The year is 2025 when the new VR game, Kingdom of Shadows, is released to the world. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humans have special abilities.

Luca is a high school boy who gets recruited by a company to play the game and unravel its secrets. However, he soon realizes that this might be more than just a game. 

When the fate of humanity is held by a young boy, will we be able to survive and prevent a catastrophe?

Kingdom of Shadows

<p>It was around noon, the sun was high up in the sky and the roads leading to Zilco city were packed with people. There were different transportation modes but most people either walked or used carriages. As Zilco City was on the border with the other Kingdoms, the people visiting did not belong to the Kingdom of Tomorrow. The transportation mode also depended on the person's affinity. For example, people from the beast Kingdom would mainly either ride beasts, let beasts possess them, or even become beasts themselves. However, not everyone had these types of spells so they just walked.</p>

<p>As Ryker had messed up his white clothes, he needed to buy some more before entering the city. This time he was not with the princesses so he just went to one of the gates leading into the valley where merchants would sell white clothes for the travelers. There were also inns and restaurants at the gates. Everyone liked money and these were all business opportunities.  </p>
