💋" Max's POV "💋
I walk into the cafeteria..... well more like run into the cafeteria with Scarlet, Haylee, and Tyler halfway down the hall from me.
I get in line excited to have food! I felt more my normal today than yesterday or the day before. I put all those..... negative thoughts? Yeah we'll go with that. I put all those negative thoughts way, way, WAY back into the back of my mind. Now, I feel like I've been starved for a whole month or so.
"Finally! You made it!", I exclaim as Haylee, Scarlet, and Tyler walk up to me and get in line.
"Sorry that we don't have Flash speed!", Tyler exclaims and I shrug.
"I'm not that fast.... am I?", I ask which they groan to and I laugh.
"Alright, alright I get it.", I say moving forward in the line just like everyone else.
After a few minutes we finally get our breakfast, me having the biggest breakfast that I could get. We sit down at our table and start eating.
"You seem to be feeling better today. Would you like to tell us what was wrong?", Scarlet asks and I sigh shaking my head.
"Nah. I was fine. I'm fine. I just wasn't feeling all to well, that's all.", I say to her and she nods hesitantly.
"Okay.", she says in a hesitant tone.
After a few minutes of awkward silence between us, I couldn't take it anymore. It was too quiet. My ears were ringing from how quiet it was.
"Anyways, off that subject. Let's talk about something happy. Ya know like, cupcakes, rainbows, puppies.", I say getting a strange look from all three of them.
"Unicorns?", I ask my voice going a bit high pitched as I slightly shrug unsure. This apparently makes them laugh at me.
"What?! What the hell are you laughing at?!", I exclaim trying to stay serious which FYI, did not, and I literally mean DID NOT, work in my favor cause I caved in and started laughing too.
After a few minutes our laughing dies down and we start eating our breakfast again. We make jokes and talk about random things.
Some of the random things and jokes almost made me spit up the food that was in my mouth. Good thing it didn't though.
After about an hour, give or take, the bell ring signaling that it's apparently almost time.for training. We are suppose to have a ten minute break.
5 minutes to let our food settle in our stomachs some so we don't end up getting sick or end up getting stomach cramps, another 5 minutes to get out to the training field.
Right now I'm the only one in this whole cafeteria not wearing appropriate clothes to do training in. I'm gonna need to change.
"Guys, I'm gonna ska-doodle really quick I need to change. If I'm not back here before we all start walking out to the field I'll either be there, somewhere around, or I'll meet you there.", I tell them and teleport mine and Scarlet's Dorm Room before they have a chance to answer me.
I grab my gym clothes quickly change into them. I put hair up in what is probably a high messy ponytail, which I had no care in the world at the moment.
As soon as I'm done the second bell rings signaling that it's time for us to start going out to the field. I teleport to the training grounds and see that majority of the students here are already there.
"Alright everyone, we'll be starting shortly.", a coach says as more people start to come out of one of the school's buildings.
Not to long after the last bell rings and there's like over a thousand student standing all around. God, there's so many people.
I feel so squashed. I feel like I'm in such a small space and it's getting to me. I'm pulled outta my trance when I hear a whistle.
"Alright everyone! Listen up!", another coach saysas the Head-mistress comes walking towards us.
"We all know that instead of training in different groups of people, that we'll start training together. Training isn't a class anymore. Training is now a routine that you will get used to. We will be training every morning around 6:30-ish 7:00-ish, that includes the weekends. We will end up doing some more training after school too.", the Head-mistress says and you can here groans from everyone.
"This is not a punishment, this is for your own safety and protection. We need to make sure each and every one of you are at you're top best ability to fight in case we do go into war.", the Head-mistress says and we all nod.
"Alright, let's do this! I need all Hybrids, Tribrids, etc. to come over here.", she says and we follow her instructions.
There wasn't many of us Hybrids or Tribrids or anything like that. If anything, there was less than half the school's population of us.
"Alright anyone who doesn't know what kinda Supernatural Being you are, I need you to stand next them.", the Head-mistress says gesturing towards us.
There was quite a few who didn't know what they were. More than us but not a whole ton more than us.
"Alright so, here's what you two groups are going to do.", she says giving the people who don't know what they are yet and the Hybrids, Tribrids, etc. what to do.
"Basically the game plan for you guys for now is to train but also help these ladies and gentlemen figure out what they are. We will partner you guys up depending on what powers they have shown and if they have anything to do with any one of your guy's powers. Some of you are Hybrids and Tribrids are going to be partnered up together to help these students figure out what they are so. Let's get this show on the road.", she says and starts by calling the names of whos going with who.
After she was done with that she told us to start training.
I didn't get very many people. I only got about 3 people but, I'm fine with that. At least this way I'm not so stressed out about having more than 5 people to help figure out what they are.
"So, I'm guessing that since you're partnered with me you've probably shown signs of either being a demon, an angel, or or some kinda hybrid associated with that.", I say pacing back in forth thinking about how to go about this. They nodded at what I had said and I looked around us
We were all spread out acrossed the field at least 40 maybe 50 yards away.
"So, um.... maybe let's start by you showing me by what powers you have discovered to have...?", I say hesitantly then I pointed my index finger towards one of the girls.
"How about we start with you?", I ask her and she nods.
"Umm.... the only power that I've shown or been able to do that relates to demon or angel is the power of manipulation.", she says and I nod.
"That's a demon power if I'm not mistaken. So, of you have the power of manipulation and if you can master it, then you can do alot of damage with it.", I mutter out loud.
"Have you figured out how to manipulate someone's powers and use it against them yet or are still trying to figure out the basics?", I ask her politely trying not to sound harsh cause ya know, some questions just sound harsh whether it's not meant to be harsh or it is meant to be harsh.
She shakes her head with a sigh.
"I've learn most of the basics and mastered them but I haven't gone past that.", she says and I nod.
"Alright, how about you.", I ask pointing my index finger to the boy next to her.
"Um, I've only shown elemental powers. Ya know fire, water, earth, air, and all that.", he says and I nod.
"You could either be an elemental, or an angel.", I mutter to myself out loud again.
"Okay, I'm guessing you've got the basics of that?", I ask and he nods.
"Alright, last but not least, you?", I ask and the last girl steps forward.
"Umm..... I-I can stop time and um, I can also teleport.", she says and I nod.
"Both of those are associated with an angel's powers. Okay, so since we're going to be training together for a while, I'm gonna need to know your names.", I tell them and the first girl raises her hand.
"I'm Madison.", the girl says and I nod.
"I'm Dylan.", the boy says and I nod again.
"And I'm Charlie.", the last girl says and I nod.
"So, if you guys don't mind, can I make nicknames for y'all?", I ask and they shrug.
"As long as it's not some mean name.", they say and I nod.
"Madison, is it okay if I call you Madi?", I ask and she nods with a smile.
"Dylan, if it's okay with you, can I call you Dyl?", I ask and he shrugs with a slight nod.
"And Charlie, only if it's okay with you, you don't have to agree, can I call you Char?", I ask and she nods.
"Alot guys. Let's get to training!", I exclaim and they cheer.
We train together until it was time for us to stop training.
I taught them how they could use their powers while fighting against someone and they almost perfected them. They could probably do it perfectly but they just need to have more confidence in themselves.
"Alright guys, that was a great job!", I exclaim giving them a high five and they smiled.
"I'll see guys after school.", I say to them as they start walking back to the school.
I go to find Scarlet, Haylee, and Tyler and once I find them they're all outta breath.
"Jesus guys, what made you all so outta breath?", I ask and get a glare from them.
"We had more than 3 people to train!", Haylee and Scarlet exclaim and I slightly laugh.
"Peopls were trying to kill me!", Tyler exclaims and I laugh holding out my hands to help them up.
"Come on. At least we have a 30 minute break until next class.", I tell them and they sigh in relief with a nod.
🥰" At Lunch "🥰
"YES FINALLY! IT'S LUNCH TIME!!!", I yell as soon as the bell rings while inside the classroom, which of course was English.
"Max! That was uncalled for and disrespectful cause I was still speaking!", the teacher exclaims and I roll my eyes.
☆How inconvenient for you ma'am☆ My demon side says to which my angel hits him for and I roll my eyes at their behavior.
"Sorry.", I say sitting back down packing my things not listening to a single word the woman says until a hear something about a homework assignment.
Yes an odd thing to listen to but, I gotta keep my grades up.
"You're homework assignment will be about the book we've been reading. I want a full front and back at least 2 paged summary essay about what we have read so far in the book. I want this completed by Monday when you step foot in this class.", she says and everyone groans knowing that we'll all barely have enough time with training and everything.
"Alright, class dismissed.", she says and everyone shoots up from their seat and hurries outta the class.
"Screw this. I don't feel like getting stampede on.", I say teleporting to the cafeteria and into the lunch line.
"Hey guys.", I say to Haylee, Scarlet, and Tyler as I see them start heading to the lunch line.
Tyler screeches in an oh so manly way and I laugh.
"I hate you!", he exclaims which makes me laugh harder.
"N-no y-y-you don't y-you l-love me!", I say in-between laughs.
Tyler rolls his eyes, sighs, then smiles at me.
"I'm hungry!!", I exclaim extremely loud as the lunch line seems to drag on extremely slow.
"When aren't you usually hungry?", Scarlet, Haylee, and Tyler ask in unison to which I huff to.
"I'm not always hungry!", I exclaim with a pout which they laugh to.
👏" Finally After Getting Throught The Lunch Line (About 5 or 10 minutes later) "👏
We finally got our food and I started eating as soon as I sat my butt down at the table. I was practically eating my food without taking a single breath before continuing to eat.
"Alright, alright. Slow down there. No one's going to take your food and the faster you eat it the less time it'll take for you to savor it.", Haylee says the first two sentences while Tyler continues the last sentence.
"But I'm hungry, I hadn't really eaten for the past few days.", I say frowning a bit then smile when they call for people who wanted seconds to go ahead and get them now.
I jumped up from my seat and ran to the line to get more food. I blame my hunger on my high metabolism and cause I love food.
Once I get my seconds and sit back down at the table I hear a sigh and look up to see Haylee and Scarlet roll their eyes.
"What?!", I exclaim to which they both sigh to.
"How can you eat so much without gaining weight? Like seriously, have you seen how skinny you are?! You look almost like skin and bones!", Haylee asked the first while Scarlet continues.
"I have a high metabolism. It doesn't seem to matter how much I eat, it took me forever just to weigh 100 or so pounds. I only started to weigh a little over 100 pounds last school year.", I say to them with a shrug which they look at me in shock.
"Trust me when I say this, you don't wanna wish to have a high metabolism. All it makes you do is feel like you're hungry. Like seriously, like you can be stuffed full and not even 5 minutes later you're hungry again.", I tell them and continue eating my food.
"Besides that, you guys are pretty skinny too.", I say through a mouth full of food which Tyler and Haylee give me a disgusted look to while Scarlet shrugs.
😐" After School At Training "😐
"Alright, we're continuing where we left off this morning! Let's do this!", the Head-mistress exclaims and we all do as instructed.
"Alright, Char, Maddi, and Dyl, let's get to it.", I say as we walk away to the same area we were at this morning.
"Let's continue left off at.", I say walking to where I'm in front of the 3 of them.
"Let's practice what we did this morning.", I say to them and they nod.
We practice what we were doing this morning which was basics. After we were finished practicing that I smiled widely at them.
"That was amazing guys! A marvelous job!", to them and they smile back at me.
"Okay, we've completed that stage, let's take it a step further.", I said and they hesitantly nod.
"Don't worry guys! You did an absolutely extraordinary job with the basics! All you need is a little more confidence in yourselves! Besides it's not to far from basics just a step and I'll help you out as best as I can. Is there any questions?", I ask and the three of them raise their hands.
"Yes Dyl.", I say nodding at him.
"What exactly are we gonna be doing?", he asks and I smile at them
"I'm gonna be helping you use your powers more in a combat fight. Ya know like if you have to go against one or more person's by yourself.", I say to him and worry spread across their faces.
"Don't worry, I promise I won't hurt any of you! That's the last thing I want and besides that I'm only showing you the basics of this kinda combat. Nothing too complex.", I say in reassurance and the hesitantly nod with a smile.
"Alright let's begin!", I say smiling at them and they nod.

Quick A/N: So, now that school is over, finally until after Summer Vacation then Freshmen year of school! I'm gonna be learning American Sign Language also known as ASL (for those of who didn't know what it stood for). Um..... I also may have broken my foot 😐😶🙃. Long story short the box blade of my dad's tractor (which FYI weighs about 1,000 lbs or 453.59kgs) decided to get into a fight with my foot (which it won obviously) and thanks to that I don't really have much else to do besides read, Color, write, etc.
Well besides that, sorry this chapter was soooo, long. I didn't mean for it to be so long. I got way to far ahead of myself and I apologize if it's a hay bit too long. The next one, I will try not to make so long.
