Introduction.

In a small town named Bonire in Los Angeles, there are two teenagers named Cashmere Marie and Jay Gonzalez.

See, Cashmere and Jay are going through stuff in their lives.

Cashmere is a sixteen-year-old girl who is extremely intelligent, shy, and beautiful. She has been skipping a few grades, making her a senior. She should be happy, right? She has an abusive mother named Amber. Amber is the kind of woman who is used to getting what she wants. Amber was married to Calvin Holley, a very wealthy and powerful man, and he gave her everything she could possibly want. However, Amber became greedy and began to abuse his kindness and trust after giving birth to their son, Trevor. Amber began to go out more, party like a wild child, and cheat. She wasn't doing anything at home, not even caring for their son or maintaining the house. All of Amber's cheating eventually caught up with her; she was expecting a child, but it wasn't Calvin's, and she was unsure of the father. Unfortunately for Amber, Calvin separated from her and took nearly everything from her after learning that the child was not his. He fought for custody of Trevor, but Amber ultimately won that battle. After Amber gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, she didn't want Cashmere. Amber was still bitter about the divorce and how she had lost everything; regrettably, Amber turned her resentment on Cashmere because she believed Cashmere was to blame for her misfortune. Cashmere hates the abuse because she didn't ask to be born. Cashmere hopes Amber will reveal her father's identity so she can track him down and escape the abuse. Although Cashmere must deal with the fact that not all of her dreams come true, she can't wait until she is eighteen to leave this life behind because she is aware that dreams don't always come true. Trevor has to care for Cashmere because Amber does nothing for her; in fact, Trevor has raised Cashmere as if she were his own child. Trevor is responsible for her. He adores his younger sister and does everything he can to care for her despite the fact that they do not have much money. Trevor hides the money his father sends him from Amber because he and Cashmere need it.

Now, Jay Gonzalez is an 18-year-old boy who has it all: he comes from a wealthy family, he plays football, he's popular, he's handsome, he has a lot of friends, and he has a super hot girlfriend. He should be happy, right? He has everything. Money and popularity, however, cannot buy happiness. Jay's parents, Marcus and Gina Gonzalez, are CEOs and owners of a well-known fashion company that they hope to pass down to their only son one day. However, Jay must first find a wife who is beautiful, smart, caring, and capable of running the company alongside him, but do you think Jay wants that? No. Jay wants to be a famous football player and possibly run the company, but football is his passion. With all the pressure from his parents and girlfriend, it's too much, and his girlfriend Angel isn't helping or even making it any better; all she wants from him is money, which Jay knows, but he's not going to give her anything, and he's considering breaking up with her because he doesn't need a gold digger in his life. Jay leads a secret life, one that he is aware that neither his parents would approve of nor be proud of. Jay sells drugs to escape the pressure from his parents. Jay is aware that what he is doing is wrong, but he also feels that this is his life and that he is free to pursue any interests. He does not want his life to be preplanned for him.

However, what will happen when Cashmere sees something that she shouldn't have seen and Jay has to protect her?

Will Jay reconsider his decision after spending time with her?

When Cashmere encounters Jay, what will happen?

Will she finally meet her Prince Charming?

What will happen when Cashmere and Jay's worlds collide?

Will their lives change for the better or for the worst?

Well, they're in for one hell of a ride.
