“Shh, tell me what happened?” I asked her, but she couldn’t even stop crying. I hugged her tight.

“It is okay, I am here”

She stopped after five minutes and sighed. She was still sobbing, but wiped her tears and looked at me. “You know…” she whispered and I raised an eyebrow.

“Yeah?”

“I… I was…” she sighed. “i need to go to a hospital”

I was shocked, but didn’t delay. She was too calm right now, as if she was just hiding something.

I nodded and went to the car and asked her to sit down. I decided to drive her to the hospital, while Robert could just follow us in his car.

I made sure to drive fast and safely.

“What’s wrong?” I asked her, my eyes concentrated on the road.

“I… I don’t know about the child… I mean… I should…”

I wanted to stop the car and clear my confusion, but didn’t. I stopped only after we reached the hospital.

As she got out, I went closer to her and asked, “You mean…?”

She sighed. “Yeah…”
