"My queen , the package was delivered," I said and bowed down to her in respect

"Oh my dear they have no idea what is coming for them," the queen said and threw her head back and laughed evilly

"I would like to see Karth's face after we are finished with his tribe," she added with an evil look

I honestly do not understand why the queen is obsessed with Karth, there must be something we do not know, she never attacks any other tribe but just the Hnerez which is a bit strange if you ask me

She would send us to watch him from a far asking us everything he was doing, and commanding us to tell her each and everything, what he ate, how he spent his day, what he worked on, where he went and if you ask me the etocrites want to be at peace with the other tribes but the queen still insists with war against the other tribes, and on top of that she killed one of ours and put him as a sign for the Karan tribe to see him

This war is about the queen showing Karth that she is powerful it is not about us or the Hnerez people, it is about her proving that she can win over him and maybe I am over thinking but I could say that she is in love with him

"And that little girlfriend of his will face it the worst," she said and left the room

Karth (narration)

"Karth Nen is down she has been stabbed!!" I heard Noth shouting and when I turned to run to her and that is when I was stabbed in my shoulder, "Arrrrgghh!!" I turned and it was the queen she was smiling evilly, "I told you I will get you Karth!!" she said and pushed the spear more into me

"I am going to end your tribe Karth, just watch!!" the queen said and laughed a very evil laugh

"Nooooo!!" I shouted and shot up, I was breathing hard, I was sweating, "It was just a dream, It was just a dream," I said to myself and I knew I could not sleep after such a dream, it seemed real though, was that a vision of what was going to happen??

I just moved downstairs to get some water and I could not help but think why would the etocrites attack now, yes I knew it was them it was so obvious, I knew the queen wanted to end my tribe but why if you ask me I don't know, for some reason the queen was out for blood

"So you cannot sleep too?" Noth said from behind me, "Yeah a really bad dream," I replied,

"You know I have been thinking and I think the etocrites sent that missile," he said getting a glass

"I know they sent that missile, it is just too obvious, first the Karan find an etocrite body then we get hit by a missile," I said simply

"Oh I honestly did not think of it like that but that makes sense though it is like a pattern," he said sitting next to me

"And I also do not think other tribes are involved in this fight, I think this fight is centered around us, our tribe," I said looking at him and he gave me a shock face

"I too think it is about your tribe," we both turned and saw it was Rik

I for one wanted to know why he thought that way, he clearly had reasons and I wanted to know them, "Well if the etocrites wanted to attack the Karan tribe, they would have just attacked instead of putting a body on our border, I have been thinking it was just a diversion for something else," Rik said sitting next to me

"If you know that then why are you still here aren't you supposed to protect your tribe because it is obvious you have nothing to do with this," I said looking at him with a serious face

"I know you want me to leave because you cannot stand me but I will tell you this I want to help because I feel guilty for doing so much harm to you and Nen, look Karth I am sorry for what I did to Nen I was just angry and jealous and it was stupid of me to do what I did," he said and I looked at Noth not believing what I was hearing

"I want to help Karth, I want us to fight side by side against the etocrites like we did in the first fight," he said touching my shoulder

"It is Nen you are supposed to apologize to not me, yes causing her a lot of pain hurt me of course which I believe was your goal, but it is her who was in pain for over a month," I said looking at him

"Of course I will apologize to her, I know you do not believe me but I have changed and I can prove it," he added looking between me and Noth

"Or maybe you just want a piece of Xasv and are pretending to be working with us huh?" Noth stated looking at him

"It is far from that actually, I am from the Hnerez tribe and yeah I took a dark turn when I realized that my best friend was with the girl who I dreamed of being with and she had rejected me yet she accepted being with you, I had a hard time accepting it and that was stupid of me," Rik said looking down

"You know a girl can reject one man and go with another that is the reality Rik, that is something you just failed to understand and as a man I thought you would get that and be more respectful, look Rik I know you were going through a jealous phase but hurting a girl like that will never make me change how I feel about you," Noth said and left

"Wow he is really angry at me huh," Rik said looking down

"Well everyone who likes Nen is still very angry at you, just a heads up be ready if anyone hits you," I said, "Oh and by the way her brother is back so I suggest you get ready to face him," I added with a smile and left

"Oh that one has a really bad temper," Rik said to himself

Farath (narration)

"Farath I got a signal," Tora said coming to me, "It came from the West of our tribe from around the border," she added,

"We both know the etocrites sent that missile, all this detecting is wasting our time, we need to prepare our weapons for an attack very soon," Tora said resting her acbook down

I know we were all hoping it was sent from somewhere else but we knew it was the etocrites and this time we are going to be ready for them, the elders and the keepers in the East have been wielding weapons ever since the first attack and also our protection dome has been put up, it had been open for a very long time because we thought we were safe

I looked at my acbook showing a call from Karth and swiped up to him in acview, "Farath how is it going there?" he asked, I could see him standing with Noth,

"The whole place has been cleared up though the citizens had started protesting and claiming we do not protect them, but we managed to stabilize everything and managed to recover some people who were injured," I said

"Well Tora found a signal from the West, she said it was from the border but the protection cover has been put up," I added seriously

"Oh that is great, we will be back later this evening, we are coming with Rik," Karth said and I raised my eyebrow

"Do you honestly think that is a good idea Karth?" I asked simply

"Obviously not but we are going to take our chances he claims he wants to help and also he has to apologize to Nen and Caz," he said and I nodded

"Wow I would love to see him face Caz, that is something I would like a front seat to," I said laughing

"Tora says the etocrites sent the missile," I said with a serious face

"Does she know that for sure or she is just guessing like we are, you know Karth here said he knows for sure the etocrites sent that missile," Noth said seriously

"Well it is just a guess but if you ask me I actually agree with her because why would another just send a missile to us after all these years," I said simply

"Well if it is them they are quite obvious and I guess dealing with them will not be hard," Noth added and I agreed, why be obvious maybe they were preparing us for something worse

"Alright see you when we get back," Karth said and ended the call

"A protection cover was put up my queen we cannot go through," I said bowing down

The queen smiled a bit and gave me a look, "It will not be for long," she said simply smiling

"All in due time my dear, just you wait," she added smiling
