Grrrr!!!

[Warning! Warning!]

[The remaining six monsters have found the User]

[The User is recommended to prepare for either battle or escape immediately]

Just as Ethan was about to find the remaining monsters, he heard a roar from his back. Ethan was jolted and instinctively turned back to take a look. He found the six monsters were standing behind him. They were staring at him angrily.

Ethan sighed. He was sure that as he keeps on killing those monsters, there will come a time where he will encounter the suspicion from the remaining monsters. When they find their population is decreasing, then they will be cautious. And that time has come now.

The System's warning came a little too late. But he was not discouraged. After killing those twenty monsters, Ethan gained a little confidence in his fighting ability. After dealing with those twenty monsters, he knew that these monsters were not as strong as they appear. Maybe it was due to their inexperience in fighting.

But Ethan was also gaining his first experience in fighting. So he was fine. Even though he was caught, there are only six monsters left. Even though it will be tricky, with the advantage he had with his upgraded body attributes, he decided to use his speed to defeat them.

He could use the sneak attack techniques on them. But sneak attacks won't work all the time. And in the future he will come across the dickheads like Young Master Sirius. He can't depend on the sneak attacks all the time. He had to start preparing himself for the future.

He had to prepare himself for the long term. He can't stay ignorant. In the world of cultivation no one knows how exactly the death will approach you. You need to have battle experience for that.

These monsters are inexperienced in combat. Their world is small and narrow. It was limited to this mountain. So might be inexperienced. Or they might have brought here by that Spirit God back then, he can't run away from them.

Ethan made up his mind. All this time, he lived in the fantasy world by reading countless novels and Manga. When he truly faced the trouble, he is literally nervous. But he can't back away. These monsters might be inexperienced like him. For the future development, he need to start from now itself.

After thinking all this, he didn't run away. He looked at the six remaining monsters and prepared himself to face them head on.

Grrrr!

The six remaining monsters roared in anger once again and rushed towards Ethan mindlessly. Ethan didn't held back and in fact, he marched forward without hesitation.

He killed 20 monsters so far. Even though all of them were sneak attacks, not all the attempts were successful. Some monsters managed to escape the sneak attacks.

Ethan had to find a quick way to take them down. So he fought head on against them. He was nervous at the beginning. But slowly he started to gain confidence in his own ability.

With that little experience, he gained some confidence in his combat abilities. So this also added the reason why he was fighting these monsters head on.

The remaining six monsters approached Ethan and surrounded him. Ethan was a little surprised. He thought that they will try to face him head on. After all, just like him, these monsters were inexperienced in the battle. At least, that's what he thinks. As for the truth, no one knows.

Ethan stopped and stared at those monsters cautiously. He found it a little challenging when he was facing those monsters individually. Even though he managed to kill them all, he knew that most of the killings became successful because of his sneak attacks.

But these monsters are now cautious. Moreover, they are ganging and trying to kill him. Even a slight mistake here will definitely prove lethal to his life. So he was extremely cautious.

He waited patiently. He wanted to let those monsters make the first move. If he marched on them carelessly, then things will not be good. Those monsters will gain advantage.

His patience paid off. One of the surrounded monsters from his behind attacked him. Ethan was fast thanks to his upgraded physical body attributes. He depended on his agility and disappeared from their sight.

Roooaaaarrrr!!!

The six monsters were surprised. Before even they knew what happened, they found one of their companion was screamed in pain. As they saw at the direction of the roar, they found that a sword was pierced through the chest of one of their companions.

The monsters were shocked. Everything happened in a flash. Just a moment ago, Ethan was in front of their sight. And the next moment, he disappeared. Before even they could think of anything, one of their companion was killed.

Phew!

Ethan left a mouthful of air. After learning the sword skill, just as the System has notified him, Ethan now could gain cultivation experience points as he kills more opponents. He gained 25 User Experience. He also gained 25 System Experience as well.

If he could kill more opponents, he could gain more experience points which will boost his experience points. The boost in experience points will further boost his cultivation.

But he knew that killing is not that easy. In the process he might even lose his life. So he put his excitement aside very quickly. He concentrated on the mess he is in.

At the same time , what these monsters didn't know is that Ethan used a little bit of psychology here. When he was surrounded, he waited for a monster to approach him. When one of them approached to kill him, he knew that other monsters will maintain "wait and see" attitude. When that happens, these monsters will rest without even realising it.

Ethan used this psychology to his advantage. This is also the reason why he didn't kill the monster which positioned itself from his back and tried to kill him. He in fact ignored that monster. He took the advantage of his agility and attacked the one of those relaxed monster.

The remaining five monsters were shocked. But their tragedy didn't end their. Before they could process anything, Ethan took another advantage of these monsters brief shocked state and disappeared once again. And when he appeared at another spot in a flash, additional two heads fell on the ground.
