Alice knew from watching Elijah that he couldn’t make it.
She knew it deep in her heart.
She thought about how the failure that is to come will torment him and push him to power. To make him strive to be the best hero there is.
“Ahh~ It’s a bit wet,” Alice said with her hands around her flushed cheeks.
The truth was, she knew that the man of her dreams was not some character from her favorite fairy tale, but a true Hero. She had an obsessive urge to make Elijah into that Hero.
“Hurt… Suffer… Elijah. Feel the pain, the helplessness, feel the weakness in you and use that torment to become a true Hero~,” Alice preached as she watched the girl she threw fly up.
The girl had slowed to a stop at 17.6 m in the sky, and it was peaceful for a fraction of a second.
Then she fell and picked up speed.
“Ahhh!” the girl screamed.
“Fall… Die! And quickly become fertilizer to my Hero!” Alice said with her arms spread out.
