Confrontation (III)

Hence, she looked up and saw Christian, who was just smiling at her and signed to eat some food. Alyssum, on the other hand, didn't want to eat and just wanted to go home. But then, she hadn't asked the woman in front of her about Chance. 

"Mrs. Park, I'm sorry to interrupt your conversation with my mother but I have to ask you about this."

Mrs. Park raised her brow and hesitantly asked, "What is it, darling?" 

She cleared his throat before asking her, "Where is Chance?" 

Mrs. Park, stunned by the young woman's question but she kept it cool since no one needed to know what happened to her son. And so, she just calmed down and smiled at her. She couldn't know what to answer at Alyssum so she kept silent and placed her utensils down. 

But before she could answer, Mr. Park cleared his throat and placed a grin into his lips. Then, he replied, " Well, his grandmother asked us a favor if Chance took care of her for a while and he agreed about this."
