Training

Countless invisible lights has flashed making the light slightly visible as it passed over Kuro. Afterward, nothing happened as the machine started writing.

Kuro hasn't noticed but, the machine right now were really hot—as if overheating, it can definitely cook a Yakiniku (Japanese Food, like BBQ) if meats were put on the top of it.

The paper which popped out from the machine were slightly warm as Kuro took it in his hand and read it… along with Soujin beside him.

.

.

.

"HAHAHA!"

Not long after, Soujin laughed like an insane person.

Kuro:

Strength Talent: Level -3 (Trash)

Constitution Talent: Level -3 (Trash)

Agility Talent: Level -3 (Trash)

Arcane Talent: Level -3 (Trash)

Technique Talent: Level -3 (Trash)

***The hidden potential took out by Kuro***

Hidden Potential:

Water: Level -3 (Trash)

Darkness: Level &**¥@@& (@#%@&*@)

***Hidden Hidden Potential End***

The reason why Soujin laughed this bad were because… of this. The lowest limit thought by Virturankind (humankind), the level 1… actually had a lower level!

The negative level! This has not appeared in whole history since the appraisal machine was made!

Looking at Soujin's face, Kuro couldn't help but feel embarrassed.

"What is it! Is it that amusing to have so little talent!?" Kuro lost his cool a bit there because of the annoying laughter.

Unconsciously, he was feeling down, disappointed, sad. He was a children after al—no matter how rotten, no matter how quickly he grew mentally.

"Hahaha! My bad, my bad… ahh my stomach hurt. Kid you almost beat this strongest Oni just by making him laugh! It's honourable stories!"

Soujin joked around while holding his paining stomach.

"Ahem… HAHAHA! I really can't stop laughing."

Soujin really tried to suppress his laughter. But the look of Kuro's face, shifting his gaze to paper, and back to Kuro, he couldn't suppress his laughter anymore.

This kid's face were just that amusing to him. Specially because his face always contained cool. Maybe in sort of way, this was Soujin's revenge for teaching him a lesson with words.

"My bad, my bad. Don't worry about it too much. After all, talent doesn't result in anything. Having better talent just meant that you will be able to train faster."

"In the end, it's the time/effort spent (and luck) that matters. So good luck… alright. Let's get going to check out your speciality."

Right then when Soujin and Kuro left the place, Kuro started wondering as he asked a question.

"Come to think of it, what is the level of your talent, Soujin?"

Having piqued Kuro's interest, Soujin looked to Kuro after being asked.

"I don't know because when I was in—3,000 years ago… such machines were not created yet. But if I were to evaluate my own talent… it should be around…

But before Soujin even complete his sentences, Kuro interrupted once again as he deemed this matter more important.

"Wait a minute, 3,000 years ago? Then does that mean that Ayame-chan was born when you were 1,500 years old?"

While complaining at Kuro's sudden changes of discussion a bit, Soujin answered confused a little bit.

"Now that you say it… I should be at Ayame's current age when Adona gave birth to her."

Kuro knitted his brow after listening to what Soujin said.

"Is there any particular reasons for this? Like the Oni can't develop a love until the certain ages or something?"

Soujin then nodded.

"That's right. But rather than 'can't' they won't. You see, Oni is a little bit special existences. In exchange of their long lifespan, their growth of mentality is a little bit slow. It's depend on, though."

"In Ayame's case, she's similar to me. So this time is the highest probability she can fall in love… well if she can find the person to fall in."

"Another fact of Oni: for the Oni to give birth, there requires an special conditions meaning in 'forcefully seeding' won't make female Oni pregnant."

"This is also the side effect of the Oni's long lifespan as well, why the numbers of Oni you've seen so far is low."

Kuro right now understood one of the mysteries in his mind: why an oni who can live more than 1,500 years, so low in numbers.

Kuro wasn't also careless enough to forget Soujin's previous sentences before he mention about the fact… highest probability to…

Kuro at this moment, felt the sudden urge to hurry.

For what? Why? And what is he hurried in? Kuro didn't understand. So, he decided to leave that aside and look at the matters in front.

"So where are we going?" Whilst talking with Soujin, both the two were now on completely foreign places.

It was an rather empty, however large spaces. The nearest building here were at least two hundred meters away, and some (humanoid) demons were here.

Kuro couldn't decide the ages in between these demons but some looked young and some looked old. After taking a look around, Kuro finally returned his gaze to Soujin.

Realizing Kuro's gaze, Soujin finally pointed his finger to one of the dummies around here.

"Strike that dummy with your full power… oh, I forgot to mention. Full power without hurting yourself."

Then, he continued.

"You seemed to have miraculously healed your internal injuries someway, but do not take an actions that'll create another one."

Kuro nodded to Soujin. Which then he faced the training dummy shaped in human. Head, Torso and Limbs. It had the basic concept of what makes human a person.

'Time to test that out.' Kuro thought to himself as he brought his left hand in the front.

Right then, he lowered his posture and brought his right hand to backward. Right now he was like an arrow waiting to be released.

Right then, making a fist that didn't hide his palm, he bent his finger hard as he gathered the forces around his right hand.

When exactly the time the force sphere was created in his hand—his hard bent finger started to hurt as it couldn't bear the pressure anymore.

It was the time!

The motion going from down to up—Kuro stepped in front using all his might as he swung his right hand—with this, not only his hand, he also used the weight of his body as addition to power.

Right then, when the force sphere was about to make contact with the dummy, Kuro extended his four fingers that was bend.

The finger Kuro bent created an hole-like space in the force sphere as the condensed force pressure escaped from the hole.

[Force Explosion: Modified]

Honestly, it wasn't force explosion anymore because of the one directional movement of force.

*boom*

Making an small yet large sound, the force exploded in front direction as the condensed force 'pierced' the dummy like an sword.

But the force didn't just stop there. After being unleashed from it's condensed form, it continued to go forward. As it go forward, the more spread… until it finally disappears.

The damage it caused on dummy? Deadly.

The dummies which Soujin said to be as the weakest dummy, required at least Level 2 Strength's full force to completely destroy.

The dummies in front of Kuro's head… were exploded!

The force pierced the dummies' face and it continued to exist—rampaging apart inside the dummies' head. This was the reason why it was deadly.

Then the damage asides, how was the side-effect? Reduced. But bad!

Thanks to his fist not being the center of explosion anymore, when he uses this technique, his skin won't peel, his flesh won't be abused, his bone won't be broken anymore.

It's just… his finger were badly broken now and his nails were dragged out by the front direction forces.

It… hurt so bad!

Upon seeing the badly damaged states of Kuro, Soujin came forward in and… gave Kuro a bump.

"Don't tell me, boy. You've been fighting like this all the time? If so, then… you're not just crazy! You're ill! Your enemy can dream of killing you as you kill yourself before they can even kill you."

Giving out an harsh remarks (truth) and a bunch of complains, Soujin treated Kuro's finger with the basic treatment.
