Death Emperor of the Battlefield Despite Being the Weakest!

According to the Record of All Realms, once one reached the Fourth Realm, the Realm of Ascension, they have to fight thousands if not tens of thousands of battles to ascend from one Cultivation Stage to another!

In the Fourth Realm, except increasing one's own Blessing, the other objective was to claim hundreds of thousands if not millions of lives as that was the only way one could ascend to the Fifth Realm.
