Get Me My Meds

Sang Qian looked back at Wang Zhao. "It's all your fault." She muttered.

"What?" He frowned.

"It's all your fault, You are the only reason that I always end up hurt. You are the only reason I feel so worthless at times. Why are you even here?!" She yelled.

His eyes turned cold. "Will you please not start this? I don't want to argue with you." His voice was calm and he had a tiring expression.

"Why don't you want to? Because you know that it was all your fault. You trusted that bitch, who left your behind like this. Why did I even take responsibility?! You are..."

She was cut off mid way. "SHUT UP!" He said angrily.

Sang Qian's body shivered with the goosebumps she got. She had never seen him yell like this. Even three years ago, the last time they met, he was angry but wasn't so loud.

She felt a chill run down her spine. His gaze looked as if it could tear her into shreds in a split second. She stared back in his black orbs and she knew, he was mad. Anger and frustration was filled deeply inside of him.

He stepped closer and she found herself trapped between the wall and him. She gulped. "Why? You're the one at fault and now you can't even hear..."

"I told you, Shut up!" He let out deep breaths as if performing an exercise to calm himself.

Tears glistened in her eyes. "But it was not my fault, was it?" She asked. He could see the engulfing sadness within her.

He leaned in closer to her ear. "Please!" He whispered. His voice was low and rather gentle. But, it still sent a shiver down her spine. He propped his head on her shoulder.

He exhaled out deep breath's. She was taken aback when he repeated the exact same word over and over again. It seemed as if he was pleading. "Please," he said in a broken voice. Sang Qian felt tingles from the sudden contact.

She, for the first time heard his voice full of pain and distress. She was taken aback. Her expression changed and then suddenly, her hands started shaking.

She wondered what would happen next. All of a sudden she felt all of his weight on her body. She frowned. She quickly wrapped her arms around his body. If not for it, he would have fallen on the ground.

She used all her strength and pushed him back towards the bed and thankfully it was just two steps away. She sighed as the pain in her shoulder started again. But she didn't care.

He fainted? She became anxious.

She patted his cheek. She didn't know what to do. He opened his eyes a few seconds later and through his almost closed eyes he stared at her worried expression. He held her hand and she stilled waiting for him to say something.

"Please!"

She nodded her headed without thinking anything. "Okay I will stop. But at-least let me help you."

He sighed and closed his eyes. She took it as a yes and helped him sit. He held his head which ached. She removed his coat and just as she was in midst of the process, their eyes met. Sang Qian blinked very lightly.

He looked down and let her continue what she was doing. His focus was on trying to control the severe headache. After she was done she placed the coat and the bow tie aside. "Help yourself with unbuttoning your shirt. Uh.. I mean, get comfortable."

She turned around and bit her lip. She almost messed up. They heard a knock on the door. She walked to the door and saw Mr Kim. She sighed and opened the door without another thought. He greeted her with a smile and handed her two big shopping bags.

She frowned. He smiled lightly. "These are the clothes for both of you to change into. Also, I will get you something to eat in about half an hour."

Sang Qian smiled lightly. "Mr Kim, Wang Zhao..." before she could continue she was pulled back. Instead Wang Zhao took her place and looked at his assistant.

"Get me my meds." Wang Zhao said in a meaningful way. Mr Kim frowned but he didn't say anything. Wang Zhao banged the door shut on his face before he glared at Sang Qian. "Don't do this again. Unless I tell you, you cannot tell anything, especially about my health to anyone."

His voice was back to it's old cold state. She just stared at his expression. She wasn't the only one, maybe Wang Zhao was also hiding a lot behind that cold facade. She will make sure, he will let go of everything he has been holding back.

Wang Zhao sighed. "Go and get changed."

"You go first."

"Don't try me. I have regained my energy, whatever happened before, just forget about it." He reminded her.

She scoffed and mimicked him. He passed her an annoyed look.

"Alright." She handed him the bag with Wang Zhao's name on it and walked to the bathroom. She tried to suppress the sadness as she always did and just change out of the dress.

Wang Yuhan was sitting inside the big room with a frown. He was simply staring at the wall. He had already changed into something comfortable. He heard a knock on the door.

He sighed and walked to the door. He opened it and saw Ji Jin, still dressed in the peach gown she was wearing earlier. "Why are you here?" He asked.

He couldn't take his eyes off her. Her tied hair now were falling over her shoulders in big loose curls. She smiled lightly. "Can I come in?"

"Why?" He asked again. His voice was cold because he was still mad at Sang Qian.

"I see, you're still mad about it. Fine, I will just leave you alone. Bye." She sighed and turned around.

Before she could take a step, she was pulled inside the room and the door was already closed. There was a smile playing on her lips. "I know you better Yuhan." She turned her head to him.

Wang Yuhan stared at her with a meaningful look when his cold expression was replaced by an amused one. "Should I tell you something?" He raised a brow at her.

Ji Jin squinted. "What?"

"I still remember what happened last night. You want to continue?" He smirked.

Ji Jin blinked. "I don't know what you're talking about." She tried to escape him by walking towards the window but he held her wrist. She gulped and bit her lip.

Wang Yuhan pulled her back and held her in his arms. She didn't look up at him but this time he had a serious expression. "I like you Jin."

Her eyes shot up. She stared at his serious expression. "But you liked Qian.."

"I do, but I can't ignore the fact that It's more than liking towards you. I never cared about my protective and possessive nature about you. When I think of it. It makes it clear that I do like you." He sighed.

Ji Jin didn't know what to say. She nodded her head. He smiled at her cute reaction. "Why haven't you changed?"

Ji Jin sighed. "My clothes are yet on their way, Kai will bring them for me. I didn't know we were staying here."

Yuhan frowned. "Kai?"

"Yes, my younger brother."

"Oh, I didn't know you had one."

"You don't know a lot of things about me. The one you always think about as my new hookup is always my brother messing with me." She had a disappointed expression on her face.

Wang Yuhan blinked. "Oh, I am sorry."

Jin chuckled and ruffled his hair. "Get some sleep kiddo, I just came to check on you. You're doing just fine."

"I am what?"

"A kid." She chuckled and ran outside.

Wang Yuhan scoffed. "How dare she call me a kid!"

Sang Qian stepped out of the bathroom in the black, silk nightdress she was given. It took her almost half an hour. She didn't feel much comfortable in her dress. It was kind of sexy for the awkward atmosphere in the room.

Her hair tied in a ponytail. She walked out and her eyes met with Wang Zhao, he seemed to have already Changed in his clothes. He was sitting on the bed with a food tray in front of him.

His eyes traveled down her body and he looked back up at her flushed face. She looked anywhere but at him. He sighed. "Are you comfortable in that?"

"Kind of uncomfortable because I don't wear these, but I feel sexy." She raised her eyebrows at her own statement. She tried to sound bold. She had to put up her image.

A smirk made it's way on Wang Zhao's lips. "Come eat." He had a small smile tugged on his lips. She never failed to amuse him.

Sang Qian wondered why was there a sudden change in him. Maybe she never noticed before, but he was simply nice. He didn't do much but it still felt nice. She tied the silk robe as she walked to his side.

Taking a seat opposite to him. She cleared her throat. "It's awkward." She commented and started munching on her already served steak. She looked at him. His face was expressionless.

Her eyes traveled to the small box on the table. "Catholine" a label of her meds. She frowned. "Are those mine? How did you know about them?" She asked with an angered tone.

"What?" He frowned but following her line of sight he knew she was talking about the medicine box. He sighed. "These are mine for my headache." He pursed his lips as if he was embarrassed.

She nodded when the realization hit her. "Sorry. Well, I think we need to talk. There is a lot to talk about."

"Let's do it later, I am tired." He commented nonchalantly. Sang Qian didn't knew why he was avoiding the talk. He seemed to not like the subject itself. She twitched her lips and looked back down concentrating on her food.
