CHAPTER 9 - HOT AND BOTHERED

When she got home she immediately went to her room to take a bath.

Before she prepares herself to take a nap..........Althea picks her phone first at the nightstand and dialed Jade's number.

She's worried about what her secretary informed her earlier about Jade.

Just one ring, the person she calls answer.

"Hi!!" Jade excitedly answer.

"Hello Jade, how are you? You sound happy. What's up.....Joanne said you're looking for me?” - Althea......feeling so sleepy.

"Althea?" - Jade...not minding all Althea's questions.

"Yes Jade?" - Althea

"When are you coming to work?" - Jade sounding affectionate, actually she's sounding like a girlfriend missing her lover.

"Next week Jade, why? And by the way, Joanne informed me that something bothering you...what is it, Jade? You can tell me." Althea doesn't want to say what Joanne told her, she doesn't want to put her secretary in a predicament situation.

"Nothing important really..........now that I already talk to you." Jade, making sure the last sentence she says will not be heard by Althea.

"Are you sure? And what was it again, Jade? I was not able to hear clearly the remaining sentence you said." - Althea

"I said......please drop by tomorrow if you can." It's not a question it's an order.

She needs to see Althea otherwise her emotion will explode....and the people surround her will pay the consequences.

"How about, I'll pick you up tomorrow morning at your house? Let's take breakfast together."

"Really Althea!!!!?" Shrieking in excitement.

"Of course Jade....pick you up at 9:00 AM then?” Now Althea is relieved....hearing the heiress excitement.

"Yes...Yes definitely see you tomorrow, Althea". Jade saying it dreamily.

"See you, Jade....good night and sweet dreams". Althea sincerely said.

"Night Althea". Now Jade can sleep peacefully. With a smile coated on her face, the heiress can't contain her excitement for tomorrow.

'Althea will pick her up.'

After she talked to the youngest Tanchinco, she's now lying down in her bed.....thinking back.

Althea still wandering what happened after her and the youngest Tanchinco, went back to their hotel from 'Club Camelot'.

FLASHBACK

It's all indistinct to her, the young genius is trying to remember what really happened, from the time they check out 'The Heiress Hotel'.

The heiress is in fact, acting weird......she turns out to be so clingy to the young Senior Architect.

When Althea woke up that morning, her head hurt so much, she feels like it will explode and the awkward part was.......Jade was sleeping besides her........hugging her so tightly.

She's trying to remove, Jade's arms so desperately, that's been clinging to her body.

The young Senior Architect doesn't want to wake her up.......the heiress's face is so peaceful.

She doesn't know how long she's been staring at this angel beside her.......unconsciously her hand travel to the youngest Tanchinco's face, caressing it ever so gently, feeling the smoothness and warmth under her skin.

She notices that the heiress stir's a little and tightens her hug more at her if that is possible.

The young Senior Architect beside the heiress trying to breathe normally, but it's too impossible.

Hence the heiress soft front mounds under the brassiere are touching her bare arm.

And the worst part is..........she can feel Jade's crotch touching her unclothe thigh as the heiress bare legs were tangled by her own.

Althea just notices that the heiress is just in her underwear.

Althea's heart is beating so fast.......hope against hope that Jade wouldn't hear her erratic heartbeat.

But the inevitable happened, slowly the heiress eyes open, trying to make clear in her surroundings.

When Jade looks up she saw the girl in her dream 'Althea'...........her goddess.

A smile forming in Jade's face.........but......suddenly it turned into a frown with a questioning look and worries.

"Althea are you okay? Your face is so red and you are sweating." The heiress is so concerned she immediately set up and touched their young Senior Architect's forehead.

Not minding that she's almost naked.

The blanket that covers her topmost falls above her thigh.

Althea seeing Jade's almost bare upper torso, practically chock in her own saliva.

"No...I......me...an....yes....I'm......o...kay....Jade....but......I'm feeling to throw.........". Althea stuttering and before she could finish her sentences, without warning Althea stands fast and run to the bathroom. Throwing up while thinking what she just saw.....she needs to be far from the heiress.

The heiress left in the bed with a big smile daubed on her face.

Seeing the TGC's young Senior Architect, can't keep straight eye contact with her with a face so flushed.

Stretching her arm with contents, then again for the first time in her life she sleeps so wonderfully, she feels so lightheaded.

It confuses her how their young Senior Architect gives her always first experiences....... which is quite odd, but on the other hand, she feels an undeniable happiness and contentment.

For almost 5 years she has a problem sleeping.....it started when she had a traumatic encounter at the age of 16, she just shrug it off.

The heiress's thoughts were interrupted when she heard the door creek from the bathroom.

Althea came out looking nervous.

Jade's eyes were piercing through Althea's body.........wearing a black see-through satin nightie. When Althea notice Jade's demeanor and so confuse she immediately looks at herself.

To the young genius's surprise, seeing herself with only just her nighties, she instantly covers herself.

With a much reddened face, the young Senior Architect of TGC, walking backward to the bathroom, tries so hard not to stumble getting the service robe from the hotel hanging inside the door.

Inside their bathroom suite, thinking how stupid she is steeping out almost naked........

'Stupid Althea.....stupid....…jezz...stupid woman'.

Althea is bewildered......how she turns out to be so stupid when she is near the heiress.

She has an IQ of 350.......but when Jade make her presence towards her she became the dumbest of all dumb...... where did her intelligence go?

When Jade snaps out from her trance, the heiress instantly knocks on the bathroom door.

"Althea? is everything okay there?" Jade with a worried voice.

"Yes, I'm okay Jade.....don't worry.....just give me a minute". Althea sounding nervous......but she needs to suck it up.

So embarrassed, wishing that the floor could swallow her right then and there.

Praying silently in her head asking all the Gods in heaven to give her the willpower to surpass this temptress outside of this bathroom, in front of this god d*mn door waiting for her to come out.

She can't look directly into Jade's eyes when the moment she steps out of the bathroom.....until the time they left Japan, but even so.....she didn't let the heiress notice her predicament, the young genius has to play it cool.

Even Mr. Lim was confused when they meet up the morning after.

The old man was a bit concerned how their young Senior Architect was so unobtrusive and reserved.....while the youngest Tanchinco was all smile and lively, wrapping her arm securely from the latter.

He just thought 'maybe Althea was just tired' and the heiress is just overwhelmed by the outcome of meeting with their Japanese client......he just shrugs it off.

'Oh well.......young people today, they are really unpredictable'....Mr. Han sigh.

END OF FLASHBACK

With those thoughts embedded in her mind......lying in her bed looking at her ceiling.....trying to find the answers......but there was none.

Then.........Althea dose off to slumber, she really feels so tired.
