Chapter 3 : Garden of Eden

LOCATION : GARDEN OF EDEN

TIME : IRRELEVANT

DATE : IRRELEVANT

The garden of Eden is a dimension that exists outside of the material world since the banishment of first man and the first woman.

After the first disobedience that caused mankind to lose the garden, the Father detached it from the material world so it wouldn't get corrupted by the sins of the world and so it has remained in a sacred state since ancient times, being guarded by two seraphs who kept watch day and night with their flaming swords.

It's location was known by only a handful of individuals. It's size is twice that of earth and a hundred times more beautiful.

"Darkness, all I can see is darkness, wait does this mean I'm dead??...

Yeah most likely there's no way I survived that blast, wait what about the other guy, I wonder if he's dead, maybe not, those demon princes are said to be really powerful so I doubt my attack could have killed him.

I feel so at peace and yet troubled at the same time. I wonder where I'm gonna end up, heaven or hell, or maybe I'm just gonna float about in this abyss till someone comes to lead my soul into the afterlife.

I wonder what the others are up to now, they'd most likely be mourning me, those guys always get emotional at the worst times.

I'm pretty worried about Sirius though, I'm sure he would be the one most hurt by my death, I wish I could go back and tell him that everything is going to be OK, but alas….."

A female voice speaking takes a breather as her voice trails off.

"How long are you gonna keep on soliloquizing, I think it's time you opened your eyes.

Don't dwell on such fleeting thoughts for so long, you'd get a headache."

A male voice remarks as though he were addressing the female.

"What is this voice that speaks to me... it's calm and yet firm.

It makes me feel at peace even in this void I've found myself in. I wonder if the owner of such a magical voice would be the one to guide me out of this abyss and lead me to the light.

It's getting really cold though, I wish things ended on a much better note, I hate that I left you guys, my friends, my…."

The female voice continues on but soon trails off again.

"Oh my Father, OK that's it, time to wake up…"

The male voice sounds a bit frustrated.

"Ow…"

The female voice says as something caused her pain.

Eliza opens her eyes and turns from her lying position to see where the pain had originated from.which was her arm with a red mark on it.

She rubs at it for a bit after which she looked up to see whom or what had caused it.

She puts her head up to come face to face with a beautiful man sitting on a rock close to her.

He had gold hair and bright eyes to match, his musculature was of a slim build which spoke more of an athlete than a fighter.

His appearance was nothing short of glorious as his skin glowed brightly with a strange and enchanting hue. He wore a flowing white gown and brown sandals with a bright smile on his face.

"Jesus??"

Eliza asks with a raised brow...

"Huh, what...of course not, that guy is seated at the right hand of the Father. My name is Gabriel, Leader of all messenger angels whom serve the Father by spreading his word."

Gabriel replies with a shrug.

"Oh… wait what??"

Eliza asks again as she looked on in surprise.

"What?"

Gabriel asks with a raised brow.

"You're the Angel Gabriel??"

Eliza asks again to be sure.

"Yeah, any problems??"

Gabriel replies casually.

"Yeah I've got a ton of questions. First of all, am I dead??"

Eliza asks as she did a quick inspection of her body.

"Uh....Nope."

Gabriel replies.

"Oh, thank goodness..."

Eliza says with a sigh of relief, calming down for a bit due to the revelation before shooting up again to continue with her questions...

"Wait how am I still alive??"

Eliza asks with a raised brow.

"So you are not happy that you are alive??"

Gabriel asks a bit surprised by the question..

"No not that... just answer the question already."

Eliza says.

"Hmm...fine.

How do I say this, let's just say I saved you from your own attack while also saving most likely the remainder of humanity staying on Earth."

Gabriel remarks with a shrug.

"What do you mean by that??"

Eliza asks with a raised brow.

"You really don't understand just how dangerously powerful you are, do you...."

Gabriel remarks with a light chuckle.

"I don't think I quite get you…"

Eliza replies with a little confusion creeping in.

"The power flowing through you is something that shouldn't be taken lightly.

While fighting Belphegor you used a technique what I can only call a mini white hole which would have turned into a large one if I hadn't intervened."

Gabriel explains with Eliza staring at him in shock...

"Wait what…"

Eliza says.

"I understand that you wanted to defeat Belphegor by all means even if it meant your death but if I hadn't intervened by closing off the blast radius of your attack.

You would have inadvertently blown up the planet out of a lack of control over your powers."

Gabriel remarks while shaking his head.

"Oh, I didn't realize that… I didn't know what I was doing would cause such damage... I just really wanted to save my friends...."

Eliza remarks as she puts her head down.

"Well it's fine now so don't feel bad."

Gabriel remarks with a smile.

"Yeah.... Thanks for stopping me from destroying the people in trying to protect."

Eliza remarks with a light chuckle with her palm placed at the back of her head.

"You're welcome.."

Gabriel replies, responding her chuckle with a smile )

"But why am I here and where am I anyway??"

Eliza asks as she turned her attention to gaze upon the beauty of nature around her.
