Days passed and it was time for Taaliyah to join the school. July arrived so quickly. She lived her regular life. Rebelling at home, arguing with her father, and standing up for her mother.

"You are 24 for God's sake Taaliyah, what the hell are you doing with life? Cousins your age are married and have kids, don't you want to be a mother? Don't you want a good husband?" Zahir fired her with questions which sounded nonsense in Taaliyah's ears. She smirked.

"Forget getting married, that is the last thing I want to do in my life Uppa, forget being a mother. I'm a child myself why do I need a child when I'm not ready for such a life? Should I ruin a man's life like that?" She asked back.

"You are always unfilial to your parents, you never listen to you, and you have your mother to spoil you," Zahir raised his voice.
