Mae hummed pleasantly, sucking in her lips, snd taking in Baas' features as he lingered before her, a broad smirk plastered on his face.

"You win," Mae remarked, setting her hand to his cheek. "I take it all back. You truly are an extraordinarily selfish man. I guess you won't be introducing me to your parents then?"

"I wouldn't do that even if I despised the very sight of you," he replied before pecking her lips again. "Then again, if you're willing to summon Nimaro into their home I might just change my mind."

Mae giggled as he laid back down on her lap and buried his face against her abdomen.

"As hilarious as that would be, if you're trying to stay on Nimaro's good side, using him to torment your parents is probably not the way to go. Honestly, you're lucky he likes you so much."

"More like I'm lucky that he loves you."
