The Showdown

The steel bars had opened and two demons came out from the cage, in their hands they had a human man who was blindfolded, tied up, and gagged. Before tossing and leaving him in the middle of the arena, they made sure to untie his hands as well as leave him a weapon, a sledgehammer.

As the demons left, the man quickly sat up and removed the blindfolds he had, he quickly checked if anyone was around him before removing the binds on his legs.

The demon announcer started speaking once more, "We present you the human prisoner from dungeons, please give him a round of applause!"

The clay dolls started clapping once again, Filius and Solution clapped as well excited to see the game finally start.

"What the hell is going on! Where am I!", yelled the man as he stood up.

"Now let's give a round of applause for Orthus! The Manticore!", a gate on the other side of the arena was lifted. Behind the gate slammed a giant creature, he had the head and body of a lion, and on top of his head he had two horns. His tail was a gigantic scorpion stinger and on his back was a pair of dragon wings.

The Manticore saw the gate start opening, he ran under it and forcibly opened the gate, he then started swinging his tail and stabbed the ground before lifting himself and roaring.

The man stood there in shock and fear, he had never seen a manticore but he heard that they were high-level monsters so dangerous that orichalcum ranked adventurers could barely beat them.

"Now let's introduced the third contestant, created from granite, given a soul thanks to the Supreme Beings, standing at 9 feet tall. Vorim the stone statue!", the demon announced.

The Manticore and the human man turned to the gate south of them, there they saw a gate rising, and out stepped a giant statue of stone. The statue resembled one of those created in Greece, it was a man with delicate and well carved facial features, but his body was carved to look built and muscular. He had spartan armor equipped and on his waist, he held a massive double-sided long sword. In his hands, he had a stone helmet that matched the spartan armor and on top of the helmet was a stone mohawk.

The stone statue placed the helmet on the floor and kneeled down, he then placed both hands together for a prayer, "Please, all-mighty Supreme Beings, grant me your divine blessing for my victory. I shall offer my victory to you as an offering and I shall spill the blood of these creatures to satisfy you." Vorim stood up from the ground and raised his helmet before placing it on, "For the Supreme Beings!"

Filius smirked, he then whispered a magic spell, seeing as how the stone statue was big it meant he was also slower and since he didn't have muscle his strength wasn't much. He casted a buff spell that would increase his target's speed, agility, and strength but only for a small amount.

"What the hell?", the human man whispered, this was a first for him. He had heard stories of certain tombs having a gargoyle or statue as a guard but to see a giant statue appear and act like a living creature was shocking.

The crowd cheered in excitement, Filius and Solution were curious to see how the fight would end.

"Now! Let the fight, Begin!", the demon yelled and a horn was blown in the background signaling for the battle to start.

The human man quickly crawled to the sledgehammer and grasped it before walking backward away from the two creatures, "Please divine gods! Save me from this nightmare!"

The manticore noticed the human man running away while Vorim the stone statue charged at him. By animal instinct, the manticore could tell the Vorim was a threat, but he also wanted to kill the mouse that was running, he ultimately decided to chase after the human.

The man noticed the monster chasing him and started screaming, "Stay away!", he yelled in desperation.

As the manticore closed in, it decided to leap at the human and kill him instantly, that was until he was hit.

WHACK!

The human man had covered his face trying to hide, but when he heard the sound of meat being hit he instinctively looked from where it came from. In front of him, he saw Vorim stomp kicking the manticore right in the face, the manticore was slammed to the ground with such force.

"For a man, you a weakling", Vorim stated, "Humans are so weak. Don't get in my way."

The manticore then stood up and Vorim quickly readied himself for an attack, the manticore launched himself at Vorim, but he took two steps to the side and dodged. As he dodged he quickly and skillfully slashed his sword cutting the manticore's wings cleanly off.

The manticore roared in pain as it crashed against the floor once more, Vorim didn't miss this chance to kick the manticore as far away from him as he could.

All the human male could do was watch in shock, he didn't believe what he was seeing, two monsters fighting one another so incredibly.

The manticore growled as he stood up, but then it changed its attitude completely, it bulked its chest up and howled. As it howled its body started being surrounded by purple light, the wings that had been cut completely changed, they became spikes and all around his back protruded more spikes. Just like a cat it hissed and curled its back, the spikes on his back then launched themself and shot forward like a gun.

Vorim reacted quickly and tried slashing all of the spikes he could, though he wasn't good enough to block all of them. As four spikes hit his body, surface cracks started appearing where they had hit, one on his shoulder, one in the abdomen, and the last in the leg.

[Damn it! That attack is dangerous], Vorim quickly analyzed his situation, [Thankfully it seems he won't be able to do anything like that soon.]

The manticore looked fatigued, physically it seemed he lost a bit of mass.

Vorim noticed the manticore charge in with its tail up in the air ready to stab him. He was in trouble, he wouldn't be able to dodge, the manticore tried stabbing at him but luckily he threw himself back avoiding the first strike.

Vorim was still on the ground, his leg was unusable so he had limited movement.

The manticore tried stabbing him once more, [Crap! I won't be able to avoid it!], Vorim closed his eyes expecting to be hit, when suddenly.

CLASH!!!!

In front of Vorim was the human man, he was defending Vormin using the side of the hammer. The manticore's stinger was halfway jabbed inside the sledgehammer.

The manticore swung its tail back causing the man, who was holding the hammer, to be launched in the air.

As the man crashed to the ground the manticore changed its direction towards him. Vorim saw this opportunity and decided to grasp it.

The human male was stunned and landed horribly causing him a concussion. In his daze he saw the manticore approaching him, the manticore was annoyed that its prey kept distracting him so it decided to kill the weakest one.

Just as it launched itself, Vorim stepped in and while the beast was in the air, he swung his sword slashing the manticores underbelly. Blood sprayed from the opening and due to the momentum the beast had as he was falling the sword continued ripping through his skin, and all the intestines lost their protective barrier.

The manticore slammed against the floor and all its intestines flew out splattering themselves all over the floor.

Vorim's white stone color was almost completely gone, covered by the blood, it looked like someone had splattered paint all over him.

Vorim towered over the human man, he just stared at him, "Why did you help me?"

"I don't know", the man responded.

Vorim shook his head and extended his hand, "You're an idiot."

The man smiled, and grabbed his hand, "Thanks."

Vorim pulled the man up, "This is an arena, you were brought here to fight."

"I just couldn't let you die after helping me", the man said with a smile. He then coughed, and blood started coming out of his mouth. He looked down at his chest and saw a sword right through him, he blinked a bit and looked back at Vorim.

"As I said", Vorim grabbed the back of the man's head and whispered to his ear, "You're an idiot." He then shoved the human off of his sword.

"Aaarrgh!", screamed the man as he tried covering his wound.

"You forgot this was a free-for-all", Vorim said as stared down at the man, "Now, please die for my victory. Your loss will be a gift towards the Supreme Beings, be honored" Vorim held the sword right above the human's neck.

The man watched in fear as he was going to die, Vorim then lifted the blade up and let it go, letting gravity do its job.

Thud!

Filius smiled, "What a spectacle! Bravo!" Filius had stood up as he clapped for the champion.

Solution clapped her hands beside him, she was just as happy and excited as Filius was. In fact, it seemed this was a new form of entertainment she would like to see again.

The stone statue audience cheered and clapped their hands for the champion.

"Your champion, Vorim the butcher!", the demon announcer yelled.

The crowd cheered even louder, Filius and Solution cheered with them.

Back in the arena, Vorim stood there holding up the human's head by the hair. As he twirled to display himself, covered in blood and guts, he also showed the severed head to everyone in the audience.

After that, the champion was granted the reward of asking a simple request from Filius, but that would be done at another time. The demon announcer concluded the spectacle and had some other demons clean up the arena.

Meanwhile, Filius and Solution were laying side by side with one another as they gazed at the stars of the 6th floor. They were on a black patio bed with golden edges and silk-made cloth.

The two of them held one another's hands, "How was the date, be truthful, that's an order."

Solution chuckled, "there is no need for that my love."

Filius sat up, "my love?", he asked her.

Solution realized what she said and covered her mouth in shock, "Did I just say love?" Filius nodded while having a smirk on his face, Solution smiled and leaned into Filius's chest, "I don't even know exactly what that means, but it kind of sounds perfect."

Filius stared at her like she was the most beautiful thing in the world, "You're right, that fits perfectly"

Solution was laying on top of Filius as he hugged her softly but also possessively, Solution didn't mind him holding her like that, in fact, she enjoyed it. She enjoyed the feeling that she belonged to him, she felt happy she was desired and wanted, this was probably due to her programming as an NPC, but she didn't know that.

"I want to know", Filius spoke grabbing Solution's attention, "How do you really feel about being my bride and creating the future heir of Nazarick, you can speak honestly."

Solution pondered the question before giving her answer, "Young Master, if I may speak with all honesty", she looked at Filius and he nodded allowing her to speak whatever was on her mind. "I felt worried", Filius looked at her confusedly, "In my whole existence I never thought that I would ever become the future bride of the heir of Nazarick. I wondered, why me, what was special about me that I was chosen, and was I worthy of being in this position."

"I see", Filius wondered if she had second thoughts about being his bride.

"I was worried at first but then just accepted it since it was an order. The orders were confusing though, you stated that we were to become your brides and that we would bear an heir. Not only that, but we would also have to form a family and raise the child with love and kindness", Solution said while softly caressing his chest.

"Yes, I ordered this because there are certain things we need to prepare for", Filius gently stroked her hair. "Unlike me and my father, my child will be birthed not created. My father and I have a deep affection for Nazarick and we will always cherish it will, but I don't know if the same will be for my children. I know I sound like a paranoid human, but trust me, it's better to be prepared for anything, being ignorant is a weakness and Nazarick can't have any weaknesses. But please do not misunderstand me, I won't isolate or discriminate against any of my children, I'll show affection to all of them as a parent should and I'll make sure they live a happy life."

"I don't doubt your ability, my love, I trust what you are doing is the correct choice", Filius pulled Solution's chin up softly and kissed her.

They started making out on the sofa and after their intimate act, they went back to their rooms. Filius used a gate to take Solution back to her room as they made it to the other side, Solution and Filius turned to look at one another one last time. "Thank you for the date, it was beautiful my love", Solution said with hearts in her eyes.

"I'm glad you enjoyed it", Filius said with a smile, Solution seductively smirked. She wrapped her arms around Filius's neck and he wrapped his arms around her sexy thighs, they both leaned in and started making out in the front of her room.

After a minute of having fun, they finally let go, "Have a good rest Solution."

"You as well my love", Solution said as she walked to her room, as she left, she made sure to move her hips exaggeratedly obviously trying to seduce him, she finally made it to her room and entered it.

Filius smiled, "what a beautiful woman", he then realized there was a strange sensation in between his leg. He looked down at his in-between and saw a bulge in his pants. Filius touched it and was surprised by how hard it was, "Hmm, how amusing", he said before leaving.

Meanwhile....

The demon announcer was helping some of the butlers and maids clean, as he was cleaning a certain area in the booth he started hearing the whispers of some of the other servants.

"Oh, my Supreme Beings! Didn't you guys think that the Young Master and Miss Solution looked so cute together?", asked one of the maids.

"No, they looked majestic!", a butler spoke, "Miss Solution looked exquisite and the Young Master looked dashing, their beauty would overturn all of Nazarick once they become engaged."

"So true!", spoke the second maid, "I think wedding bells are gonna appear soon."

"The future of Nazarick looks prosperous and expansive", said another butler. They all nodded in unison agreeing on the beautiful future they imagined.
