Chapter Four

The boys went inside the computer shop, so it was just me and Louise walking nowhere. I don't really don't know where we are going at this point.

"Louise where are we going?" I asked because my feet are aching like for real.

"Oh.." she looked in our surrounding and said, "Ahhh.. We should go back to the convenient store in front of the shop where the boys went." She said and again we walked back to where we left the boys.

"What are we gonna do here?" I said as we go closer to the bench beside the convenient store.

"I'm gonna call Andrei." She said. Him again. Why do I always hear his name?

Oh gosh he will see me? Wait why am I even bothered by him seeing me? Ahh!! Because I'm ugly and I don't want anyone who knows me or my friends to see me in this state. Like who wants to see me? Right?

I looked at my phone and immediately went to my contacts and texted Vincent. I can't be here with Louise and Andrei without someone talking to me, it would be so awkward for me!

I texted Vincent, 'hey can you go here at convenient store? Talk to me for just a minute then you can go. Don't ask just go here!!!'

He replied 'okay' so I can finally breath.

"Andrei is on his way. He was also inside the shop." Louise said, I smiled at her and nod. WHY AM I NERVOUS?!

I want to tell Vincent to hurry but Andrei got here and I saw Vincent behind him.

"Why you want me here?" Andrei said as he sat down in front of Louise

"Hey art! Do you want a drink?" Vincent said as he sat down but I said no. All I just want him to do is talk to me and let me escape this awkwardness.

I really don't understand why I am so nervous when he is near or when someone says his name. Well yeah I know him because of Louise, and some of my classmates who are his friends. We are not in the same school though but I got to know him like what I said because of his friends who happened to be my classmates. I heard a lot of stories about him, like how him and his friends will be playing overnight in this computer shop called "Nets". They were playing dota. Jess and Vincent want me to learn how to play dota and I keep on saying No because I don't like gamers you know. So I don't wanna play. I don't understand anything when they are playing like what is happening?!

That's just one of many stories I heard about him. But still I don't know why I'm so nervous around him, like literally nervous. Maybe because I heard a lot of stories about him? But those stories don't even scary they are actually funny.

Vincent is telling me stories about his ex who is obsess with him. But like he is also obsess with her so I don't know why he tell me this story like this girl is so obsess with him. By tomorrow I guarantee they will be together again.

I glanced at Louise and Andrei talking. We stared at each other for a couple of seconds then I looked at Vincent. In person I looked like my heart is not beating fast and I'm not panicking. Gosh! I got more nervous now than before. Why do we need to have an eye contact? Ah! Artemis why did you looked at them in the first place? You should mind your own business! I want the floor to swallow me this is so awkward!

"Hey you listening?" Vincent suddenly said. Oh yeah he was telling me a story about his ex.

"Oh yeah, right decision you broke up with her." I said nervously. I am obviously not listening ugh.

"Art, we got back together, you were not listening."

"I thought she's obsessed with you? Why would you want to be with her when she is obsessed?" I said

"That was my second ex. I was talking about my first ex?" he said rolling his eyes on me

"Oh I am sorry. It got messed up in my head anyway, congrats to both of you." I said. I didn't know he was talking about his two exes. I didn't even know he has two ex. Like what?

"Thanks, I guess." He said and he starts to talk again about his first ex who is currently his girlfriend.

I want to glance at them again but I am so scared that they will see me looking at them. Huhuhu. I am so confused why do I need to look at them? What for Art?

"Let's go." I looked up immediately to Louise who is standing now. I smiled at her then nod

I looked at Vincent and he also nod, "It's time to play then." He said as he bid good bye to me only. Well, he's mad at Louise for what happened earlier.

The two of them, Andrei and Louise, bid their goodbye to each other, then me and Louise start walking, "where are we going?" I asked her

"I'll walk you home." She said

"Oh no, it's okay. I can handle myself." I said and stopped walking so she can go on her way.

"No. I'll walk you home then Andrei will go there to fetch me." She said and start walking again

Then why didn't he come with us now then when I am close to my house they can go, right? Or I'm just stupid thinking this way?

"What did you guys talked about?" she asked

"Oh nothing. It's just about his exes. What about you?" I hesitantly asked her. I am afraid I am going into boundaries.

"Nothing specific." She said and I just nod and we keep on walking

For about 10 minutes we are finally in front of my house.

"Thank you, Louise. You can call Andrei now." I said smiling at her

"Yeah, I'll do that." She said. After their call we wait for him in front of my house, while waiting me and Louise just talked to each other about random things. I don't want to ask her yet about what happened earlier. I know it is still sensitive to ask now; she might be trying to forget what happened for a while.

"He's here. Thank you for waiting with me." She said and walked to him.

"Thank you. Take care! Text me when you got home." I said as I open the gate.

"I will!" She said and waved. I waved back and went inside the house.

Today is so tiring not just physically but also mentally.
