"It's not for me to decide, Fon. His actions not only lead to the death of Diastin, but jeopardized the entirety of the Ji'vie nation. He has too much to answer for. Your only option is to attend his inquisition and plead mercy on his behalf."


"But you're their Lo'rathhem," Fon pleaded, tears seeping from her eyes, "You can talk to Nimaro, soften his heart. Make him see that Iozin's young and stupid. He couldn't have known what he was doing! He couldn't have foreseen or understood what would happen."
