Two days before…
"Brother are you ready?" the girl asked while the servants carried their suitcases.
"Why have I had to be punished like this?" He was exasperated, he not only would have to be with his annoying younger sister, but he would have to be on the lookout and hoping that nothing would happen with the one who would be his sister's fiancé.
"It's not my fault, you did what you did" the boy snorted.
"Just shut up and let's go."
The brothers headed towards the big carriage that was waiting for them, without a doubt going ahead of schedule annoyed the young man but he knew that it was better than having to put up with his father talking about marriage another day, although now he would have to hear it from his sister.
The girl was beautiful, she looked a lot like her mother; green eyes, beautiful long blonde hair, slim figure, worthy of royalty. Of course, her attitude was too and unfortunately for many, since she was the youngest of the Decorum's family, her whims were always complimented.
"Neceb, aren't you feeling at least a little excited?" the poor girl couldn't stop smiling.
"To be honest," Neceb looked at her and smiled "not even a little."
"Neceb!" Her sister looked at him badly.
"You were the one who asked," she rolled her eyes "besides, I don't see how exciting an arranged marriage can be."
"Well, that's because father only wants the best for me," she smiled again full of illusion.
"Or he doesn't think you can get a husband by your own," he giggled a little before getting hit on his arm "Hey!"
"That is not true, besides surely this boy is the only worthy that father could get for me."
"Or the only insane to agree to marry you," the girl's eyes warned him that if he continued, he would pay dearly "Oh come on Amiira, I'm just playing."
The girl turned to look out of the hackney, she felt excited, and although she didn't give importance to her brother's words. She knew what she was getting into, she had grown up with the idea of a prince charming who would come and would love her, and although she didn't always show it, that was what she longed for the most.
She knew that an arranged marriage was not one of her best ideas, but she had nothing to lose either.
"You know what, Neceb?" he looks at her confused "You too could find someone on this trip" he laughs.
"I already know what kind of things I'm going to find on this trip" he smiled "And love is not one of them."
The love in his life didn't was that important as her sister was. He didn't want to waste time in that things when he can just have fun with some girls and continue his life.
He didn't want to try something that he knew how it finished.
