend with him, especially in his form with red eyes. But sadly, it seemed that I did not inherit those eyes." She ruffled my hair, "but of course that does not mean I'm not strong, I think you know first-hand, how strong my fists are."
I'd shiver. The pain around my stomach still lingered.
"Do you think I would have red eyes?" I'd question.
"I hope not. They are more of a burden than anything."
Talking about red eyes, what happened to my sharingan? Had I been scammed? That brown bastard did sound like a scammer, but I guess being abnormally strong would probably be enough to survive in this world.

"UGHHHH!" A roar thundered throughout the house. Currently, I am witnessing the birth of my younger sibling. One of the older female clansmen can be seen waiting for the child to arrive, but god damn is childbirth gruesome. Never knew how bloody it was until I witnessed it today. It was also just couple days after my 5th birthday, so what a birthday day present for me.
A small head can be seen clearly popping out and then the new-born cautiously pulled out by an elderly woman. She then used a clean knife to cut off the cord. "it's a girl", the female elder whispered. The young girl was wailing and crying, but something was off, the young girl was clearly a lot smaller than a child was meant to be. Her weight was clearly unhealthy. Father requested to look at the child, which the elderly woman accepted.
Akira realized something, "she seemed to have inherited my physique…" He held the young baby in his arms and passed it to mother, and she held her calmly in her arms.
She softly caressed the head of the baby, calming the baby down. "She doesn't even seem to even weigh 2 kilograms," she continued to stroke her head, "Taiyo, promise me this, no matter what happens, look after your new little sister." I'd nod.
"Now what to name you, my little honey buns?" She pondered and then quietly spoke into the baby's ears, "your name shall be Miki, meaning a beautiful tree. I wish you live a life of longevity and feel warmth from your brother Taiyo." The baby giggled from mother's soft whispers before dozing off to dream land.

The baby was in a little wooden crib snoring quietly.
My eyes were glued to the new-born child. Her features can be clearly seen to be inherited from father, long eyelashes, and a petite mouth with light pink lips, emphasizing the cuteness that the baby was emitting.
Softly poking her cheeks can be described as a heaven sent. It honestly feels blissful. God is being way too kind. It kind of made me suspicious. The life I am living is way too good. A little sister and a caring family? Seems too good to be true but I hope it's the truth.
Thank god, but my little sister also gained enough to be considered healthy for her size. Her plump cheek attributed with her cute little giggle, could honestly kill me. Actually, I think I already have diabetes from the cuteness that is being produced by this ball of fluff.
A couple months pass by, I am still continuing to train. She had lessen the amount of time for training but instead increased the weight drastically. What type of less intense training includes wearing gauntlets that weigh 100kg?!
Also, mother told me that Miki will not be able to do the training that I am currently doing due to her body. It was understandable, I mean the little girl looked like she could be stolen by a gust of wind if were not careful.
Well, I guess will continue with my training.
