It satisfied Ashton, knowing he is doing it right, making the woman he cares so much for feel good. "Oh babe, you are making me crazy." Ashton whispered to Cara as he continued to caress her body. He felt a weird sensation right after he said those words. He paused and stood up straight while holding his lips with his fingers. "Isn't this what they call Déjà vu?"
"Hey babe, I want more. Why did you stop?" Cara mumbling disappointedly, but almost unintelligible. She walked to her bed, climbed it carelessly. "Love, come here." She asked Ashton to lie on the bed with her. Ashton was reluctant to lie on the bed, seeing the current state of Cara, but she pulled him closer to her and embraced him as soon as he was on the bed beside her. "My husband, I order you to sleep beside me. Is that too much to ask?"
Ashton let out a deep sigh as he cannot let go of the drunken Sakalam. Cara rested her head on his chest while she crossed her legs on his body and hugged him tight like a huge pillow.
It was pretty hard for him literally as his hard on is still throbbing inside his pants, poking Cara's thighs. "Oh boy, this will be a long night." He muttered under his breath.
Cara had a pleasant sleep. Hangover is irrelevant for a Sakalam. But her bed feels a little stiffer today. Her eyes widened when she realized that underneath her was a gorgeous human being. She carefully moved away, not wanting to wake him up. But Ashton's arm crossed her body to hug her as he buried his face in her chest.
Her heart fluttered. It is as if she longed to be this intimate with him for a long time already. Cara gasps as she felt Ashton's hardness pressing on her. She tapped his shoulders gently. "Ash, wake up."
He slowly opened his eyes and looked at her. Still out of his mind, he smiled and kissed her softly on the lips.
"Oh, sh*t." He said as soon as he realized his blunder. He quickly stood up and lowered his head. "I'm sorry, I was out of my mind." His tone is sincerely apologetic.
Cara is still in shock after that kiss. She sat up, avoiding the direction of Ashton's hard-on, which is standing up so proudly in front of her. "Let's not talk about what happened last night." She said in a soft voice.
"Alright," He responded and left Cara's room. Cara blew out her cheeks as soon as Ashton left her room. She can't fight her cheeky grin as she kicked in the air, tumbling on her bed before she buried her face on the pillow and shouted, feeling giddy with what had happened.
"Was I too drunk last night? What happened to us?" Questions kept piling her mind. She suddenly sat up and blew the strands of hair falling on her face. "What the heck! If something happened, then why did he apologize just now for kissing me?" It disappointed her with her realization.
"Knock, knock," Ashton knocked on Cara's wall.
"Cara, I just want to remind you that we are scheduled to leave in about an hour." He said in a very casual voice.
It rattled Cara. She only has an hour to pack. "Why so sudden? I have packed nothing yet." She complained to Ashton.
"Don't worry about it, love, your bags are ready. I already asked our staff to prepare it for you." Ashton, as usual, is reliable and ready.
"Oh, okay, Thanks." Now all she has to do is to look pretty for their travel. Not like she cared about looking pretty before, but she thinks that it would be the best revenge for Ashton, who apologized for kissing her.
"Dress, to impress?" she said while turning, checking herself in the mirror. She removed the dress she was wearing and changed to a coral colored off the shoulder ruffle dress which settled a few inches above her knees. She partnered it with a white wide-brimmed hat. She smiled with satisfaction, "Now this is what I call dressed to kill"
Cara walked out to Ashton's room and, like always, he is stunning even in his most boring outfit. He wore a white button-down shirt and brown Capri pants. Cara does not want to appear to smitten by the man in front of him. She casually nodded at him.
The three comfortably rode in a luxury touring van. Ashton sat in front while Cara and Percy are at the second row.
The ambiance between them was awkward. Percy tried to break the silence.
"You two are unusually tongue-tied today. Anything you wish to share?" Percy probed the two. She raised her eyebrows at Cara, who turned her head in a different direction.
"Guys, whatever it is, you need to talk it out. You are married and bound to be together forever." She could not stress out the last phrase more to remind them of their situation.
Cara tried to stop Percy from talking, as she did not want to confront Ashton just yet. But Percy was stubborn "Yes, later. Cara and I will have all the time in the world to talk." Ashton confirmed his intentions.
The travel took around two hours until they reached the beach cove where the gathering will happen. They specifically chose this location because only invited people could enter the vicinity, and Ashton could easily track any witch hunter in the area.
This is the day that Cara will meet Percy's family. The smile on her face is undeniable, for she has been far from her family since she started working as a nanny.
Everyone invited met at the lounge, the party will start in a few minutes and Cara will do the opening speech again.
"Mr and Mrs. Crafter. I am Pablo and I will guide you to your suite." The bell man respectfully approached Cara and Ashton. Both of them smiled and followed him.
"This is the best room we have. We hope you will enjoy your stay here in our honeymoon suite." Pablo smiled before she left.
Cara almost choked after hearing those words. She looked around the room. It barely has privacy for her and Ashton. There is a big round bed in the middle of the room with mirrors on top. Not too far is a two-person hot tub near the window overlooking the beach. The toilet is a separate room, but the shower only has a full glass partition.
Ashton instantly knew Cara's concern. "I'm sorry love, this is the best room available." He said, not entirely acknowledging Cara's worry.
She shrugged her shoulders. "It's not like we can stay too far from each other. But how can we?" She opted to point at the bathroom to address her issue.
Ashton chuckled. "Oh that. Don't worry, I won't look." He assured her.
"Then why are you laughing?" Cara hit Ashton's shoulders lightly.
"Nothing, I just remembered not to worry about me since I have nothing to hide from you anymore." He said while laughing louder.
Cara instinctively hit him more, "I hate you for reminding me of that traumatic incident." She said and laughed as well.
"I missed your smile, love. Why don't you prepare for your speech, it will start in a few minutes." Ashton said to Cara.

"Son, have you covered the beach cove event? I heard some assets failed to enter the area." Thomas called Theo.
"Don't worry about it Dad, I got it covered." Theo answered his father while he was staring at the security monitor. He can clearly see Cara and Ashton guided to their room by the bellman. He went undercover as a security officer of the hotel yesterday, just in time for the event.
Theo gritted his teeth and clenched his fist in frustration. Theo was contemplating what to report to his father. The place is literally infested with witches, but he can't report it. Afraid that Cara would get caught in their planned massacre. How can she place Cara, the woman he loves in danger's way and worse, see him as a murderer?
"Cara, I don't know why you have to be here, of all places. I have seen too many witches here already."
