The early years

The chaplaincy was surrounded by many side roads, and was very close to a city hospital. So sometimes John, who passed his test aged 18, found it difficult to find a parking space before going in. Indeed, the first time he went there, he and his father had to say a last minute Hail Mary to find a parking space in between two parked cars. They were already late to the event, and this was a very important day for John who was feeling low in his mental health.
