Man up

This sentence, it's one of the worst I've ever heard. All of the things implied within those two words, it's almost frightening. The problem is that the people who use it are either people who don't have problem or people who know what having problem is, know that you have problems but find it troublesome to help you go through a difficult time.

I'm French, I had people told me sentences similar to "Man up". They do not know the extent of the harm they can do with this sentence.

This thought is short because it was only a small, fleeting thought but an important one nonetheless.
