27. The First Night

The wedding party was very lively. It seemed that all the people in Emporion Land were cheering with joy at this happy news. Baron and Neyan sat in the aisle staring at the fireworks that exploded in the sky, making them appear colorful like a sprinkling of stars.

Baron stretched out his hand and was about to touch the fireworks, but a second later the light from the fireworks disappeared and was followed by another shot. The sky was illuminated by colorful lights again.

"Do you like it, Baron?" asked Neyan, smiling sweetly at him.

"Yes. The fireworks are so beautiful. "

Neyan nodded. "You are right." Neyan held Baron's hand with a face filled with happiness. "I've never seen something as beautiful as that before. Moreover, I can see your sweet smile. It feels like it's been a long time since I saw your smile."

Baron felt bad. Honestly, even though he smiled, his heart was still grieving. He didn't want this marriage or even become a prince.

He thought about Victoria. He wondered what she was doing in the human world. He turned his head and saw Neyan clapping her hands when she saw fireworks repeatedly in the sky.

The sound of fireworks was so loud and brightened the sky. There was a golden light which then formed a running lion and then roared. Various other wild animal forms scampered around the lion and then bowed their heads in salute.

On the back of the lion could be seen an eagle with its large and huge wings. The eagle flicked its elegant wings. It was a symbol of the royal animagus. Baron stared in amazement towards the shining sky. None of the wild animals described him. Baron does not have a fixed animal form. That's why there are no fireworks that represent him.

After the fireworks display, Baron and Neyan saluted to King Valo and Queen Inayba. The crown over Baron's head felt very heavy and weighed on his head. He would have preferred to be freed from the crown, but he could only obey to bow.

The king blessed them and then he and Neyan were led by a servant to enter the bridal chamber that had been prepared beforehand.

The butterflies that had been circling Neyan since morning, have now returned to their nests. Even so, Baron could still see new plants growing behind Neyan every time she stepped foot on the ground.

Baron stepped steadily. Whatever happens next, he has to face it. Neyan linked her hands tightly as if to guard against Baron from running away from her.

Everyone salutes them as they pass. The maids followed behind them. Then they arrived at a large double door.

The servant chanted and the door swung open. Baron and Neyan came into the room. The maids hurriedly closed the curtains and lit candles for lighting.

A flower cake snack and a tray filled with a small teapot and two cups are set on the table. All the maids bowed in salute and then walked out of there.

"Baron, you are my husband now. I have to serve you. Allow me to pour this tea for you," said Neyan in a soft voice as if she had memorized the words.

"Thank you. I can do it by myself."

Baron snatched the teapot from Neyan's hand and poured himself some tea.

"But ..."

Then Baron drank the tea in one sip. "Done." He put the cup at the table. "I want to take a rest."

Baron rose to his feet and took off his crown. "This crown makes my head dizzy."

"It was quite hard at first, but you will get used to it afterward," said Neyan.

"I'll never get used to wearing that crown," said Baron as he brushed his hair.

Baron took off his formal clothes and left only a thin undershirt. His pants felt very tight. Baron took off the pants. Neyan gasped. Baron glanced at her.

"What is wrong?"

"You should finish the flower cake first and then kiss me. After that, you can help me take off my wedding dress," replied Neyan, hiding her face with her hands.

Baron sighed. "Come on, it's just a tradition."

"I don't want to go past that tradition. This is my first and last wedding. We should respect that tradition and live it."

"Fine. Do you want me to put my pants back on?" asked Baron.

"Uhm … No, you don't have to do it. Looks like the pants are uncomfortable, huh." Neyan started to lower her hand.

Baron took the flower cake and ate it. It tastes very sweet and savory. When he bit into the middle, the fruit jam liquid melted in his mouth.

He took the cake again and ate it again. "Do you want some cake?"

"You should feed the cake for me," said Neyan.

Baron smiled, then he handed the cake to her. Neyan eats it gracefully.

"How do you know about all these traditions?" asked Baron, taking the third cake.

"Everyone knows about this tradition except you because you never care." Neyan sighed.

"Does not matter. You can tell me what should I do for you."

Finally, the flower cake and tea were finished. Baron got up and was about to clean himself.

"Wait. You have to kiss me," said Neyan who stood in her place.

"Should I?"

Neyan sagged and her head drooped. "Never mind, forget about it. You don't like it when I kiss you. You never love me. We'll be brothers and sisters forever."

Neyan took off her crown and kept it in a box. Baron felt guilty for the rest of his life for marrying someone he didn't love.

Baron grabbed Neyan's hand so that their bodies were sticking together. He tilted his head and then kissed Neyan just on the surface. Neyan gasped. She put her hand around Baron's neck and kissed him deeply back.

Baron could only imagine Victoria's face in his mind. The way Neyan kissed him was not the same as when Victoria kissed him. He wanted to escape, but Neyan held him back.

Neyan pushed him until he hit the mattress behind him. She uttered a mantra while knocking on his wedding dress. Suddenly, the skirt in her dress, which had originally been inflated, now deflated like a deflated balloon. The skirt looks light and smooth.

Neyan just lowered her dress and left her corset. She loosened the corset fastening straps. She took off the corset with great effort.

After successfully releasing, Neyan let out a sigh of relief. The princess was wearing only shorts now. She was standing in front of Baron without clothes in a heartbeat.

"Neyan ... I mean My Princess," corrected Baron. "Forgive me. I can not …"

Neyan climbed on top of Baron's body and then kissed him greedily. Baron moved backward until his back touched the head of the bed.
