Chapter 265

West's P. O. V

Stopping cabs really is not my forté, I've never even been in one my whole life. It couldn't really be all that hard, plus, it was like just tipping someone off to take you places in their car.

"Let's stop and buy some dinner." Chirper proposed, causing me to raise a brow at her. She was obviously stalling, it seemed like she didn't want me dropping her off at home.

"Why don't you want me to take you home? I do it everyday, today is no different." I stated, not having the time for any new bullshit drama.

"You're just assuming things now, of course you can drop me off at home, I mean it's your choice." Chirper said, obviously contradicting herself.

I held her by the hand, loving how secure I felt when we were so close like that. She tensed up at my grip and withdrew her hand immediately.

"Okay, something is terribly wrong here, and I want answers." I spat out, giving her a serious stare.
