Hikaru stood before Asahi who was lying on the ground and coughing up blood. 


Hikaru had four tentacles coming out of his back pointing at the incapacitated Triad gangster. 


“Somebody! Help me!” Asahi called out. 


An office worker who was passing by just ignored him because he didn’t want to get involved. 


Tentacles that were held at bay viciously grabbed Asahi and pulled him in like rabid dogs. 


Elijah heard the screams and arrived at the entrance of the alley. 


Elijah saw from the back of the man that his body was changing. It was like looking at ripples in the waves. 


Since he didn’t respond, Elijah rushed in but stopped when the parasitoid turned around. 


Hikaru had shape-shifted to hide his identity, and so Elijah saw Gorou’s face. He also saw something grotesque. 


The tentacles that held Asahi returned to Hikaru’s back and pulled Asahi along until he was stuck onto Hikaru's back.
