This isn't intimate enough!

Aelia felt extremely flustered, with Asher standing in front of her, while the back of her dress was wide open.

When Asher saw his little Angel's flustered face, he chuckled and said, "Don't be embarrassed! Tell me what do you need my help for?"

Aelia wanted to scream that she did not need any help. She just wanted him to stay out of the dressing room.

However, on second thought, Aelia did not say anything and just turned her back to Asher.

She was afraid that if she said anything, Asher might just counter her with some other shameless words.

After Asher saw Aelia turning her back to him, he heard her soft voice saying, "Help me with the zip of the dress!"

As soon as Aelia turned her back to Asher, her pale stretch of skin came into Asher's view. He realised that this time, he was really asking for his own self-control to be tested.

As Aelia was facing towards the floor-length mirror, she could clearly see Asher's gaze transfixed on her back.

This made her even more embarrassed.

She impatiently turned her face towards Asher and said, "Hey! Hurry up!"

Asher loved to see his Angel's blushing face. It really made him want to kiss her sweet cheeks that were as red as an apple.

So, he did just that.

Aelia who had again turned her face towards the mirrored wall saw Asher holding her chin with one hand and turning her face sideways towards him.

Aelia's eyes widened as she saw Asher's slowly approaching face.

She was sure that he was about to kiss her.

But to her surprise, she felt his warm lips on her cheeks.

Aelia stood absolutely still with the racing beat of her heart.

She felt Asher's lips slowly move from her ears and approach the corner of her mouth.

Her breathing grew faster as she waited for Asher to kiss her lips.

However, after his lips touched the corner of her mouth, it stayed there for a moment and then Asher withdrew from her face.

Aelia's face had now turned so red, that it seemed blood could be squeezed out from her cheeks.

To hide her embarrassment, she scowled and retorted indignantly, "Hey! What are you doing? Our contract stated that we would not have any unnecessary physical contact!"

Asher smirked and replied, "Now, my Angel, I clearly remember that our contract does not state any such thing. It only stated 'minimal physical contact'."

Asher then lowered his head and whispered into Aelia's ears in a husky voice.

"And trust me Angel, what I just did was far less than 'minimal physical contact'."

Feeling Asher's warm breath on her ears and hearing his shameless proclaims, Aelia felt that she might be teased to death by this shameless Crown Prince.

She sarcastically thought, 'If this isn't intimate enough, then what would be considered intimate physical contact by you, Your Highness?'

Though she thought this, she did not dare to egg him on.

This was because, she could clearly see the restrained desire blazing in Asher's eyes as she smirked at her.

It seemed to Aelia that Asher could actually read her thoughts, as his expression seemed to say, 'Come on, tell me to show you what intimate physical contact really is!'

Aelia felt her whole body warm up on seeing Asher's expression that seemed to insinuate that he would gladly show her what real intimacy was, as soon as she asked.

Therefore, though Aelia felt a little dissatisfied with being constantly teased by Asher, she concluded that it was better to not poke her shameless fiancé.

Who knew what he might do next just to tease her?

Asher saw his Angel huff in exasperation, but still remain silent.

Seeing her luscious lips in a cute pout, Asher's gaze darkened and he slowly brushed his fingers across her lips.

Aelia snuck a glance at him with blazing cheeks.

As soon as she did so, she regretted her action, for she met Asher's sapphire blue eyes that seemed to instantly draw her in.

Aelia's already blushing cheeks turned warmer. She instantly looked away from Asher's intense gaze and swatted away his hands that were still rubbing against her lips.

"If you can't help me with the zip, just get out!"

Asher finally broke away from the daze he was in and realizes that he might have overdone it.

So, he quickly caught the zipper and pulled it up.

As Asher was pulling up the zip of the dress, Aelia felt his fingers lightly touch her skin. Aelia shivered as she felt as if a warm print was being left on wherever his fingers glided across her skin.

She wanted to say something but decided to let it go, as she could not decipher whether the touch was intentional or just unintentionally made by Asher while zipping up her dress.

Asher felt pleased to see his beautiful Angel in the dress.

He placed his hands on her waist and looked towards the mirror, while Aelia too examined herself in the mirror.

Asher had a small smile on his face as he met Aelia's eyes in the mirror.

He said in a deep voice, "Look! Don't we look good together?"

Aelia rolled her eyes at Asher's narcissism, but she could not deny that he was right.

Aelia looked at their reflection in the mirror. Today, Asher was dressed casually in a simple white shirt with the sleeves partially rolled up and pewter grey trousers. Aelia was dressed in a mid-length emerald green dress with a fitted bodice that flared down her waist and sleeves that lightly belled at the elbows.

Aelia felt somehow pleased on seeing how well-matched they looked in their reflection.

Asher smiled at the pleased look on his Angel's face and finally loosened his arms around her waist.

After affectionately patting her head, he went out of the dressing room.

Aelia could finally sigh in relief.

Though she didn't really dislike Asher's touch or his presence, she just felt that if she went along with Asher's pace, she might be pregnant with quintuplets the very next day.

Though she felt somehow sure that Asher had feelings for her, she decided to first test the extent of his feelings before giving away her heart to him.

Aelia knew that it was cruel and selfish to test out Asher's feelings like that, when it could very well be genuine.

But she knew herself the best. If she really fell hard for him and then later find out that it was all due to the Delphian prophecy or due to his sense of responsibility as the Crown Prince, her heart would never recover.

So, Aelia decided to take it slow, so that they could get to know each other first before jumping into anything. At least, she would have a way out in case something unfavourable happened in the future.

However, while Aelia considered herself cruel for testing out Asher's feelings, Asher himself would not have thought so.
