A few days have passed since I came back home. Grey and I were getting more serious about the relationship we have, Niven and his girlfriend broke up because he fell out of love. Aunt Beth still didn't reveal what the last spell was and how she would be helping me. My parents haven't sent any more creatures to the town which is relieving yet terrifying. The weather today was pretty gloomy, there were some rays of sunlight but not much. I spent the morning getting the apartment cleaned up, organizing the books and binge watching shows. There wasn't much to do since we were on break from school and I didn't want to cling to the others as much.

I looked down at my phone and saw that both Peter and Clovis texted me. They both want to hang out today. I agree and say we should spend the day at a movie theater. There was one 20 minutes away, so I left the house early to catch the bus. I didn't feel like using any magic right now.

Once I arrived, I saw the others. I walked up to them and gave them short hugs.

"Hey, what are we watching?" I asked them as we walked into the theater. Clovis pointed at the new comedy movie.

"I'm down." Peter told us.

"Yeah, me too. I'll go buy the snacks. The usual?" I asked them they both nodded and we parted ways. I made it to the cashier.

"Hi, can I get two nachos and one medium popcorn? Also, 3 blue raspberry slushies." I asked the boy. He gave me a weird look before putting in the items.

"That would be 20 dollars." I handed him a twenty dollar bill and took my receipt. I walked over to the side, waiting for the stuff. I looked back and saw Peter running up to me.

"I'll help carry it. You're clumsy." He revealed. I faked a shocked gasp before shaking my head.

"Thank you for that one day." I brought up the day my father came.

"Don't worry about it." He reassured me. A few minutes pass and the workers give us the food. I took the drinks while Peter took the food. We walked to number 7, trying to find Clovis in the dark. She realized we were struggling so she used some magic. I couldn't help but laugh. We went towards her and took our seats.

The movie was an hour and a half long, it was a really good movie. We stepped out of the theater and stretched from sitting for so long. I looked around the neighborhood and felt something off. I couldn't tell what it was but I just know that it wasn't my parents. I looked up to a nearby building and saw a brief shadow.

"I'll be right back." I went to the nearby building and walked to the roof. I didn't see anyone on it.

"We meet again." I heard a familiar feminine voice behind me. I look back and see Eleanor. I stopped getting defensive and played with my bracelet.

"Oh, my bracelet. I'm guessing your Aunt gave you it?" She noticed the bracelet on my wrist.

"Yeah, it's pretty. Why are you here?" I curiously asked her. She walked by me and stared at the view from the building.

"I was checking up on you. One particular.. person wanted me to check up on you. You don't know them yet. My mother gave me that bracelet, hand it down to your daughter in the future." She hesitated on telling me who it was. I stood next to her, looking down on the others. They noticed I was up here and signaled for me to come back down.

"Your friends are quite impatient. You should head back down. The battle is soon." Eleanor pat my shoulder before walking away. I turn back and saw that she disappeared. I felt the hairs on my arms rise as she did. I jumped off the building, catching myself with my magic. The others walked towards me with confused looks on their faces.

"Why were you up there alone?" Clovis asked me. Did they not see her?

"I wasn't?"

"Yeah you were. There was no one up there." Peter chimed in. She was a ghost, I get it now.

"I tried pranking you guys." I came up with an excuse. I rubbed the back of my neck anxiously. My hair got longer, I'm still debating if I want to cut it off or not. It can be annoying when fighting but the hairstyles are cute.

"Well, you failed. What was your favorite part of the movie?" Clovis asked us. We walked towards a nearby park.

"I liked where he fell down the stairs and the kids came and attacked him." I answered first. Thinking back to the scene, I started laughing again. The guy was a total douche so he deserved it.

"Mine is where the kids parents were cheering them on." Peter answered. We all started laughing again before finding a nearby table to sit at.

"How are you and Grey?" Clovis wiggled her eyebrows at me.

"We're fine. I haven't dropped the L bomb yet though. I'm terrified." I revealed to them. They both stared at me in disbelief. Grey understands why I don't say it. I do love him, a lot. He says it to me everyday and I respond with 'who wouldn't'.

"Is he fine with it?" Peter asked. I looked down at my phone, unsure on how to answer his question.

"I think he is... he doesn't seem so upset about it. I never asked. I should, right?" I answered. I sent a text to Grey saying we should talk today.

"You should try getting out of your comfort zone? Especially with him, you trust him a lot. You know he won't hurt you." Clovis advised. I do trust him, I just think it's best if I don't say it though.

We spent the next two hour hanging out at the park, talking about random things and chasing each other around.

"It was fun, we should do this again soon. Also, bring your man." Clovis added the last line in. I don't know if Peter and Grey are friends now but I can ask.

"Are you fine with that?" I looked over to Peter. He just had an annoyed expression on his face.

"I don't care."

I looked over to Clovis with a 'he's lying' face. She gave me an 'I know' look back. We laughed before Peter sighed.

"Stop lying. If you don't want him to hang out with us, I won't invite him. Pretty sure the feeling is mutual." I told him. He rolled his eyes before saying bye and left me and Clovis.

"Well that's my sign to leave. It really was fun, bye Olly." She gave me a hug and formed a portal in front of me. I didn't feel like taking the bus home so I created my own portal to my apartment. I got in and immediately closed it behind me. I placed my bag down and Beatrix started running to me.

"Hi there." I sat down on the couch and she came to me, sitting on my lap. I quickly grabbed a scrunchie and put my hair into a bun. I checked my phone for any messages and saw that Grey finally replied.

'sure, is it bad?' I realized that he sent that two hours ago.

'i'm so sorry. i was with Peter and Clovis. it isn't bad, we can talk now if you're free.' I sent the text. I picked up Beatrix and placed her on the couch. I walked over to the kitchen and grabbed a soda can. I heard a notification.

'no worries. yeah i am, i can come over now.' I sent him an 'okay' and waited for the door to ring. Knowing him, he's using his magic to get here.

Right on cue, I heard the doorbell. I opened the door and it was Grey. He kissed my forehead before walking in.

"What did you want to talk about love?" He sat down on the couch, waking up Beatrix. She stretched but immediately walked over to him. He chuckled and pet her.

"Are you genuinely fine with me not saying the L word?" I walked over to him, standing by the side of the couch. He let out a deep sigh before rubbing his wrist.

"I know you love me. It would mean a lot if you did say it but I'm not going to force you. I knew what I was getting into when I first caught feelings for you. Nothing will change my feelings for you my love." My heart ached from those words. I bit my lip, preventing myself from saying something I might regret saying.

"You mean the world to me." I let out. I wanted to say more but I didn't want to get emotional. He got up and pulled me into a tight embrace. I rested my head on his shoulder, he kissed my head before lifting up my face. I looked deeply into his eyes, grateful for the man standing in front of me.

"You're everything in my book, Vio." He whispered before pulling me in for a kiss. Our bodies were as close as they can be, I felt his faint heartbeat as he pressed his chest on mine. He moved one hand to cup the right side of my face, the other hand holding my waist.

We break apart, I let out a little laugh. He stared at me, a smile forming on his lips.

"What?"

"I just adore you." He exposed. I blush from the words before sitting back down on the couch. He sat beside me, placing his arm around my shoulder. I placed my head on his shoulder and grabbed the remote that was beside Beatrix.

"I still don't like Peter." Grey broke the silence. I looked up at him.

"Both of you are so annoying." I sigh and put on a show.

"Listen, he started." Grey tried defending himself.

"Didn't you?" I asked. He just gave me a look before continuing the show. I laughed and enjoyed the moment.

We watched a few episodes of the show, it was now 1:00am. I rubbed my eyes before pausing the show. I looked over to Grey and saw that he fell asleep. I quietly and slowly got out of his hold before looking for a blanket. I finally find one in the spare bedroom and put it on him. I turned off the lights and turned off the TV before going over to my bedroom. It's not my fault my bed is more comfortable.
