Joab envisioned an immediate and coordinated attack. The Champions would jump and take care of those with the Flame Throwers, and the army would charge and scale up the walls.
All of Imp-kind had great skill in clinging and climbing on walls of flat surfaces. And had they reached the wall, they would have started scaling the walls one at a time.
But this didn't happen.
As the Champions could not leap behind and stop the Flame Throwers, yet another hellish blaze occurred, roasting the soldiers on the front lines.
The flames kept burning, and the Champions couldn't make a leap as the shields would return once more.
Two captains were also harassing the Champions on the low, and three had already died from them.
Joab's anger grew as he gazed at the few Captains and the lone Champion fighting. He could even tell the Champion Scout was slightly weaker than the Champions!
