Diane stretched and opens her eyes. She looks at the clock and saw that it was ten am. Gabriel had woken her up at four am this morning and made passionate love to her. The man had an unquenchable thirst for sex. Sighing contentedly she rolls over and put her nose on the pillow next to her, she loves the smell of his aftershave, as she rests her head on his pillow her mind went back to her wedding night. Gabriel had been touching her sexually since the first time she had slept at his house, but they didn't actually have sex until their wedding night because she didn't want her first time with him to be fornication. Gabriel respected her decision but they were so full of sexual tension that they had to find other ways to relieve themselves and not that she was surprised but having sex with Gabriel for the first time was beyond amazing and she could honestly say that it had gotten even better as time passes.
After they had made love this morning Gabriel had fallen asleep but an hour later he got up got dressed and went to the gym and exercise for an hour, he then came back to the bedroom where they prayed and meditate on God's words for another half an hour after which he went and took a shower, and had breakfast, he left the house around quarter to eight and she had gone back to sleep. Diane yarned and getting out of bed she went to Jasmine's room to see if she was awake, the child was still asleep so she went back to her room and after taking a quick shower and getting dressed she began taking the sheets off the bed. Putting the sheets in the clothes basket she took them downstairs then went to the kitchen and began preparing breakfast for Jasmine.
Half an hour later Jasmine came downstairs and after greeting the child with hugs and kisses Diane gave her, her breakfast and left her to watch television while she loads the washer. Diane had just returned to the kitchen when someone rang the gate buzzer. "Who is it?" Diane asks into the intercom. "It's me, Doreen." Diane buzzes the gate open for her sister then went to open the front door.
Doreen entered the house with her four children. She had one boy and three girls. The boy was the oldest of the four so after hugging his aunt he went to play video games. The girl's ages range from eleven to six years old and after receiving their hugs and kisses they ran off to find Jasmine. "Hi, sis, what's up?" Doreen asks putting her bags on the sofa. "I'm just doing some cleaning." "Well I just thought I would come and hang out with my little sister, that's if you're not busy." Diane burst out laughing. "Yeah right! Let me guess, your kids practically nagged you to death to bring them here didn't they?"
"How did you know?" Doreen sighs loudly. "Oh come on, you have four kids, a nagging husband and you have a wholesale to run not to mention you always go to the market downtown on a Saturday so I know for a fact that you don't have time to just hanging out with your little sister." Diane laughs. "Well, it's your fault. You're the one who had to go live in a mansion that has a movie theater and a massive pool which you know the kids can't refuse, but on the other hand, life isn't as hard as it was before thanks to you and your sexy husband." Doreen said with a mischievous smile.
"Desreen and her daughters are running the wholesale today and I've got some vegetable leftover from last week and the fridge is still full thanks to your husband and speaking of your husband where's that sexy hunk of yours?" Doreen asks licking her lips. "He's on the road doing some business," Diane said with a jealous scowl and Doreen laughs. "Ooh don't be like that you know I can't help drooling over him so let's get to work, I'll help you clean and we can talk."
After checking on the children Diane and Doreen went into Diane's bedroom and began cleaning. "Diane, do you think Gabriel sees us as a burden?" Doreen asks in a sad worried tone. "I mean, sometimes it's just one crisis after another with us and he always seems to want to help. He doesn't have to but I think because he's married to you he feels like he has to help your family. Sometimes I don't even want to accept his help but I feel that if I don't he will feel insulted." Doreen said dusting the dresser.
"I understand how you feel but he doesn't see you guys as a burden. In fact, he sees all of my family as his family and he would be very hurt if you didn't accept his help." Diane replied in a firm tone with her hands on her hips. "But Diane, have you ever stop and think of all the things Gabriel has done for us since he has met you? I mean him sending you to driving school and sending you back to get your subjects are understandable because he is in love with you." She stopped and covers her face with her hands and groaned.
"But look at everything he has done for us, I was really struggling with my little shop. Steve and I weren't even able to make two ends meet and let me not talk about back to school. Trying to buy school supplies for four children was so stressful that I was put on pressure pills by my doctor but again thanks to him last year back to school was a breeze." She removes her hands and smiled.
"He took care of everything and not just for me but for Diana and Dana as well, I mean I still can't believe he let us open a wholesale on his plaza, considering how we used to struggle before, we are so blessed that you met a guy like Gabriel." Doreen's smile widens but Diane sighs heavily.
"After what I went through with Kevin I never thought I would ever be happy again or in love for that matter. Kevin treated me so badly that I had practically given up on men and then there was Gabriel. The guy is amazing, Doreen I love him so much I could just scream. My entire body tingles just thinking about him." Doreen smiled at her sister. "Well, I guess you could say you have a perfect man." But Diane made a funny face at her sister's statement. "Well yes and no, you see- where Gabriel is sweet, passionate, intense, and very generous, he also has his faults, you could say he's eighty percent perfect, the other twenty is still up for debate."
They stop working for a while and gave the children something to eat and they themselves had lunch. The children went to the theater to watch cartoons, Diane and Doreen went back to cleaning. "It's time to hang the other set of clothes on the line," Diane said to Doreen as she heads towards the laundry room. "Gabriel always makes a funny face at me when he sees me hanging clothes on the line, a line that I made of course. He always says, 'use the dryer babe.' She said imitating his accent. "But I'm used to using the line, he just can't get used to seeing me do it." Diane laughs.
"Wait a minute, when you say he has faults what do you mean?" Doreen asked as she walks behind her sister with a clothespin tray. "What I mean is that my babe boy may be the most wonderful man you have ever met but he's also obsessive and extremely possessive when it comes to me and Jasmine, which I don't mind, even though his jealousy can sometimes be a little scary. He also has a very nasty temper and even though he has never been aggressive with me he does have a very intimidating attitude." Diane sighs as she takes another set of clothespins from Doreen.
"I've also noticed that Gabriel will help everyone he comes in contact with but when it comes on to helping himself he falls short," Diane said taking up the bath and heading towards the door. "Fall short what do you mean?" Doreen asks. "Well there's a suitcase inside his closet, I have never seen him open that suitcase and so one day while he was out I opened it. It is filled with pictures of his family from as far back as when he was small. Anyway, I didn't hear when he came home so he caught me looking at them." Diane snorts sadly.
"Doreen he just stood in the middle of the bedroom looking at me; it's as if he had turned to stone. I swear I have never seen such raw grief before in my life. I mean we greave for our mother and we can now sit down and talk about her without breaking down but just the mention of his family send him into a full panic attack and I really think he needs to get past this, keeping all that grief inside him simply cannot be healthy for him." Diane said in a worried tone. "So what do you suggest we do?" Doreen asks. "I don't know yet but I'm working on it, I'm planning on talking to the grief counselor at church tomorrow," Diane said putting another load into the machine.
It was five pm, Doreen and Diane were just finishing up the cleaning when Gabriel entered the house. "Hi ladies, now I know why my ears have been ringing all day." He said with a smile. Walking over to his wife he kisses her gently on her lips. "There's always a delicious smell in this kitchen whenever you're in here. What smells so good? You are making my mouth run water girl." He said inhaling deeply. "It's one of your favorite, stew beef with vegetables and baked potatoes and it will be finished soon." Diane gazed lovingly into her husband's eyes. "Hmm sounds delicious, okay I have to make a few calls but I'll be down in a little while, I can't wait to dig into that." He said licking his lips as his beautiful blue eyes drink in her every curve.
"Okay." Diane breathes out slowly as he walks over and kisses her lips gently. "I love you." He whispers against her lips. An hour later they all had dinner together, Doreen and her kids left at seven-thirty pm. Diane then gave Jasmine a bath and put her to bed, she then went to take a shower. She had just stepped into the shower when Gabriel entered the bathroom. "Would you like some company?" He asks in his deep sexy voice.
"Sure." Gabriel was just about to remove his shirt when Jasmine enters their bedroom. "Mom I can't sleep, could you please read me my favorite story?" "I'll be right there sweetheart." "It's okay babe girl, you finish your bath, I'll read her the story." "Thanks, babe boy."
Gabriel went and bends down in front of Jasmine. "Since mommy is taking her shower, can I read you the story?" Jasmine seems to think about it for a while then she smiles. "Okay but only if I get to play with your hair while you're reading and you have to make the animal sounds the way mommy does." Gabriel smiled at her. "You drive a hard bargain but we'll do this your way." Taking her daddy by the hand Jasmine leads him to her room.
Half an hour later he came back into their room. "Is everything okay?" Diane asks as she lotion her legs. "Yep, she is out like a light." "Did she make you do the animal sounds?" Diane giggles. "Oh yeah, I barked like a dog, mooed like a cow, bray like a donkey, and roar like a lion." Walking towards her he slipped his hands around her waist, pulling her closer to him, "And now my sweet beautiful wife, I'm going to make you purr like a kitten." Diane put her hands around his neck, buried her fingers in his hair, and kisses him passionately. "Okay then, let the purring begins." She moans against his lips.
